每周新聞活動策劃

一、活動目的：

豐富大學生活，增強新聞意識，緩解學習壓力

二、活動背景：

同學們平時學習任務繁重，很少有時間，沒有意識去關注國家最近的狀況等，利用周五晚上放電影，既可以讓我們去了解國家大事，同時又可以讓同學們在一個星期的緊張學習后放松自我。

三、活動開展時間、地點及主辦單位

時間：周五晚6.30 地點:新館或老館教室

主辦單位：化學化工學院馬研會、心協、科協

四、活動對象：

揚州大學化學化工學院全體學生

五、活動內容 1.準備工作

1、選好本周電影主題及所要播放的電影；

2、事先借好教室，定好電影播放地點及時間；

3、做好宣傳工作，畫好宣傳板，每個班有專門的負責人在班級宣傳；

4、通知好注冊部的人，到時做好注冊工作。

2.活動過程

1、提前到教室，打開電腦、音響、投影儀；

2、組織好活動過程的秩序等，保證活動順利地進行；

3、保證電影播放過程的教室的安靜。

3.活動后期

1、馬研會人員整理好教室及各個器材。

2、協助注冊部收好注冊本。

六、預期結果

同學們在一周的緊張學習之余能得到放松，同時增加對國內外大事的一些大概了解，豐富大學生活！

在節目開頭，我們先來說一說乞討老人。在生活中，到處都可以看見這樣一些老人：他們衣衫襤褸，又破又舊，右手拿一個拐杖，左手拿著一個破碗，里面零零碎碎的一些錢。他們走到別人面前，用自己爬滿老繭的手搖動著碗，嘴里還念叨著：“可憐可憐我吧！”接下來的這個老人啊，很有意思！他不但以乞討為生，還帶著一群“流浪精靈”，就讓我們一起來看看吧！

1、七旬老人組建流浪狗要飯團

2015年1月20日，在貴陽市噴水池，一位7旬老人胸掛“流浪狗要飯團”的紙牌，在地上寫了很多呼吁大家保護流浪狗的文字，與一群寵物狗在街頭乞討，許多市民見狀解囊施舍，老人連忙雙手合拳說：“好人一生平安！”老人今年76歲，他與寵物狗們差不多每天都在大十字、噴水池、紫林奄、老客車站等地段走一遍，乞討來的錢，除了養這些撿來的流浪狗，就是自己生活。

你看看，這位老人連自己的生活都要靠乞討為生，竟然還養了一群流浪狗，真是不可思議！不過換一種角度說，這樣既可以吸引人們的注意，也可以獲取一些金錢，與那些向路人直接要錢的乞丐相比，這位老人顯得更有智慧。在此也希望那些養寵物狗的人們，養寵物就要養到底，不能白白浪費了一條生命，畢竟狗的壽命比人類少得多，如果是真心想養狗，那又何必讓它們流浪呢？

2、菏澤男子網購黃金退回鐵制品 快遞公司險成替罪羊

齊魯網1月22日訊 前不久，菏澤鄄城一家快遞公司的負責人田先生收到了一件被退回的包裹，這包裹是一位當地網友在網上購物時，以貨到付款的方式購買的一件黃金首飾。由于網友當場驗貨沒有相中，就讓快遞公司退了回去，可沒想到淘寶賣家接到退貨后，卻說里面的黃金首飾跟他們郵寄來的商品不一致。

經過警方的一番調查，快遞單上的收貨地址和聯系方式均為偽造。于是民警很快在鄄城縣汽車站附近，抓獲了犯罪嫌疑人張某。鄄城縣公安局陳王派出所警長張勛說，“在一次上網的時候，他就發現網上購物可以支持貨到付款，于是他就動了花花腸子，他就想了用這個調包的方式，把金銀首飾給調過來?！?犯罪嫌疑人張某說，“他給我拿過來之后，我打開包裹，我用一個假物品，跟真物品調換了，快遞員一般在車窗外，有時候不看，有時候不注意。

3、中國科學家設計出新型量子點發光二極管

去年10月，諾貝爾物理學獎頒給了發明藍光發光二極管的數位日裔科學家，“白熾燈點亮了20世紀，LED點亮了21世紀”，從頒獎詞看出，發光二極管即LED是公認的下一代顯示與照明技術的核心器件。幾十天后，一篇來自中國科學家的論文在《自然》上發表，報道了在量子點發光二極管領域取得的重要研究進展。

在浙江大學課題組的這項研究中，科學家們設計出一 種新型高性能量子點發光二極管（QLED），并將使用亮度條件下的壽命推進到10萬小時的實用水平，這意味著這種新型器件有望成為下一代顯示和照明技術的有力競爭者。

