客戶管理,在與客戶接觸的過程中,必須深入了解客戶的各種信息,真正懂得客戶的需求和消費(fèi)模式,特別是公司主要贏利來的“金牌客戶”。因不同的客戶對公司服務(wù)有著不同的需求,創(chuàng)造不同的利潤,所以應(yīng)根據(jù)客戶的需求模式和贏利價(jià)值對其進(jìn)行分類,找出對公司最有價(jià)值和最有贏利潛力的客戶群以及他們最需要的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),更好地配置資源,改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),牢牢抓住最有價(jià)值的客戶,取得最大的收益。
二.有效地跟進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)詢盤
1.區(qū)分“大小”買家,識(shí)別“好壞”詢盤 識(shí)別“好壞”詢盤,可以從以下幾點(diǎn)考慮:“看”詢價(jià)的方式,“看”詢價(jià)的內(nèi)容,“看”詢盤中的小細(xì)節(jié)。通過三方面綜合考慮,從而更好識(shí)別買家、詢盤,找到合適的客戶。
2.把握詢盤技巧、及時(shí)跟進(jìn),包括慎重對待、及時(shí)回復(fù)。
在回復(fù)新客戶時(shí),除了在郵件中解答客戶關(guān)心的問題,最好同時(shí)將公司的其他情況和公司的網(wǎng)站介紹給該客戶,讓客戶能夠更全面透徹地了解公司。對外商的詢盤一定要快、準(zhǔn),遵循以下要訣:準(zhǔn)確、全面、具體、清楚、禮貌。對于詢盤,我們一定要保持跟進(jìn),跟進(jìn)過程中,更重要的是細(xì)細(xì)體會(huì)各種可能發(fā)生的情況,積極采取相應(yīng)措施,激發(fā)、把握買家購買意圖,達(dá)成合作。
3.如何與買家討價(jià)還價(jià)
外貿(mào)過程中,產(chǎn)品價(jià)格和質(zhì)量是決定整個(gè)訂單成交的核心,幾乎所有的新客戶在第一次聯(lián)系的時(shí)候都有一個(gè)價(jià)格周旋的進(jìn)程。在報(bào)價(jià)中應(yīng)注意以下幾點(diǎn):不要輕易報(bào)價(jià),講究報(bào)價(jià)方式。總之,即使這個(gè)價(jià)格能接受,也要表現(xiàn)得比較委屈和勉強(qiáng)。如果買家一還價(jià),你馬上就松口,他們就知道肯定還有讓價(jià)的空間,接下來你的價(jià)格就會(huì)被越壓越低。而且,永遠(yuǎn)不要在客戶面前顯示出急躁的太態(tài),你越著急,買家就越會(huì)砍價(jià)。有的時(shí)候,關(guān)于價(jià)格的談判,未必要當(dāng)天回復(fù),可

報(bào)價(jià)技巧,與客戶的討價(jià)還價(jià)有時(shí)候也是一種心理戰(zhàn)、把你自己想成買家,多揣測一下買家的心態(tài),換位思考,會(huì)有意想不到的收獲。
4.勿小“單”小而不為
因?yàn)椤靶∮唵巍苯?jīng)常是麻煩多,收益不多,所以很多供應(yīng)商會(huì)對“小訂單”加以限制或者規(guī)定最小起訂量,或者在付款方式上有特別的要求。“小訂單”可能已經(jīng)成了很多外貿(mào)人眼里的“燙手山芋”,那么,到底是該“接”還是“不接”呢?
“小訂單”承接技巧,根據(jù)企業(yè)的自身狀況,決定對小訂單的處理方案。對于任何小訂單,運(yùn)作程序務(wù)必善始善終,做好全面的記錄和存檔,包括給買家提供樣品。保持積良好的心態(tài),耐心琢磨買家的詢盤,發(fā)揮出應(yīng)有的水平給買家留下最好的印象,讓“小訂單”盡快轉(zhuǎn)化成大訂單!
