英語翻譯，作為一種文化的傳播方式，不僅僅是逐字逐句的轉換，更是一種帶有個人文學色彩的創作，個人的語言風格，思維方式，理解方式乃至閱歷，都會對其翻譯創作產生巨大的影響。很多人把翻譯當成了電文解碼或是代數演算般的文字替換，從而低估了翻譯的價值，好的翻譯必定是形神兼備，不僅能清楚地表達出原作者的意思，還能傳達其文字內涵背后的情感意味。

這就要求翻譯者要精通熟知兩種不同的文化及其背景，并且融會貫通，在清楚理解原作者的基礎上，找到另一種文化中相同的情景表達，而非逐字逐詞地轉化，那樣必定是詞不達意或者生硬枯燥的，簡直就像是得到一本武功秘籍卻不能參透，只學得皮毛而無法領會其真正內涵和精髓意蘊，丟失了其大部分的價值。光中先生打了一個有趣的比方——直譯，甚至硬譯、死譯，充其量只能成為剝制的標本：一根羽毛不少，可惜是一只死鳥，徒有形貌，沒有飛翔。詩人齊阿地認為，從一種文字到另一種文字的翻譯，很像從一種樂器到另一種樂器的變調：四弦的提琴雖然拉不出88鍵大鋼琴的聲音，但那種旋律的精神多少可以傳遞過來。真有靈感的譯文，像投胎重生的靈魂一般令人覺得是一種“再創造”。

如何翻譯好一部作品呢，我認為各種翻譯技巧是其次，重點是要心中有存貨，要有大量的知識儲備，并且這些知識不僅僅只是死記硬背的，還應該是在實際生活中理解領悟的，懂得其延生和背后的內涵，只有真正理解透徹以后，再通過各種技巧，在兩種文化中融會貫通，熟練轉換。

很多人以為只要學好翻譯目標的語言就能翻譯好，我覺得這是不對的，如果你自己不能理解好母語，又怎么能在理解其他語言的基礎上準確轉換成自己的語言？

另外就是要多閱讀，通過閱讀吸收大量的語言詞匯和相應的表達，而且閱讀的過程中就給你提供了這個詞句表達的恰當場景語境，很多詞都有其延伸的含義，在不同的情景中有不同的釋義，如果只是理解了其中某個意思然后生搬硬套，很容易產生令人啼笑皆非的場景。有時候一個場景又能有多個詞語來表達，如何準確區分其中的細微差別和作者的意圖，這些都是需要通過長期大量的閱讀理解后方能學會的，正所謂厚積薄發，翻譯也是一個這樣的過程，簡單地翻譯出文章的意思容易，翻譯出作者的意圖則難，要翻譯出類似原作風格或者優美的準確達意的文章就更難了。

翻譯中的加減增刪，完全是取決于作者所要表達的重點和意圖，有些東西在另一種文化中完全是令人無法理解的或者是累贅的，就需要通過一定的修飾，使其變成能讓人理解的意會的相應東西。而有些細節是反應作者的意圖或者文章的暗線或者是一語雙關用來諷刺，暗喻等等的就需要巧妙地轉化，這其中的技巧還需要我更進一步的學習。

有的句子單獨摘出來就有許多種意思，如果翻譯還需要參考前后文章，這就是所謂的語境，只是有時這也是很難推斷的，也許作者想要表達的也有多個意思，該怎么翻譯才是準確的也很難推斷，也許通過更過的閱讀能更好的理解，總之翻譯是一條漫長的道路，正所謂一千個人就有一千本哈姆雷特，每個人理解的角度都是不一樣的，翻譯出來的也會有差異，還需要我們多加的學習，通過學習掌握更精確簡練的表達，更地道的說法，翻譯永無止境。篇二：翻譯心得體會

