外貿業務工作感想
剛開始做外貿的人很寂寞,這話說的是不假,我們在沒有詢盤沒有客戶的條件下要一直發布產品,優化產品。我們還會有一些來自各方面的壓力,眼看就工作一個月了,沒什么讓人喜出望外的事情,我們會很浮躁,會靜不下心來,會感到很沒成就感。
聽到同事們都是講的詢盤,客戶之類的話題心急是很正常的,但這些都是一步步來的,是在自己努力認真付出后日積月累后濃縮出來的精華,并不是可望而不可求的。
有時候會感覺自己沒做出來業績,怕老板會覺得你這人很沒能力,但是既然選擇了這個行業,他們會連這些是急不來的都不知道嗎,相信他們,相信自己,不能自己給自己施加不必要的壓力,要一心一意的做該做的事。
現在做的最多的就是發布產品了,由于各方面的因素,一些比較熱門的關鍵詞自己是排不到前面的,我們只有從那些還算比較熱門的,競爭不那么厲害的著手。
優化好自己的產品,爭取排到前面,但有時候感覺自己做的這些是很盲目,感覺只是在用自己的方式,自己的思想去找一些關鍵詞發布一些產品,即使有的如愿排在了前面,但只怕買家根本不用同樣的詞來搜索自己想買的產品,所以發布的產品可能會有買家根本沒機會看到的可能,怎樣試圖找一些買家會用的詞?
通過這一個月的工作,我對外貿這個行業有了更深的認識 我認為大致的工作進程應該是:(1)優化,宣傳自己的產品(2)聯系客戶,與客戶交流(3)公司對自己工作的支持(4)后期對產品和客戶的跟蹤
1.對于產品宣傳這方面我們要做的就是在聽取他人工作經驗的同時自己也用心地去思考,最終目地就是把自己的產品排到前面去。
2.對于客戶這方面還是最重要的,我們所做的不就是為了找客戶,把自己的產品介紹給他們,讓他們接受。但要讓那些買家成為你真正的客戶是相當難的,每個人都有自己的思路,自己的方法。最基本的我想應該是滿足談們的需求,只有這樣才有可能得到他對你更多的關注,應該是相交朋友一樣是要交心的。不能主觀的感覺他會是我的客戶我才會去認真地對待,我們應該真誠對每一個客戶。3.公司的支持也是很重要的,只有公司的支持你才可以毫無顧慮的做下去。4.后期的跟蹤我還沒接觸到,應該是很復雜的吧,可能需要我們用心,細心,耐心的去做。

外貿業務工作流程:
1、管理阿里賬號,發布產品、更新產品信息;
2、通過RFQ、各個搜索引擎尋找客戶;
3、詢盤、回盤;
4、客戶接盤后,接收預付款,30%左右,開形式發票;
5、與客戶溝通包裝、產品要求、付款方式,確定各個方面的規格;
6、確認收到預付款后通知工廠生產;
7、快完成生產時,給客戶看副本提單,要求客戶付足余款,保證交貨日期錢收到貨款;
8、將編制好的箱單傳給客戶;
9、之后的報關、訂艙、拖車裝箱、外銷核算、出口退稅等等應該有專門的貨代幫忙處理吧;
*我的重點工作主要在于如何管理好阿里賬號,詢盤回盤開發客戶,形成訂單 *可以從各大搜索引擎和阿里后臺學習如何發布產品關鍵詞和尋找客戶網站郵箱等聯系方式,并掌握其中的方法和技巧;
*要及時跟蹤客戶對產品的最新要求,以防有變動;
*做好客戶的后續信息反饋,努力維持老客戶開發新客戶
