最基本的，打電話會分神，分神就會有危險，有危險就有可能會引發事故。首先公共輿論及新聞媒體的宣傳是對這一觀點有利的。

比如，有關調查表明有多少比例的事故是因為開車打電話而導致的。進而有些地方甚至出臺法律將開車打電話定為違法。

我方觀點：

開車總結

從進入開車調試以來，聚合部全體員工晝夜奮戰、迎難而上，用汗水和激情確保了裝置一次性開車成功。成績來之不易，為積累經驗、汲取教訓，現將在調試和開車過程中所做的主要工作、所遇到的各類問題及經驗總結如下：

1、管道吹掃和容器的清洗

在安裝過程中，難免會有油污、焊渣、灰塵甚至焊條、螺絲、抹布等留在系統里，這些雜質一方面會污染開車后的產品，嚴重的會影響開車和正常生產。發現的問題：（1）酯化1內部在單機試車時發現內有木塊（2）PTA旋轉下料器被焊絲卡堵跳停（3）工藝塔沒有清洗干凈導致做熱態模擬時重新用EG置換。

2、單機試車

目的是檢查設備的各種性能參數是否符合設計要求，以及動設備的正確安裝和運行，包括是否有異常噪音、震動或泄漏，軸承溫升是否正常，電機電流是否超過額定電流等。發現的問題：（1）循環水泵出口閥不能全開，否則泵跳停（2）酯化1底部固定軸承對中不好，間隙有點大。（3）切粒系統輸送水管線輸送能力不足等。現在在保全和儀電的配合下都得到了解決。

3、設備標定

在惠通、保全和儀電的配合下，我們對泵轉速和流量、容器容積、特殊儀表測量值進行了標定。標定所得的原始記錄和標定曲線已做成檔案資料備查。

4、系統的檢漏和保壓

（1）對熱媒系統做了冷態氣密，對氣相熱媒系統又專門做了保負壓實驗。發現的問題：A、05-P17系統在做最后一次氣密時，又發現新漏點（05-E03氣相伴熱管線的低排管被保溫鐵皮上的螺絲打破。B、05-P15系統又兩處漏點在升溫之后才發現。（2）縮聚系統做了冷態和熱態氣密后，又做了氨檢，在處理系統中氨氣時，把氨氣直接對空排放，導致樓內氨氣味很重。

5、熱媒系統聯動試車

熱媒聯動試車一般分為三步：(1)試車前系統吹掃、檢漏和保壓都必須合格。（2）冷態熱媒填充和循環清洗。（3）系統升溫

在系統升溫前和升溫時我們所做的主要工作有:(1)升溫前把所有攪拌器和熱媒泵的恒溫冷卻水打開并循環，同時做好恒溫水分流。（2）升溫前熔體管線上的取樣閥和物料閥必須有一定的開度。（3）反應釜和管線不能憋壓，需有敞口。（4）升溫時現場巡檢必須定人定時，并每1h記錄一次。（5）升溫速度嚴格按升溫曲線控制。（6）升溫過程中，對攪拌器定期盤車。（7）對反應釜升溫一定要勻，特別是縮聚2和終縮釜。