三.給網(wǎng)絡(luò)客戶寄送樣品
樣品寄送必須帶來相應(yīng)的成本,所以在寄樣之前必須對這類詢盤作初步判斷,確定哪些樣品值得我們寄、如何寄樣才能更好地保護(hù)自己的權(quán)益。
1.無須寄樣的情況:(1)第一次發(fā)詢盤就直接索要樣品和產(chǎn)品報(bào)價(jià),這些客戶目的很簡單:騙取樣品。對付這樣的客戶,最好不要直接寄樣品,可以先將產(chǎn)品圖片發(fā)給對方看,若對產(chǎn)品感興趣,再談寄樣的事情,這樣可以避免很多不必要的麻煩。(2)一些以前根本沒有聯(lián)系過的國內(nèi)貿(mào)易公司突然以電話或傳真的形式表示對你的產(chǎn)品感興趣,希望能夠提供樣品供檢測等資源。
2.應(yīng)該寄樣的情況:(1)自己聯(lián)系的國內(nèi)貿(mào)易公司、買家的。(2)對于一些規(guī)模較大、在行業(yè)范圍內(nèi)較有名氣的客戶。(3)買家明確表示將支付樣品費(fèi)以及運(yùn)費(fèi)。(4)買家提出已查看公司發(fā)布在外貿(mào)平臺(tái)的所有產(chǎn)品,而其中只有與之需求相近的產(chǎn)品,并詢問采購要求的產(chǎn)品。
3.可寄可不寄的情況:遇到這類情況應(yīng)該按照公司的實(shí)際情況來處理。4.選擇最佳寄樣方式:它包括寄樣準(zhǔn)備(寄樣確認(rèn)、取樣原則、與客戶確認(rèn)寄地址),寄送方法(郵政的航空大包、航空快遞),寄送支付方式(預(yù)付、到付)等方面。
5.避免樣品寄出后石沉大海
樣品寄出后通常有兩種情況,1,買家收到樣品后,滿意并不單;2,買家收到樣品后,沒有回復(fù)(一般有幾種可能),對于此種情況,我們要及時(shí)和客人溝通,直接問客戶就OK了。
那如何避免石沉大海?1,及時(shí)通知很重要。2,樣品管理。3,跟蹤樣品情況。4,與買家建立穩(wěn)定聯(lián)系。
寄樣小結(jié),買家對承擔(dān)寄樣費(fèi)用的態(tài)度,往往能在一定程度上反映出其合作誠意,因此,因挑選有誠意的買家、合理寄樣,不僅能促進(jìn)訂單的達(dá)成,也能避免貿(mào)易雙方針對貨物品質(zhì)的貿(mào)易糾紛。

一、郵件主題
郵件給的主題要有吸引力,力求標(biāo)新立異,第一時(shí)間吸引客戶的眼球。如果判定是真正的客人,一定要在我們的郵件標(biāo)題上花點(diǎn)功夫。

二、正文內(nèi)容
給自己公司簡介做重點(diǎn)介紹,突出產(chǎn)品性能和所擁有的各項(xiàng)認(rèn)證,巧妙的應(yīng)用電子版的catalogue和Pricelist.一開始不要急于報(bào)價(jià)。了解客人的尋求及合理分析分類后慎重報(bào)價(jià)!也可利用圖片報(bào)價(jià),把我們公司的各個(gè)產(chǎn)品圖片發(fā)給客人,對那種不懂英文交流的客戶,越簡單,客人越容易理解!
三、設(shè)置回復(fù)模板
是指通過對大量的客戶進(jìn)行總結(jié),對不同國家,不同要求,不同價(jià)格的客戶做出不同樣板的回盤!禁止千篇一律的回復(fù)!設(shè)定簡單、易懂和圖片結(jié)合的回復(fù)模板。
四、報(bào)價(jià)實(shí)務(wù)
1、對開始有反饋的客戶,設(shè)定梯度報(bào)價(jià),例如:
設(shè)定MOQ。MOQ是什么價(jià)格?散貨是什么價(jià)格?整個(gè)集裝箱是什么價(jià)格?全年合作是什么價(jià)格?模具費(fèi)用等等。模具費(fèi)可以返還,到達(dá)什么量后返還,但不返現(xiàn)金,返還產(chǎn)品收取樣品費(fèi)用。如何應(yīng)對免費(fèi)要樣品者。針對我們貨值比較便宜的產(chǎn)品,可以免樣品費(fèi),但需要支付快運(yùn)費(fèi)!
2、報(bào)價(jià)郵件必須要寫的東西:
-產(chǎn)品型號(hào)和配置(用圖片)
-根據(jù)訂貨的數(shù)量來給客戶的報(bào)價(jià)。
-目的港的信息(FOB,CIF,?.)
