摘要

本建筑是河北省玉田縣第二中學教學樓設計,建筑層數為五層,建筑面積為4039.55m2。本建筑的抗震設防烈度8度,抗震等級二級,場地類別II類,抗震設防類別丙類,建筑物安全等級二級。場地土類型為中軟場地土,最大凍結深度0.6米。地基承載力標準值fk=180Kpa,持力層為粉質粘土,設計使用年限50年。最大降雪深度190mm,最大冰凍深度800mm。在設計時首先是對現狀調研,內容包括自然環境條件、人文環境條件、以及收集設計對象的現狀信息三個方面。自然環境條件方面需要了解當地的氣候條件、是否具有特定的自然地理特征、以及當地特定的地方材料。在設計中力求通風、采光、保溫、防水較好,充分提高面積利用率,特別要做好裝修采光、消防等方面的工作。

本設計建筑施工圖部分采用CAD繪制并出圖,結構施工圖部分主要采用PKPM結構系列軟件設計計算并繪圖,施工圖部分采用CAD繪制。設計計算說明書采用PKPM結構設計軟件的計算結果并經過手算驗證。在用PKPM結構設計軟件進行設計時步驟如下:首先,用PMCAD模塊進行結構模型的建立,再用SAT-8進行結構內力計算,最后,用梁柱施工圖軟件繪制梁柱的平法施工圖,用JCCAD計算并繪制基礎施工圖,樓梯圖采用CAD自行繪制。

本設計依據設計要求、規范和原始資料,運用力學鋼筋混凝土、結構力學基本原理及土力學和對材料性質的深刻了解,遵守設計規則,保證建筑結構合理,所有材料的質量和強度合格,工藝良好。

本建筑設計分為兩部分:建筑設計、結構設計、施工組織設計。

建筑設計采取積極措施來增強建筑物的外表強度和堅固性,給人以心理上的安全感。另外,還要有藝術的美感,要有時代氣息。在建筑設計過程中兼顧安全,適用,經濟,美觀四個原則,并依據建筑設計資料集進行詳細說明。總平面設計要求綜合總體規劃,基地環境等具體條件合理分區,妥善解決平面各組成部分之間的相互關系,選擇合適的交通聯系方式。并且簡捷明快,管理方便,滿足人在心理,視覺和其它各種使用上的要求,按照建筑性質,規劃和基地,確定平面形式,使布局緊湊,節約用地,并且為立面設計創造有利條件,考慮合理性及經濟。,讓人更加的舒適。建筑立面設計是滿足房屋使用要求和技術經濟條件的前提下,運用建筑物造型和里面構圖的一些規律,緊密結合平面布置,剖面的內部空間組合條件而進行設計。聯系建筑平面及剖面建筑體型組合,運用建筑形式美的一些基本規律,使它在滿足使用要求的前提下,適應環境條件,符合美學的基本規律,也更加富有現代氣息和藝術的感覺。本設計中,外立面上采用大面積的鋁合金門窗,充分顯示框架結構中,框架的特點。外墻采用淺黃色面磚貼面。建筑剖面圖是表示建筑物在垂直方向房屋各部分的組合關系,剖面設計主要分析建筑物各部分應有的高度,建筑物的層數,空間的組合和利用,以及在建筑物剖面中的結構和構造的關系等。

結構體系是鋼筋混凝土框架結構,用空心砌塊做填充墻。結構設計是使結構物得到足夠的強度、剛度和韌性的過程。結構體系選擇后,進行荷載分析和強度分析,同時考慮與建筑經濟學的關系,把材料制作安裝所需成本、所用時間,以及結構使用期間的維修聯系起來。

摘要

本工程為高速·金福花園2#樓。建筑工程等級三級,耐火等級二級,屋面防水等級二級,抗震設防裂度6度。

本工程室內環境污染控制類型為I類,所選用的建筑材料和裝修材料必須符合《民用建筑工程室內環境污染控制規范》(GB50325-2010)的規定。

本工程施工圖紙各層所注標高為完成面標高(建筑面標高),屋面標高為結構面標高;本工程施工圖紙原標高以及總平面圖以米計外,其余均以毫米計。

本工程手工計算工程量,利用晨曦清單計價系統套價軟件計價,材料按2012年《第三季度南平工程造價信息》中建甌地區信息價,材料價格不全的套《福州市2012年10月建設工程材料價格》,其中主要材料按招標人指定的品牌和價格計算,工程總造價20387843元。

在計算工程量的過程中一定要看清楚圖紙上交代的內容,以免漏算。在定額套價時,主要參考了《建設工程工程量清單計價規范》(GB50500-2008)及有效的定額補充、工程計價文件和規定。調信息價時,要準確的看好每個材料的信息價。在保證這些都完成的前提下,算出工程總造價。