4、微軟Windows 10發布 開啟個性化計算新紀元

微軟公司于本周三（2015年1月21日）發布了融合各類不同體驗的新一代Windows系統，開啟了更為個性化的計算新紀元。此外微軟還發布了兩款全新設備，以擴展從大屏幕到無屏幕等各類設備上的Windows體驗。

據了解，Windows 10將以服務的形式提供，并將在用戶設備的生命周期內為其帶來更安全、創新、升級的體驗。Windows 10免費升級服務將向運行 Windows

7、Windows 8.1以及Windows Phone 8.1的所有設備提供，用戶可以在Windows 10發布后的第一年享受免費升級服務。

5、交通改革意見呼之欲出 新格局力捧 服務多樣化

2015年01月22日 從交通運輸部獲悉，交通部《關于全面深化交通運輸改革的意見》日前出臺，文件中提出，交通運輸部將繼續深化大部制改革，提速“大交通”的形成，深化收費公路改革，政府投資的收費公路實行收支兩條線，改革收費公路通行費率形成機制，實現通行費率與營運服務水平等掛鉤。

6、港媒：北京將舉行反法西斯70周年閱兵

據香港文匯報消息，在北京兩會22日晚的政務咨詢會上，公安部副部長、北京公安局局長傅政華透露，反法西斯戰爭勝利70周年閱兵式將在北京舉行。此外，傅政華還透露，萬眾矚目的亞信峰會今年也將在北京舉行。他強調指出，此次閱兵儀式也是有史以來第一次有外國首腦參加的閱兵儀式。至于有哪些外國元首出席閱兵儀式，他沒有進一步披露信息。他表示，目前公安部已經將這次閱兵儀式列為今年最重要的安保任務去籌劃及跟進。

談到今年北京公安工作，傅政華表示，今年北京市公安部門將按嚴格按照公安部總體部署，全力推進依法治國與法治北京、平安北京建設，在依法治國的框架下，把最安全城市建設、最廉潔警隊建設作為今年的總體目標，讓北京更安全，警察隊伍更廉潔、更過硬，整體工作指標超過去年。

日本稻草節上展出稻草?巨獸?

在日本，秋天水稻收獲后，留下的就是一些稻草。在一些農村地區，會將稻草堆疊起來讓其干燥，傳統用途就是用于搭建茅草屋頂。但也有一個特殊用途，就是制作成稻草雕塑，如恐龍、坦克、大猩猩和招財貓等。日本的香川縣和新瀉縣制作的稻草雕塑最為有名，?稻草藝術節?就是一個大型稻草雕塑的展覽，吸引不少觀眾。

一、紀念中國人民抗日戰爭暨世界反法西斯戰爭勝利70周年大閱兵在北京天安門廣場舉行

新華網北京３月３日電（記者劉歡）今年是世界反法西斯戰爭勝利７０周年，也是中國人民抗日戰爭勝利７０周年。中國將根據慣例并參照各國作法，在北京隆重舉行閱兵式等紀念活動。

聯合國秘書長和各國重要領導人或代表前來參加，并由習主席親自迎接。而且閱兵隊伍中還有中國友好國家的方陣參加，真是盛況空前！本次閱兵式還展示了我國最新尖端武器：坦克、飛機、高射炮、戰艦、航空導彈高科技信息指揮系統……它們彰顯了我國的雄厚國力，向世界證明了一個古老民族的偉大復興。

?工商部門稱多數網售洋奶粉未檢驗存安全隱患（摘自工人日報2011-11-28）

工商部門提醒消費者，在網購“奶粉”以及食品時首先要查看網店的資質，看清網店是否有工商部門頒發的電子營業執照和食品流通許可證，經銷 的食品是否有QS標志；同時還要查看產品是否有相關檢驗報告、產品質量報告書等，注意食品的標簽、說明，如生產日期、保質期、配料表、廠名、廠址、生產許 可證編號及產品執行標準等，對于一些無中文標示的食品要慎購。

消費者在收到郵購的物品時，要重點檢查收到產品與自己所購買的產品是否一致，外包裝是否完好無損，若發現問題，應及時提出。如果產品出現 問題，要注意搜集證據，包括網絡上的聊天對話記錄、產品宣傳資料截圖、購買商品的當日時間、商品規格及數量、單價等內容。一旦發生爭議，消費者可以向網店經營者所在地或購物網站經營者所在地工商部門進行投訴，以便及時有效地維護自己的合法權益。