-報(bào)價(jià)的有效期
3、簽名
留下自己公司的聯(lián)系信息:公司的名稱,電話,傳真,地址,郵件地址,主郵箱及備用郵箱。
特別提醒:
看詢盤客戶所屬國家按時(shí)區(qū)去回復(fù)郵件。盡量讓客戶在上班時(shí)間收到你的郵件!切記不要急于給客人報(bào)價(jià),要先摸清客人的底細(xì)和狀況!問題及解決方案
1、我回復(fù)了買家,為什么買家不理我?
分析原因:
1)郵件客人并沒有收到!
解析:現(xiàn)在有很多國內(nèi)的廠家,商人,用的郵箱地址仍然是免費(fèi)的郵箱,甚至是數(shù)字郵箱(163,126.com?為后綴的郵箱)這類郵箱地址很容易被國外客人的郵件服務(wù)器辨別為垃圾郵箱,還沒有等到客人收到你的回盤信息,客人的服務(wù)器

已經(jīng)將你所發(fā)送的郵件直接退回或者刪除,客人自然不會(huì)回復(fù)給你,因?yàn)樗揪筒辉盏洁]件!
解決:用國際通用的郵箱如hotmail.com,gmail.com,yahoo.com這類免費(fèi)郵箱,比較好,不容易被分析為垃圾郵件!另外可用公司名購買的企業(yè)郵箱,以公司名為后綴的郵箱和客人聯(lián)絡(luò)的,這個(gè)不是免費(fèi)使用,通常是做了公司網(wǎng)頁后,送的公司郵箱,每年是要收費(fèi)的。同樣,這個(gè)以公司名后綴的郵箱也一定要找相關(guān)公司做郵箱的“雙向解析”。這樣,你所發(fā)送的郵件才會(huì)被客人的郵箱服務(wù)器通過,客人才會(huì)順利收到郵件!
2)郵件中有病毒
解析:大家有沒有每天查殺計(jì)算機(jī)內(nèi)的病毒呢?試想,如果客人收到一封你的郵件,但你的郵件中帶有病毒并被客人的殺毒軟件所查出,客人會(huì)看郵件,還是直接刪除郵件呢?這個(gè)問題是很顯然的。
解決:解決辦法很簡單,就是定時(shí)定點(diǎn)對你的計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行徹底查毒,保證自己所發(fā)郵件是不帶任何病毒及木馬程序。
3)發(fā)送的時(shí)間有時(shí)差,及客戶看郵件的時(shí)間!
解析:很多做外貿(mào)人員認(rèn)為,一旦收到? 詢盤 ?就馬上回復(fù),認(rèn)為及時(shí)盡早的回復(fù),客人一定會(huì)對此滿意和贊賞并會(huì)有所回復(fù)!這樣做是對的,但忽略了很重要的一點(diǎn),除了亞洲一部分國家及澳洲地區(qū)國家,絕大部分客戶和中國是有時(shí)差的。就算你馬上回復(fù)了客人,客人也會(huì)在他上班的時(shí)間才能看到郵件。而且客人所發(fā)的? 詢盤 ?,肯定也不會(huì)只有你一個(gè)人回復(fù),肯定有大把的供應(yīng)商相爭回復(fù),這樣,最早回復(fù)的郵件按照郵箱的排列的順序被沉到了最底層。如果客人在上面的郵件中找到感興趣的供應(yīng)商,就根本不會(huì)看最底層你的郵件!
解決:了解客人當(dāng)?shù)氐臅r(shí)差及上班時(shí)間,按照客人的上班時(shí)間發(fā)送,這個(gè),只需要簡單的郵件定時(shí)發(fā)送就可以辦到!另外一點(diǎn),我覺得非常好,就是按照客人的上班時(shí)間,在線和客人聯(lián)系!比如歐洲等國家和中國的時(shí)差為-6到-8個(gè)小時(shí),那么當(dāng)我們在下午3-4點(diǎn)的時(shí)候正是客人上班的時(shí)間,這樣下午和客人發(fā)郵件,極有可能收到客人的回復(fù),收到客人回復(fù)后立即也回復(fù),或者能在Trademanger?或者M(jìn)SN上能和客人在線及時(shí)溝通,這樣也是最好的溝通方法。
4)客人休假及發(fā)郵件的密度
解析:除了及時(shí)和客人聯(lián)系外,還要了解客人所在地的法定節(jié)假日或者休息時(shí)間!有過多國家的客人是很遵守作息時(shí)間的,一旦休息或者放假,是絕不做事的!所以了解客人的放假時(shí)間也是很重要的。
你所發(fā)送的郵件密度也非常重要,如果密度過高,每天至少三封,這樣很有可能被客人被認(rèn)為是騷擾或者垃圾郵箱而將你加入黑名單。
解決:講師提出的最好的郵件密度為:第1天-第2天-第6天-第13天-第28天-每隔1個(gè)月!就是,一開始發(fā)送后,第二天沒回復(fù)再追加一封,再?zèng)]回復(fù)過4天,就是第6天再追加一次,如果再?zèng)]回復(fù)就是再過一個(gè)星期再發(fā),再過半個(gè)月再發(fā),然后每個(gè)月定時(shí)發(fā)送!當(dāng)然,發(fā)送的內(nèi)容千萬不要一樣,標(biāo)題也要經(jīng)常變換。不要放棄任何一個(gè)客人,就算沒有回復(fù),也要每個(gè)月發(fā)送郵件!讓客人認(rèn)識(shí)你,記得你,當(dāng)客人一有你所生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品 詢盤 時(shí),第一個(gè)就會(huì)想到你!
