伊朗455鋁合金車電熱器罩板我公司已生產完畢9列，其余6列車已是半成品，處于裝配階段。原先已生產完畢并已裝車的電熱器罩板需增加擋條，其中帶滅火器的電熱器罩板要重新生產更換，原先已生產的作報廢處理。

我公司經考慮決定采取如下措施：

：已裝車的一列車，由我公司服務人員現場處理，并重新配發一列車帶滅火器電熱器罩板到長客更換。

：重新發5列車電熱器罩板用以替換已裝車和已到貨的5列車，已裝車的3列車由阿爾斯通公司負責更換；替換下來的電熱器罩板由我公司負責打包運回；原先已生產的和已發貨的帶滅火器電熱器罩板需作報廢處理，并重新生產。

根據通知內容整改后我公司將產生如下費用：

1、發往長春的配件包裝費、運費1850元；現場更改費用、工資3000元；增加擋條配件104根/列*10元/根= 1040元；重新生產的一列車帶滅火器罩板5塊*1773元塊=8865元。以上幾項費用合計共14755元（不含稅）。

2、發往上海的5列車往返運費計8000元；現場打包服務費、工資、補貼、差旅費計2200元；重新加裝的14列車擋條104根*10元/根*14列

=14560元；報廢14列車帶滅火器罩板14列車，每列5塊*14列*1773元=124110元。以上幾項費用合計共148870元（不含稅）。我公司已根據通知內容將長客1列車已整改完畢，也已發2列，其余正在積極整改、配合，由于上述整改費用數額較大，希貴公司充分支持我司的發展，將以上費用重新計算在合同之內。

光通量 luminous flux

光通量是指光源在單位時間里向周圍空間輻射的，能引起視覺反應能量，即可見光的能量。它描述的是光源的有效輻射值，單位是1m（流明）。

同樣功率的燈具的光通量可能完全不同，這是因為它們的光效不同的緣故。比如：普通照明燈泡只有10 1m/瓦，而金屬鹵素燈可以達到80 1m/瓦。

照度 illuminance

照度是指在一個面上的光通密度，它是射入單位面積內的光通量，單位是Lx。

照度的定義和測量比較復雜，象平均柱面照度、等效球照度、標量照度等，它們的測量條件和計算方法有所不同。在建筑和裝飾工程中經常會遇到、燈光系統中偶爾也涉及到照度概念。

發光強度 luminous intensity

發光強度簡稱光強，國際單位是candela（坎德拉）簡寫cd。Lcd是指光源在指定方向的單位立體角內發出的光通量。
