看《今日說法》的心得體會

今天,像往常一樣,我和爸爸媽媽坐在電視機旁,準時收看《今日說法》節(jié)目。今天報道的節(jié)目,是一位老人的感人故事,他令我非常震撼。一位撿破爛的老人無意間撿破爛時撿到了一張報紙。他不經(jīng)意的去看了看,看到了上面報道的一位快要失學(xué)的兒童,于是他立即果斷的拿出五十元錢捐助了那位兒童。也許在你們眼里,50元還算不了你們家金錢數(shù)目里的一點小指甲蓋。但是對于撿破爛的劉舒蘭爺爺來講,50元已經(jīng)很不容易了。記者去采訪時,劉爺爺在整理他賣破爛的一個月積攢的錢,才76元。沒有紙幣,全是硬幣。有人會問:劉爺爺一個月的生活費夠么?答案當然是不夠。所以每年還有政府部門的1800元的補貼。聽上去挺多。不過,這些錢在劉爺爺手里沒過多久就沒了。是不是劉爺爺亂花亂買了呢?除了劉爺爺?shù)纳钯M(劉爺爺一天三頓都吃面條,從來不吃肉,面條里的菜葉還是撿來的)以外,其它的全被捐了出去!100的,200的,500的,1000的都有!村里人很是不明白劉爺爺?shù)倪@種做法。記者在采訪劉爺爺時,劉爺爺給出的答復(fù)是:“我知道當窮人的滋味,我也知道失學(xué)的滋味。我就是不想讓他們失學(xué)?!边@句話深深的感動了我。此時,我已熱淚盈眶。劉爺爺——一個平凡的人做出了不平凡的事。一個還需要別人捐助的人竟捐助了那么多失學(xué)兒童!當采訪將要接近尾聲時,記者統(tǒng)計了一下,這位老人一共捐了兩萬元左右。盡管劉爺爺很窮,但他讓我深深地體會到他也是很“富有”的,他的道德就是一筆巨大的財富!我們應(yīng)該向劉爺爺學(xué)習(xí)他的道德品質(zhì),盡自己最大努力去幫助需要幫助的人。

博思大講堂第一講心得體會

為深入貫徹落實《學(xué)院“十二五”發(fā)展規(guī)劃》,探索新形勢下學(xué)生工作的新途徑、新方法,進一步加強大學(xué)生思想政治教育,開拓大學(xué)生知識視野,提升文化素養(yǎng),濃厚校園學(xué)術(shù)氛圍,努力打造校園文化精品,學(xué)院學(xué)工部決定組織開展“博思大講堂”活動。4月6日下午在正陽校區(qū)演講廳隆重舉行 “博思大講堂”活動揭幕儀式暨第一講。學(xué)院黨委書記申奉澈書記作了第一講,申書記的講座題目是《在奮斗與追求中實現(xiàn)人生價值》。作為學(xué)生代表的我參加了此次講座,我感到很榮幸,也令我受益匪淺。

一、由“作為父輩人,講講我的孩子”想到的

申書記的小女兒在還是一名高中生的時候,就多次參加國外的高考,并取得優(yōu)異成績,在得到家人的支持后便只身一身前往美國求學(xué)。我想在異國他鄉(xiāng)一個剛剛成年的小女生要怎樣獨自一人適應(yīng)國外的環(huán)境,要怎樣脫離父母的照顧自己獨立生活,要怎樣把對家人和朋友的思念埋在心里??作為父親給女兒寄了一封E-mail,那是一封寫滿了一個父親對女兒的思念和不放心的信,是一封充滿著希望與祝福的信。還那么小就離開了家這個避風(fēng)港,要是我會適應(yīng)么,會習(xí)慣么?還記得剛上大學(xué)時,那是的我是第一次離開爸爸媽媽的照顧,一個人獨立生活;連續(xù)一周的晚上哭濕了枕巾,終于在第八天忍不住對家的思念,放棄了軍訓(xùn),回家。和她比起來,覺得自己很渺小。看到申書

記,不自覺的想到了自己的父母,他們也像申書記一樣,對自己的女兒充滿了希望。可是面對這份希望我又完成了多少呢?寒假,按照院學(xué)工部、團委的社會實踐要求,感恩父母,為他們做了點事,如果沒有這樣的文件要求,我會不會主動的為他們做點事呢,他們?yōu)榱宋也賱诹艘惠呑?,而我又?yīng)該拿什么來回報他們呢?