2、為什么有些買家聯(lián)系了幾次就沒有音訊了?

解析及解決:要了解產(chǎn)品的市場周期,要明確知道此產(chǎn)品的淡季和旺季。曉得產(chǎn)品的淡旺季,讓你掌握好時(shí)機(jī)和客人取得聯(lián)系!
3)已在聯(lián)系其他的供應(yīng)商
解析及解決:很多同僚會(huì)遇到這種情況,郵件發(fā)送后,客人回復(fù)已經(jīng)在和其他供應(yīng)商聯(lián)系!遇到此狀況千萬不要有任何放棄的想法,保持和客人的聯(lián)系。如果客人和現(xiàn)在供應(yīng)商發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,他會(huì)即刻和你聯(lián)系!如果發(fā)現(xiàn)客人是潛在的客戶,一定要慎重報(bào)價(jià),有人心想,把價(jià)格報(bào)高一點(diǎn),也許客人會(huì)還價(jià)之類的,但殊不知,如果客人收到很多詢盤,如果你的價(jià)格和其他供應(yīng)商的價(jià)格相差太多,客人根本就不會(huì)考慮到你,不會(huì)和你還價(jià),就直接將你CUT掉!
4)郵件表達(dá)不清楚
解析和解決:這個(gè)主要是針對新的外貿(mào)人員來說的,郵件的寫作不是寫英文小說或者抒情文,最主要的是簡單,明白。要清楚明白的知道自己要表達(dá)的意思,也要讓客人能看懂你所表達(dá)的意思。
在剛開始的詢盤中,有時(shí),我們發(fā)了很多詢盤,但沒有任何消息。站在客人的角度上想問題,客戶是有權(quán)保持沉默的!當(dāng)他有需求或者你的郵件另他印象深刻的時(shí)候,才能夠和你聯(lián)系!所以對客人千萬不要放棄!把握好任何一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)!
3、反饋有好多啊,可沒有我想要的大買家?
明確自己的定位對應(yīng)市場的認(rèn)證不要迷信大買家
大客戶不是常有的,能遇到真正大買家的機(jī)會(huì)并不多,大買家都是自己在長期的業(yè)務(wù)往來中建立和培養(yǎng)起來的。客人在培養(yǎng)工廠,同樣,工廠也在培養(yǎng)客人!大客戶通常都需要相對應(yīng)較高的產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證及工廠環(huán)境,如果你沒有相關(guān)的條件,就很可能被大客戶拒絕。而且,也不要迷信大客人,真正大客人的大訂單也要慎重處理,做的大,賠得更大,也許就一個(gè)大客戶,出現(xiàn)了質(zhì)量問題后,就可能讓你傾家蕩產(chǎn)。
4、和客戶一直都有郵件聯(lián)系,但是客人就是不下訂單。
分析:遇到這種問題,如果是個(gè)專業(yè)客戶,就有可能是和其他的供應(yīng)商正在合作脫不了關(guān)系!
采取措施:想盡一切辦法找到客戶的直接聯(lián)系方式,不能僅僅用郵件聯(lián)系,要用MSN,ICQ,SKYPE,YAHOO通等,甚至是電話。現(xiàn)代外貿(mào)人中,往往忘記了最基本的聯(lián)絡(luò)方式,電話。千萬不要忘記打電話,你完全可以發(fā)了幾封郵件沒收到客人回復(fù)后,致電給客人問清楚是否收到客人的郵件!讓客人記起你,關(guān)注你!