隨著經濟的不斷發展，英語作為一門世界性的通用語言，已經成為中外各界人士交流和溝通的橋梁，不管是在政治領域、經濟領域、醫學領域、商業貿易或學術交流等方面，英語都擔任了很重要的角色，成為中國與外界溝通的一個開放性的平臺，越來越受到各個國家的關注。而翻譯工作在其中更起著十分重要的作用。翻譯工作是我國對外交流和國際交往的橋梁和紐帶，發展翻譯事業也是我國對外改革開放的必然要求。翻譯專業人才在我國經濟發展和社會進步中起著非常重要的作用，特別是在吸收引進外國的先進科技知識和加強國際交流與合作方面，翻譯是橋梁和紐帶。翻譯人員的政治素質和業務素質的提高，對于我國在政治、經濟、科技等領域全方位加強國際合作起著關鍵的作用。站在國際高度上看待英語，更覺得作為當代大學生，非常有必要在英語上下功夫。這不管是對于整個國家的對外交流上，還是作為自己的一份交往溝通技能，學好英語都是必須的。就我們自身而言，大學三年，在經過了聽、說、讀、寫四大基本技能的培訓后，口譯也成了我們必學的科目。在翻譯的表現形式上，,有三種主要的形式：同聲傳譯，交替傳譯，普通商務口譯。同聲傳譯主要用在頂級國際大型會議、經濟論壇、政府組織的正式會議等上。交替傳譯包括更正式的中型會議、技術交流、商務談判或更高級別的學術會議等。普通商務口譯包括小型商務會議或談判、境外旅游陪同口譯、工廠或現場訪問、展會等。很多人都聽說口譯考試很難，通過率很低就望而卻步了。其實我認為英語主要的目的是會用，是學習到一些英語方面的知識，因此要樹立一個正確的觀點：素質教育第一，應試教育第二。

無論交替傳譯還是同聲傳譯，其目的均在于讓使用不同語言的人能夠實現清晰、無障礙的即時溝通。會議口譯層次上的交替傳譯和同聲傳譯并沒有高低難易之分，兩種口譯模式相輔相成，且其功能以及對質量的要求是完全相同的。稱職的會議口譯員應當掌握兩種模式的口譯技能。

通過短暫的一個多學期的學習，我也深切感受到“快樂口譯”帶來的無窮樂趣。口譯不像四、六級，還有專業四級那樣只是單純的注重于筆頭的練習而是一門綜合性的集聽、說、讀、寫于一體英語課程，它可以使你在各方面都有所提高。尤其是它的譯，包括口頭的和書面的。老師會教給你一套行之有效的模式，教你如何在不同的場合使用不同的談話方式及內容，很有益處。

口譯的口語交談能讓你展示足夠的“演戲天分”，在演老師安排的話題時能讓你捧腹大笑。這種情境的口語課可以使你有足夠的勇氣開口講英語。學習語言的最終目的就是會講，而我們以前都太忽略這一點了，倒致了許多人如今的啞巴英語。不能用于交流的語言，不管書面內容學得多么的出色，也是是失敗的，語言最大的特點就是用于交流。同時，上口譯課程的另一大收獲是如何自我培養聽力能力：多聽英文歌曲，多看英語電影、視頻，這不僅不枯燥，而且會讓你越來越喜歡英語，同時可以在聽的過程里感受到來自不同國家不同種族不同發音的人的語音語調，這會讓自己的聽力越來越好，耳朵越來越靈敏。相信在潛移默化中會讓你的英語大有長進。

除此之外，口譯課程讓我了解了更多的文化。在以前的翻譯課上，各地方的方言，還有美國的很多的哩語翻譯都會讓你覺得很有樂趣。這些不同的文化差異往往會帶來一些有趣的事，多樣的差異性。總之，在笑中學知識，何樂而不為呢？同時，只有在了解了更多的文化知識文化背景的情況下，翻譯的內容才會生動，才能有靈性，才比較的符合實際，而不是按照詞意生硬的翻譯，那樣的文字沒有生命力，也沒有感染力，也就不可能很好的傳遞出原文作者想表達的意思，說話者的意圖。

有很多時候我們花費大量時間和精力得到的收獲往往并不讓自己滿意，遇到這種情況時我們大可不必灰心，這是每個學習口譯的人都會遇到的問題。只要我們掌握好正確的學習方法，學習口譯自然會變得簡單輕松。“掌握正確的學習方法！”聽起來覺得很難，但只要我們能夠認清自身的不足，加以彌補和充實，這個難題就很容易解決。

記得以前曾聽一位老師說過這樣一句話：“我不僅要求我的學生從一堂課中學到知識，我更注重他們能夠掌握適合自己的學習方法！”的確如此，掌握正確的學習方法往往比在課堂上獲得知識更為重要。那個老師指出“適合每個人的學習方法各不一樣，這取決于每個人的性格、思維方式、記憶力和溝通習慣等。這需要在授課時更注重對學生引導的技巧和互動！”在口譯課上我就感受到了這種教學方式的重要性，這是我在其他地方學不到的。確實，每個人的先天條件不一樣，一個人成功的學習方法并不代表放到自己身上也一樣合適。翻譯中更需要的，是要：