二、由“作為過來人,講講我的經(jīng)歷”體會到的

申書記到現(xiàn)在,已經(jīng)工作了將近三十年。這三十年來他不斷超越自己,雖然家境貧寒,經(jīng)歷坎坷,可是卻讓他越挫越勇。利用兩天時間復(fù)習(xí)別人用三個月時間復(fù)習(xí)的知識就去參加高考,成績卻是整個村子的驕傲。帶著村里人的祝福和父母的希望他踏上求學(xué)路,畢業(yè)后,他已經(jīng)是一名大學(xué)生黨員,同屆中算上他只有兩個同學(xué)入了黨。我想這比一百個證書更能證明他在學(xué)校是多么的優(yōu)秀。工作后,他始終保持著這樣的工作態(tài)度,堅持寫工作日記,每天一篇,堅持每天晚上謀劃第二天的工作計劃,堅持每年去看他的大學(xué)班主任老師,也是他的入黨培養(yǎng)人三次,直到老師去世,從未間斷過。想想自己,在學(xué)生會工作了這么久,工作態(tài)度和申書記相比簡直慚愧至極啊,再想想自己的老師,可能有的連名字都忘記了。我想不止我自己,現(xiàn)在很多青年人都像我一樣吧,做事沒有計劃,沒有明確的目標。和申書記相比,有多少大學(xué)生黨員是合格的呢?

三、由“作為社會人,講講我的朋友”聯(lián)想到的

申書記講述他的一位很要好的朋友——韓晟昊。他是被共產(chǎn)黨槍斃的地主的兒子,他是一位有著“特異功能”的神人,他是中韓友好大使。有這樣一位朋友,是申書記的驕傲。的確他的傳奇經(jīng)歷讓很多人震撼,曾經(jīng)投奔國民黨一起反共,因為共產(chǎn)黨對于他有殺父之仇,可是在了解了國民黨的所作所為后,毅然決然的“背叛”了國民黨,雖然蔣介石很看好他。逃到韓國后,經(jīng)過自己的努力,得到韓國總統(tǒng)的青睞并委以重任——出任中韓友好大使。再次回到祖國,他已經(jīng)功成名就,接見他的中國官員竟然是當年槍斃他父親的共產(chǎn)黨員,那一刻,他的心里波濤洶涌,可是在大利益面前,他放棄了個人的情感,和那位官員一起伸出了手并緊緊握在了一起,猶如中韓兩國的友誼一樣堅定。不禁為這種大胸懷感到贊嘆,和他比起來我們生活中的雞毛蒜皮的小事又算得了什么,韓晟昊實現(xiàn)了自己的人生價值,通過自己的奮斗,得到了兩國人民的認可。

四、由“作為負責人,講講我的希望”思考到的

作為負責人,申書記對我們提出了幾點希望:一是人生要有目標,認真設(shè)計人生;二是人生要有作為,認真積累人生;三是人生要有內(nèi)涵,認真豐富人生;四是人生要有毅力,認真改造人生;五是人生要有尊嚴,認真提升人生。這五點希望我們做到了幾點?沒有目標我們的人生還能有一個明確的方向么,我們上了大學(xué)到底是為了什么,當學(xué)生干部又是為了什么?申書記的人生閱歷那么豐富,那我們呢?站在講臺上是不是沒什么可說呢,一路走來我們學(xué)到了什么,又積累了多少?都說內(nèi)在美才是最美的,可是當代大學(xué)生多數(shù)都把心思放在了

外表上,都在追捧時尚的打扮,心里又有多少東西是內(nèi)涵的東西呢?半途而廢是我們的做事風(fēng)格,沒有毅力堅持下去,又有幾人嘗到了成功的甜頭呢?尊嚴并不是我們所謂的面子,面對原則的事情有幾人能堅持原則呢?這一個個問號不斷敲打著我的心弦,也深深的烙在了我的心底深處。

作為學(xué)生干部,我一定要用申書記提出的五點希望來要求自己,我希望畢業(yè)后能作為優(yōu)秀的畢業(yè)生,優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生干部回到母校,驕傲的告訴學(xué)弟學(xué)妹我是吉林工商學(xué)院的一員。我也會盡自己最大的努力完成學(xué)生會的各項工作,讓我的大學(xué)生活更加豐富,為我的人生增添上濃重的一筆。在奮斗與追求中實現(xiàn)我的人生價值!