5、怎么樣才能讓買家把訂單給我?
其實(shí)這個(gè)不是問題,是我們業(yè)務(wù)員要的目標(biāo)。“為什么有些買家聯(lián)系了幾次就沒音信了?”到了這個(gè)時(shí)候的客戶,是確實(shí)有需要的客戶。怎么讓客戶把訂單給我們,重點(diǎn)要解決這樣的詢盤客戶。我們要擺正確自己的心態(tài),對詢盤進(jìn)行仔細(xì)的分析和處理!

1)過濾掉毫無關(guān)系的詢盤
2)培養(yǎng)大致尋求合作的詢盤,回盤之后沒有了下文,定期的用不同新穎的標(biāo)題郵件進(jìn)行再次跟蹤。郵箱也可以偶爾換換著聯(lián)系!
3)主攻,提到產(chǎn)品的同時(shí)還需要一些價(jià)格,裝箱和出貨資料的詢盤,主攻這類詢盤,以多種的銷售方式促進(jìn)客戶提早定樣品!
4)需要注意的是,在分類詢盤和回復(fù)的同時(shí),一定要警惕客戶用不同的郵箱套問產(chǎn)品的價(jià)格。遇到一個(gè)地區(qū)的同一產(chǎn)品的詢價(jià)要謹(jǐn)慎處理!
7、潛在客人如何培養(yǎng)
1)建立一個(gè)長效的聯(lián)系機(jī)制和辦法
2)采用特別提醒和優(yōu)惠促銷等活動(dòng),用利益驅(qū)動(dòng)他們和我們合作。
3)采用口碑營銷來培養(yǎng)客戶。
4)做長期的準(zhǔn)確報(bào)價(jià),讓客人時(shí)刻感受到壓力!(提示下個(gè)月要漲價(jià),給客人壓力)

(1)給買家提供最初查詢您產(chǎn)品的回憶參考點(diǎn),這樣有助于買家回憶起他是在什么時(shí)候,通過什么方式,對什么產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)生了什么樣的興趣或問題。因?yàn)楣逃械氖煜じ袝?huì)增加買家與您合作的興趣與信心。買家一天中會(huì)發(fā)出許多查詢,如果您的回復(fù)與其它回復(fù)相比無任何出眾地方,只能陷于一大堆無聊的產(chǎn)品報(bào)價(jià),不會(huì)吸引買家。這種回憶的參考點(diǎn)有時(shí)間,事件或物件等。在本例中,供應(yīng)商使用的是時(shí)間和事件:“您在去年9月15日曾向我們查詢過竹籃,那時(shí)我們曾寄過公司目錄給您”;

(4)不是我要向你索取什么,而是我能為你做什么。切記服務(wù)理念。在本例中,供應(yīng)商熱忱與負(fù)責(zé)的服務(wù)態(tài)度使買家能夠感受到與其合作的良好基礎(chǔ)。如:“如您需要我可再寄一次(目錄)給您”、“如您有需要,我可以向您介紹那一類的竹籃”、“您是否希望我為您的巴西市場做些特別的樣品給您?”;
(5)主要問題:所答即所問,所答非所問;很多供應(yīng)商認(rèn)為網(wǎng)絡(luò)營銷首先就會(huì)遇到一個(gè)問題,即樣品寄送的問題。其實(shí)到目前為止我們也沒很好的辦法解決這一問題,但這位供應(yīng)商就很聰明。買家要樣‘品’,那我就免費(fèi)寄一份樣本’給你看,也算所答即所問。但樣‘品’呢,怎么說?反正供應(yīng)商沒表示是否免費(fèi)寄送,只要你給了快遞帳號(hào),我就會(huì)一同寄送,如果你要不給快遞賬號(hào)呢?我也沒說不送(但后來,他告訴筆者,還是送了,輕工藝品,不看樣品不成)。
這也算所答非所問吧。
(6)不寄樣本行不行?行!網(wǎng)絡(luò)溝通無極限,雖說樣品不能電子傳送,但樣本總歸是能夠電子傳送吧,而且方便,快捷,成本較低。我們說不僅是回復(fù)時(shí)可以傳送樣本,而且平時(shí)就應(yīng)該使用這種方式做推廣。在本例中,加上上面附的圖和后來附的資料,就是一個(gè)完整的產(chǎn)品樣本。如果你還有其它樣口可以推薦,也完全可以一并附上。

除此之外,可以自行分析以下原因:
1)你公司(包括你自己)給客戶的信譽(yù)度如何?