1培養自己善于分析的頭腦和概括能力。要培養這種能力靠死記硬背是行不通的，每天在狀態最好的時候（通常是早上）針對一些案例進行實練。

培養自己合理思考的能力和估計形勢的本能。

鍛煉自己的反應迅速，能迅速將注意力轉移給下一個發言人、新形勢和新話題。

善于集中注意力。

5有求知欲，興趣廣泛。

6良好的短期和長期記憶力。

7在公眾場合流暢、清晰、良好地講話。

8超出一般的抗壓能力。

從以上列出的幾點中找到自身不足的地方，加以針對性的鍛煉，在這個過程中自然會掌握一套適合自己的學習方法。加以時日必定會發現自己的能力有顯著的提高。

談到翻譯中需要注意的事項，免不了要提到翻譯的技能，靠著這些技能，才能讓翻譯工作更加的出色。

說到技能，翻譯是一項專業性很強的工作。筆譯是鍛煉一個人語言功底很好的方法，同時也是做好口譯的重要基礎。從口譯的角度說，如果語言文字有了比較堅實的基礎，接下來表達和思維就至關重要。練表達，一個好的方法就是視譯。非常有針對性的材料，可以使得練習變得很有效率。在拿到材料以后應該調整好狀態，想象自己就在翻譯的現場，給自己造成一定的壓力。看到材料中的中文后，爭取在最短的時間內用最流利的語言表達出來。如果有哪些詞或句說得不通順或者結構不好，就可以記在筆記本上，之后可以向他人請教或者自己進行查找。通過反復的訓練，在表達方面便有可能取得較為明顯的進步。

練思維，在英譯中時，聽力是基礎，首先作為譯者，自己必須明白對方所要表達的內容。有了這個前提，接下來便是思考如何用精練的句子傳達出來，這對思維有著很高的要求。單單只是聽懂是遠遠不夠的，因為口譯譯員是一座溝通的橋梁，所以譯員的表達應該是工整的，讓受眾能夠非常順暢地理解對方的意思甚至是精髓。所以中文的功底在這時就顯得至關重要。語言是不同的，但又是相通的。因此，兩種語言不應該有所偏頗。

但是不論是表達抑或是思維，翻譯最需要的勤學苦練，在不斷的學習中不斷地提高。在我看來，這是成為一名好翻譯，一名不會落伍的翻譯的最重要的前提。要經常長期性的學習新的知識，新的說法，新的詞匯只有擁有這種不斷學習的精神，才能成為優秀的翻譯。

英語翻譯心得

經過三個學期的翻譯理論學習，我對翻譯有了很深的認識。以前總覺得翻譯就是用正確的語法把特定的詞語組織起來，表達流利就足夠了，在前幾篇練習中都是采用直譯的手法，翻譯出來的文章不但讀不通而且邏輯不通，翻譯理論與實踐這門課的學習讓我受益匪淺。翻譯是跨語言、跨文化、跨社會的交際活動。

翻譯是有靈魂的，語言是人與人交流的重要工具，翻譯也是文化的交流。像紐馬克說的，翻譯是一門科學，藝術，技術也是一種品位。翻 譯不是精通一門外語，借助于詞典和工具書就能為之的事，缺少對原語文化的深人研究很難保證翻譯的水平和質量。翻譯要熟悉兩種語言，悟出語言所具有的無比威 力，還要透過語言所傳達的信息，了解其背后的文化和精神，從而體會到中西文化的差異。語言不僅僅是信息的載體，還是文化的載體。不同民族由于不同的生存環 境，不同的認識世界的角度，往往形成各自獨特的文化模式。人類對信息形式和內容的理解在相當程度上依賴于本民族的文化模式。原文讀者與原文作者一般具有共 同的文化背景，因此原文讀者能按作者所期望的那樣，透過詞匯的表面形式去理解原文的全部文化內涵，而譯者根據自己的語言和文化背景來傳達信息、表達感情，他所面對的則是難以理解甚至是更容易誤解的文化材料，因此“翻譯者必須是一個真正意義上文化人”。譯者不僅應該精通原語和譯人語這兩種語言，而且應該通過各種信息渠道了解這兩種語言所反映的文化，諳熟它們的差異，才能找到契合點，最大限度地縮小原作和譯者之間的距離，準確地捕捉原文中的文化信息，進行有效的傳播。