?食品安全違法懲處加重 專家稱要罰得企業傾家蕩產（摘自人民日報海外版2011-11-28）

對于在食品安全案件中的瀆職人員，最高法院將依法從重嚴懲。包括收受賄賂，包庇、縱容危害食品安全違法犯罪活動的腐敗分子以及在食品安全監管和查處危害食品安全違法犯罪活動中玩忽職守、濫用職權、徇私舞弊的瀆職人員。同時，將不斷加大財產刑的處罰力度，嚴格緩免刑的適用。

中國農業大學教授李秉龍提出了三方面的建議，首先，從政府層面來說，要依法管理，要加強食品安全執法機構特別是基層執法機構的建設水平，檢測食品安全是個技術性很強的工作，要從財政上加大支持力度，提高人員培訓和儀器檢測水平；其次，從企業層面說，要不斷加強法律意識，嚴于自律，另外，由于食品很多是由農戶生產的，規模小，難以按共同標準來生產，要加大建設農業合作社、塑造品牌，提升整個產業的標準化程度和安全程度；第三，從消費者來說，要提高質量安全的認識水平和鑒別能力。

應將食品安全作為考核地方政府的政績之一，提高包括食品安全在內的民生指標的考核標準，將是否發生重大食品安全事故作為地方官員能否升遷的參考標準之一。此外，還應提高食品行業準入門檻，抬高違法成本，大幅提高處罰力度等。

?下月起QS標志變臉 購買食品要認準“QS生產許可”（摘自臺州商報2011-11-29）

QS標志是國家質檢總局于2002年啟用的食品質量安全市場準入標志，國家原制定的QS標志為“QS質量安全”,后來為了更為準確地表達生產許可證的內涵，強調食品生產實施許可證制度，按照《食品安全法》的要求，國家質檢總局于2010年發布公告規定：自2010年6月起，將QS標志中的“質量安全”字樣變更為“生產許可”,之前取得食品生產許可的企業有18個月的過渡期完成舊版生產許可證標志包裝物的更替。國家如果沒有再出臺順延舊標簽使用時間的政策，那么，從下月起，所有出廠的食品標簽中QS標志不得帶有“質量安全”字樣，一旦發現帶有舊標識的商品，將以標識不規范進行查處。

查計算出每天的肉類攝取量，再根據量分成5個小組，調查與癌癥的關系。其間共有788人患結腸癌。

調查結果顯示，女性中豬牛肉攝入量最多（每天80克)的一組與最少（不足25克)的一組相比患結腸癌的風險要高出48%。

“研究顯示，膳食結構以肉類為主的群體患癌風險更高，”研究團隊帶頭人笹月靜說，“我們不認為食用牛肉或豬肉是危險的，只是說應避免過量食用?！?/p>

?日本加強對中國產蘿卜中異丙威、松蕈中乙草胺中的監控檢查（摘自廈門WTO工作站2011-11-30）

18日，日本厚生勞動省醫藥食品局食品安全部監視安全課發布食安輸發1118第6號：加強中國產蘿卜中異丙威、松蕈中乙草胺中的監控檢查。根據2011進口食品等的監控檢查計劃，按2011年3月30日發布的食安輸發0330第15號（最終修正：2011年11月18日發布的的食安輸發1118第5號），對中國產冷凍蘿卜、生鮮松蕈實施檢查時，發現其違法了食品衛生法。因此，將對蘿卜及其加工品、松蕈及其加工品中殘留農藥的監控檢查頻率提高到30%。同時，也加強對美國產杏仁中2,4-滴(2,4-二氯苯氧基乙酸)的監控檢查。

?加拿大對所有進口海產品都將實行新規定（摘自第一食品網2011-12-01）

從2012年12月10日起，加拿大對所有進口的海產品（包括魚類，軟體類及甲殼類）都將實行新規定。這些新的進口規定顯示了加拿大對進口水產品管理的一些變化。因此，加拿大食品檢驗局(CFIA)正在增補一系列商業政策，將于2012年12月10日正式生效，之前為過渡期。

在過渡期，加拿大食品檢驗局將有如下舉措：1，提供海產品健康許可證所需的信息。2，告知進口商如何以及在哪里獲得許可證以及其他文件。3，簽發進口許可。4，在過渡期內，外國貿易伙伴將被通知所需要提供的出口單據。加拿大食品檢驗局將采取強制措施保障避免給加拿大海域帶來外來海洋疫病的風險。2012年12月10日以后，所有進口水產品都必須有CFIA進口許可。沒有這個許可，貨物將禁止進入加拿大境內。