本人張彭,湖南省常德市人,于2006年9月考入南京航空航天大學(xué)金城學(xué)院機電工程系車輛工程專業(yè),編入20060121班。本人于2010年3月通過南京航空航天大學(xué)金城學(xué)院機電工程系102—4學(xué)生黨支部審議,光榮加入中國共產(chǎn)黨。臨畢業(yè)期間,本人參加機電系專場招聘會,被上海律成車輛技術(shù)研發(fā)有限公司錄用,前往公司總部重慶工作。當初和公司溝通,將個人組織關(guān)系由重慶市沙坪壩區(qū)委組織部轉(zhuǎn)至上海律成車輛技術(shù)研發(fā)有限公司(重慶總部),但經(jīng)核實發(fā)現(xiàn)組織關(guān)系無法轉(zhuǎn)至該公司,經(jīng)本人慎重考慮將組織關(guān)系由湖南省常德市鼎城區(qū)委組織部轉(zhuǎn)至湖南省常德市鼎城區(qū)周家店鎮(zhèn)中學(xué)。

Tolerance for other people‘s ideas, and the freedom to express your own, are inseparable values at great universities.Joined together, they form a sacred trust that holds the basis of our democratic society.包容他人觀點,以及表達自身言論的自由,是頂尖大學(xué)不可分割的價值。兩者結(jié)合在一起,構(gòu)成了支撐民主社會根基的一種神圣的信賴。

But let me tell you that trust is perpetually vulnerable to the tyrannical tendencies of monarchs, mobs, and majorities.And lately, we have seen those tendencies manifest themselves too often, both on college campuses and in our society.不過我要告訴大家,這種信賴在君主、暴民、多數(shù)派的專制傾向下是很脆弱的。最近,大家頻繁地看到這些傾向真實發(fā)生的事例,不管是在大學(xué)校園或社會。

I‘m sure all of today‘s graduates have read John Stuart Mill‘s On Liberty.But just let me read a short passage from it: ―The peculiar evil of silencing the expression of an opinion is, that it is robbing the human race;posterity as well as the existing generation;those who dissent from the opinion, still more than those who hold it.‖

我相信,今天的畢業(yè)生都讀過約翰·彌爾的《論自由》。請允許我朗讀其中的一小段:―限制別人不能表達意見的罪惡,是對人類的掠奪,是對子孫后代及當代人類的掠奪,是對那些持不同意見的人掠奪更多?!?/p>

He continued: ―If the opinion is right, they are deprived of the opportunity of exchanging error for truth: if wrong, they lose, what is almost as great a benefit, the clearer perception and livelier impression of truth, produced by its collision with error.‖

Mill would have been horrified to learn of university students silencing the opinions of others.He would have been even more horrified that faculty members were often part of the commencement censorship campaigns.彌爾如果得知大學(xué)生壓制別人發(fā)表意見肯定會毛骨悚然,彌爾如果得知連教職員工都通常是畢業(yè)演講者審查活動的一部分,肯定會更毛骨悚然。

For tenured professors to silence speakers whose views they disagree with is the height of hypocrisy, especially when these protests happen in the northeast – a bastion of self-professed liberal tolerance.如果享有終身職位的教授,壓制那些持有他不贊同觀點的人發(fā)聲,那是高度的偽善,尤其是當那些抗議發(fā)生在自稱自由寬容堡壘的東北。

張臻博

自深入學(xué)習(xí)實踐科學(xué)發(fā)展觀活動開展以來,我按照鄉(xiāng)黨委的統(tǒng)一安排、部署,積極臵身于創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)活動中,鞏固科學(xué)發(fā)展觀活動學(xué)習(xí)成果。在堅持以人為本、跟蹤服務(wù)、將科學(xué)發(fā)展觀融入基層各項工作中的同時主要做了以下幾方面的工作:

