時間真快，一年又到尾聲。2016年的最后一天，總書記發表了2017年新年賀詞，向全國人民送去新年祝福。辭舊迎新，1300多字的賀詞不算長，但其中包含的內容卻很多。

2016年，我們取得了很多成績。正如新年賀詞中所說，“2016年，對中國人民來說，是非凡的一年，也是難忘的一年”。“新故相推，日生不滯。”即將到來的2017年，我們仍要繼續努力。

今年的新年賀詞釋放了哪些信號?2017年，習近平重點要干哪些大事?人民日報客戶端為您解讀習主席許下的4個“新年愿望”。

心愿一：十九大將召開，“四個全面”要繼續發力

2016年，是“十三五”的開局之年。這一年做得怎么樣?在習近平看來，“十三五”實現了開門紅，“四個全面”都取得積極推進。

具體來說，取得了哪些進展呢?在新年賀詞中，習近平一一進行了解釋。

全面建成小康社會方面：我們積極踐行新發展理念，加快全面建成小康社會進程，推動我國經濟增長繼續走在世界前列。

全面深化改革方面：我們積極推進全面深化改革，供給側結構性改革邁出重要步伐，國防和軍隊改革取得重大突破，各領域具有四梁八柱性質的改革主體框架已經基本確立。

全面依法治國方面：我們積極推進全面依法治國，深化司法體制改革，全力促進司法公正、維護社會公平正義。

全面從嚴治黨方面：我們積極推進全面從嚴治黨，堅定不移“打虎拍蠅”，繼續純凈政治生態，黨風、政風、社會風氣繼續好轉。

從上面可以看出，我們取得的成績可圈可點。然而，他并不認為可以到此為止。2017年，十九大將要召開，習近平強調，四個全面“要繼續發力”。“天上不會掉餡餅”，他用通俗的語言告誡我們不要有僥幸心理，只有繼續奮斗才能夢想成真。

心愿二：脫貧攻堅，小康路上一個都不能掉隊

新年之際，習近平最牽掛誰?他說，“我最牽掛的還是困難群眾，他們吃得怎么樣、住得怎么樣，能不能過好新年、過好春節。”

實際上，不僅是在新年之際，40多年來，扶貧始終是習近平工作的一個重要內容，花費精力最多。

2016年的新年賀詞中，他就曾表明心跡：“讓幾千萬農村貧困人口生活好起來，是我心中的牽掛。”一年中，這份牽掛始終在心頭，也在行動中。他扶貧的身影，遍布從黃土高坡到雪域高原，從大山深處到棚戶陋室的許多角落。

今年賀詞中，他高興地說，一年來，又有1000多萬貧困人口實現了脫貧。這份成績來之不易，但還不是全部。他叮囑道，“全黨全社會要繼續關心和幫助貧困人口和有困難的群眾，讓改革發展成果惠及更多群眾，讓人民生活更加幸福美滿。”

心愿三：13億多人民和衷共濟，擼起袖子加油干

2016年，我們隆重慶祝了中國共產黨成立95周年、紀念了中國工農紅軍長征勝利80周年，習近平號召大家“不忘初心、繼續前進”。

這一年，我們的確在許多方面都“前進”了很多。“‘中國天眼’落成啟用，‘悟空’號已在軌運行一年，‘墨子號’飛向太空，神舟十一號和天宮二號遨游星漢，中國奧運健兒勇創佳績，中國女排時隔12年再次登上奧運會最高領獎臺??”習近平在賀詞中欣慰地回顧了這一切。

回顧過去，是為了更好地走向未來。對于未來，習近平有足夠的信心。他說：上下同欲者勝，“只要我們13億多人民和衷共濟，只要我們黨永遠同人民站在一起，大家擼起袖子加油干，我們就一定能夠走好我們這一代人的長征路。”

我們注意到，這次新年賀詞沒有夸張的鋪排，沒有華麗的辭藻，平實直白，言簡意賅，深入淺出。滿篇短小精悍的句子，很口語、很親和、很放松、很順耳，但卻并不影響其高遠立意的傳遞、豐富內涵的表達。其實，這樣的方式更適合也更容易被翻譯成準確對位的外語，也更容易被各國“老外”理解和接納。用最簡單的大實話來講中國故事、傳中國聲音，可以如此純粹！

--宏大敘事，精微落點。

從國內到海外，從中國到世界，從歷史到現實，從宇宙到地球，從成績到困難，從夢想到挑戰……新年
