英語組2012年秋季學期工作總結

在當今數字化信息社會中，英語是重要的國民素質之一。因此，如今在我國中學校園里，英語學科被列為三門基礎課程之一，受到歷史上前所未有的重視。這給予我們每位英語教師以壓力，同時也成為我們設法搞好教研、教學工作的動力。總結本學期外語教研組的工作，我們一直朝著以下幾個方面努力，并取得了一定的成績。

一.強化觀念更新，創新英語教學

英語新課程標準對英語學科的發展提出了新的要求，這就要求我們要認真學習理論，更新教學觀念和知識結構，提高自身的綜合素質，才能符合時代潮流的發展要求。在教學中，我們要求每位教師努力做到“三創新”—— 創新課堂教學設計，主要以學生的發展為本；創新教學方法，使教學活動由“教”向“學”轉變，真正提高45分鐘的課堂教學效率；創新教學手段，運用現代化教學技術是創新外語教學的重要途徑。

二、抓好教學業務工作提高教師的專業素質

1．加強備課的規范性，集體備課與個人備課相結合備課是上好一節課的關鍵和前提。我們采取集體備課與個人備課相結合的辦法。集體備課主要以各年級備課組為單位，明確本單元教學內容的重點、難點、疑點，基本習題，參考教法等。然后，同年級備課組教師進行討論，充分發揮備課組的力量，做到了教學資源共享。

2．組織示范課、公開課，開展聽課、評課活動

每一位教師的授課都向全組教師開放，教師可以任意隨機聽課。這學期安排了全組教師上示范課、公開課。

3.積極組織全校學生參加全國中學生英語能力競賽，并有多人獲得全國二等獎、三等獎和區級一等獎、二等獎、三等獎。

4.本學期組織了一次全校英語教師課堂教學大賽，4人獲得一等獎，4人獲得二等獎，一位教師獲得青秀區英語說課比賽三等獎。

三、積極進取，無私奉獻

英語組教師有2人擔任3個班級的課，工作負擔很重。但是，這幾位教師以學校大局為重，克服困難，積極進取，發揚了無私奉獻的精神，高質高效地完成了學校交給的各項任務。

四、落實各項教學常規檢查工作

本學期檢查教案、學生作業的批閱情況兩次，并及時作好反饋工作。

五、存在的問題：

課件的制作水平有待提高。今后我們應在這方面加強檢查和督促。

總之，一學期以來，外語組教師注意自身素質的提高，始終以高標準嚴格要求自己，在教育教學工作中取得了一定的成績。但是，我們也深深知道，這些成績的取得是在各級領導的關心、大力支持與配合下取得的。我們還知道，我們的工作還有很多需要提高改進的地方，在今后的工作中，我們決心再接再厲，努力工作，為把學校英語教學各方面的工作提高到一個新層次而奮斗。