2)你的產(chǎn)品報(bào)價(jià)的價(jià)位(與市場行情差價(jià))如何?
3)你的商貿(mào)語言及技巧如何(是否會(huì)產(chǎn)生誤解或含糊不清)?
4)你可以把自己發(fā)出去的傳真、電子郵件換個(gè)角度看一看?(如果你是客商,你會(huì)不會(huì)接受?)

1.你的行業(yè)出口量和前景。本行業(yè)內(nèi)各個(gè)企業(yè)報(bào)價(jià)的平均水平和報(bào)價(jià)趨勢。你的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量在國內(nèi)同類產(chǎn)品屬于哪個(gè)水平面(高中低),以達(dá)到報(bào)價(jià)的正確性。
2.在我每一個(gè)報(bào)價(jià)和寄樣后都必須請求客人有反饋的過程。對價(jià)格和質(zhì)量以及其它問題的意見。大部分都有回復(fù)。
3.在來往郵件中盡量語言的專業(yè)性和針對性。
讓內(nèi)行的客人看到你的郵件就知道你是此行業(yè)內(nèi)的熟手。
4.開發(fā)一個(gè)新客人的周期是半年到一年,特別是在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上。別老是想到客人的訂單而是先交朋友和交換有價(jià)值的信息和意見。
5.現(xiàn)在做外貿(mào)的人越來越多,競爭也越來越歷害。故特別注意服務(wù)和經(jīng)常學(xué)習(xí),避免出錯(cuò)。
分享D1、首先將客人談判的細(xì)節(jié)做好詳細(xì)的記錄和回憶,先判斷此客戶的購買欲有多強(qiáng),也就是說,要區(qū)分清楚他是“真的買家”還是“打聽行情的買家”;有的客戶其實(shí)他已經(jīng)有長期穩(wěn)定的供應(yīng)商,他其實(shí)只是把你當(dāng)報(bào)價(jià)的參照物罷了,要特別小心這類客戶。對這類客戶,我個(gè)人的意見:不但不要報(bào)價(jià),連資料都不要給。因?yàn)樵谶@樣的客戶身上花費(fèi)太多的時(shí)間精力不值。我不否認(rèn)也有“精誠所至,金石為開”的客戶,但以我做外貿(mào)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),騙“財(cái)”(價(jià)格)騙“色”(樣品、資料)的客戶太多,不值得追捧。
2、關(guān)于真假買家,可以通過交談(面談、電話、傳真、EMAIL)來辨別(這種方法的條件是--你所提的問題客人要有所反應(yīng)):真還是假?行家還是生手?只要問他幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵性的問題,比如:產(chǎn)品的規(guī)格、技術(shù)參數(shù),希望接受的價(jià)位,打算訂購的數(shù)量,做什么品牌,該品牌在當(dāng)?shù)厥欠裼杏绊懥Γ椭袊哪男┢髽I(yè)有過生意往來,和中國做生意有多長時(shí)間(也就是說是否為“中國通”)等等,通過這些大致可以區(qū)分出客戶的“真”與“假”,“實(shí)”與“虛”,“大”與“小”。
3、從外商提供的名片也可以判斷客戶的實(shí)力,如:公司所處該城市的地段,有幾條電話線、傳真線,有沒有自己的網(wǎng)站,是零售商、批發(fā)商還是進(jìn)口商?在當(dāng)?shù)厥欠翊磉^一些著名的品牌,等等。
4、做外貿(mào)其實(shí)就是做服務(wù),誰的服務(wù)好,誰就能贏得客戶。服務(wù)好包括如下幾方面:
A)報(bào)價(jià)恰如其分,不能過低,也不能過高;好東西不能賤賣,普通的產(chǎn)品不要報(bào)高。因?yàn)榭蛻敉鶗?huì)從你的報(bào)價(jià)來判斷你的誠實(shí)性,并同時(shí)判斷你對產(chǎn)品的熟悉程度;如果一個(gè)非常簡單普通的產(chǎn)品你報(bào)一個(gè)遠(yuǎn)離市場的價(jià)位,這說明你的誠實(shí)性不夠,你根本不懂這一行,自然而然別人會(huì)對你的傳真不屑一顧;
B)對客戶的任何信息要及時(shí)響應(yīng)并回復(fù);對客戶的回復(fù)不能簡單的一問一答,要盡可能全面、周到,但切不可啰嗦。