翻譯的定義是 “rendering the meaning of a text into another language in the way that author intended the text.”這里要強調一下“in the way that author intended the text”。就是要注重作者的寫作手法，風格，意圖。近代翻譯家嚴復的“信、達、雅”翻譯標準高度的表達了翻譯的理念。“信”,要使譯文準確無誤，忠于原文，如實恰當地運用現代漢語把原文翻譯出來“達”，就是要通順暢達，要使譯文 符合現代漢語的語法及用語習慣，字通句順，沒有語病“雅”就是指譯文要優美自然，要使譯文生動、形象，完美地表達原文的寫作風格。

要 能翻譯出好的作品，不是一朝一夕的事情，還需要經過大量艱苦的理論

至于翻譯方法，紐馬克介紹了很多種翻譯方法，如直譯，意譯，忠實翻譯，地道翻譯，但主要的是“直譯”和“意譯”，而“直譯”要有限度，“意譯”要有分寸，做到直而不死，意而不曲。直譯科技 商業 工業 經濟文本 新聞報導 會議記錄.等表達信息的文章中，意譯一般用在文學作品，演講詞，廣告語中，當然在翻譯中要兩者結合。雖 然，現在我們的翻譯還不能達到這個境界，然而使整個翻譯篇章流暢，句子結構多變，用詞恰當，是我們當前急需補上的功課。在翻譯中還有至關重要的一點是文化 因素，東西方存在很大的文化差異，好的翻譯應該符合一個語言環境，畢竟翻譯目的是讓看者能輕松地讀懂文意并忠實原文作者的意圖。

在翻譯步驟上，首先要讀懂文章，知道文章的內容，然后從一個翻譯者的角度去分析文章，了解文章的文化背景，作者的寫作意圖，寫作手法，從而選擇適當的翻譯方法。在翻譯過程中，修改的實踐應該占很大的比例，像老師說的，要把翻譯后的文章反復的

讀，要讀起來流利的像自己寫的。當然翻譯時還要考慮翻譯的意圖，也就是讀者群，一般來說讀者群有三種，即專家，受過教育的人，和沒受過高等教育的人，要根據翻譯意圖和他們的理解程度選擇適當的翻譯方法、。

在翻譯中首先應該做的是加強自身基本素養。所 謂基本素養，是指翻譯者必須具備的基本條件，亦即對翻譯者的基本要求。除了應該具有高尚的“譯德譯風”和嚴肅認真、一絲不茍的科學態度之外，譯者必須具備 三方面的素養，即一定的英語水平、較高的漢語修養和豐富的學科專業知識。大量的翻譯實踐表明，這三方面的素養越高，越能順利地完成翻譯工作。關于英語水平，應注意打牢基礎，擴大詞匯量，廣泛閱讀，最好能聽、說、讀、寫、譯五方面訓練同時并進，較之單攻翻譯能更快提高英語水平。在漢語修養方面，應加強語 法、邏輯、修辭等方面知識的研修，多閱讀、多寫作、多練習修改文章。在學科專業知識方面，要努力精通本職業務，多了解相關專業知識；經常閱覽國內、外護理 專業期刊，掌握學科發展動態。

翻譯是一項創造性的語言活動，具有很強的實踐性。在今后的翻譯學習中要注重實踐。不 通過大量的實踐而要提高翻譯能力，無異于想學游泳卻又不下水一樣。當然，實踐也要講究科學性。初學者若無行家里手的指點，最好是先找一些難度切合自己水平且有漢語譯文的材料進行翻譯練習。自己的譯文寫成后同人家的譯文相對照。先看看自己在理解方面是否準確，其次看看自己的表達是否符合漢語的語言習慣，從中 找到不足。隨著水平的提高，可找些比較簡單的本專業基礎知識方面的文章進行翻譯，以后逐步過渡到英文護理文獻的翻譯。堅持循序漸進多翻譯多投稿，定會果實 累累。

在高度信息化和全球化的現代社會中，翻譯的重要性得到了越來越多的體現。作為英語專業的我們，學好翻譯是一項艱巨而長遠的任務。學好英語，學好翻譯，把中國的源遠流長的燦爛文化傳播向世界。