一是加強學(xué)習(xí)交流,領(lǐng)會精神實質(zhì)。積極開展自我學(xué)習(xí)活動,認真撰寫心得體會,和同事進行交流,深刻領(lǐng)會科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵、精神實質(zhì)和根本要求。

二是理論聯(lián)系實際,深入調(diào)查研究。通過基層實踐,從鄉(xiāng)到行政村到自然村再到戶,層層進行剖析,找問題,查不足,尋建議,根據(jù)調(diào)查實際撰寫了調(diào)研報告。

三是廣泛征求意見,深刻分析問題。通過入戶開展座談會等多種方式和途徑,征求農(nóng)戶對我工作的意見和建議,并開會研討工作方法整改方案。

通過深入學(xué)習(xí)實踐科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,我反思自己參加工作以來所做的事,查找自身的不足,工作方面,堅持科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,工作有了新思路;生活方面,養(yǎng)成勤儉節(jié)約的好習(xí)慣。不足的方面主要有五個“滑坡”:

1、思想上滑坡。政治思想意識不夠強,政治理論學(xué)習(xí)抓得不夠,政治思想認識不能緊跟形勢的要求。對自身要求有所放松,進取心、責任心有所下降,雖然取得一定成績,得到了同事認可和上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的肯定,但是后勁不足,存在不愿得罪人的思想,在工作中還有不少需

1要解決的問題,缺乏應(yīng)有的政治敏銳性和洞察力,沒有從政治的角度來觀察、分析問題的能力,認識事物只停留在表面,不能透過現(xiàn)象看本質(zhì),對事物的理解往往不深刻、不全面。

2、作風(fēng)上滑坡。自己深入基層工作,與同事交心談心明顯少了,沒有能及時加強與同事之間的工作方法交流,以至于走了不少彎路。與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部交流不夠,工作上存在對要求別人多、對自己要求少,自我多、聽取大家意見少,工作上布臵多、考核少等問題,同時外出學(xué)習(xí)少,解放思想不夠,以目標責任來堅持和督促解決日常工作不夠,以致工作效率低下。

3、學(xué)習(xí)上滑坡。在日常工作中,學(xué)習(xí)的主動性不夠,自覺性不強,學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容較淺,學(xué)習(xí)的范圍較窄,系統(tǒng)性、專業(yè)性、深入性不強,自己理論學(xué)習(xí)少了,自我能力、管理水平與新形勢的發(fā)展存在差距,有一種得過且過的心理,很多時候?qū)W習(xí)也只是搞搞形勢,走走過場,應(yīng)付了事的心理。另外,自己對業(yè)務(wù)知識鉆研不夠,對業(yè)務(wù)知識的全面掌握不夠重視,總認為自己已有的一些業(yè)務(wù)知識可以適應(yīng)目前的工作,沒改變那種“要我學(xué)”為“我要學(xué)”的良好學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,對于學(xué)習(xí)制度堅持不夠,容易犯“三分鐘”熱情的毛病。

4、工作上滑坡。工作激情不夠,只想平淡過,思維僵化,沒有多少創(chuàng)新,延續(xù)老的思維模式,習(xí)慣用老辦法解決新問題,對于怎樣發(fā)展、如何發(fā)展,沒有很好的思路,對工作的長遠規(guī)劃考慮得不夠,剛到崗位上千方百計搞好工作的那種精神和勁頭沒有很好保持下來,自我松懈了。

2011年工作展望:

1、加強理論學(xué)習(xí),提高理論水平。

要加強馬列主義、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論以及“三個代表”重要思想,提高政治敏感性和政治鑒別力。自覺做一個黨性堅強,政治成熟的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部。

2、強化黨性黨風(fēng)意識,發(fā)揚黨的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)。

時刻用共產(chǎn)黨員的標準嚴格要求自己?!叭朦h為公、執(zhí)政為民”,正確行使黨和人民賦予的權(quán)力,發(fā)揚黨的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng),自覺抵制各種不正之風(fēng),克服官僚主義,做一個清正廉潔、勤政為民的合格共產(chǎn)黨員。

3、作為鄉(xiāng)政府的一員,今后要更多地為我鄉(xiāng)的發(fā)展搞好長遠謀劃,積極配合協(xié)助上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)做好每一項工作,促進我鄉(xiāng)全面科學(xué)發(fā)展。
