“Interest is the best teacher.” As a teacher, I know the common thing-------if I want to make my class interesting、lively and resultable, I should make my class go for it with great interests.But how should I do ? In this class, I did it like this;First, I found many beautiful pictures about Tongcheng city, they were all familiar to the students, so the students could talk about them with interests easily.Second, I created a real situation.If a teacher wants his students to speak English happily, then he or she should give them a situation, because English is a kind of language.After all, communication is the most useful to learn a language, so a real situation is helpful.Third, in my class, I paid more attention to improving the students' emotion and altitude.I hope they can get ready to help others by learning this class.Though there are some advantages, there are also lots of disadvantages, such as my blackboard writing, some of my class words are too long and difficult tor students.And I am not able to inspire the students' abilities.Instead, I am affected by the students easily, and so on.In the future, I will work harder, practice more, I will go on improving my own teaching abilities.“課內(nèi)比教學”活動總結(jié)

本學期開學初，在全省范圍內(nèi)又一次掀起了“課內(nèi)比教學”活動的高潮。在我校教導處的統(tǒng)一部署和安排下，歷時四個多月，我們英語教研組全體成員始終以高昂飽滿的熱情積極參與了這項活動，并取得了豐碩的成果。

一、提高了思想認識水平。以前學校想讓老師講一節(jié)公開課總是很難做工作，而如今，我們都認識到了“比教學”實質(zhì)上是通過“比”打破平衡，引入競爭，充分展示個人教學能力和水平，促進教師專業(yè)成長。

二、提高了教師專業(yè)水平和教學能力。我們通過“比教學”活動為載體，努力提高自身專業(yè)水平和教學能力。我們把精力集中到改進課堂教學上，加強了教師之間的業(yè)務(wù)交流與切磋，促進了教學質(zhì)量的提高。

三、打造了我們英語教研組這個學習與研究的共同體。這為我們以后有效地開展教研教學活動提供了樣本，積累了經(jīng)驗。

四、通過“比教學”活動發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并及時想辦法解決問題，通過這次活動從思想上提高了整體認識。認識到教學方法與理念的更新勢在必行，只有不斷地變革才能不斷進步與提高。

而且在這次活動中，我個人也做了一些工作，簡單總結(jié)如下： 1.全程參與了整個過程，積極聽課，評課，虛心向其他教師學習； 2.認真?zhèn)湔n，上課，每一節(jié)課都把它當成比武課來看待，一絲不 茍，精益求精。

3.積極組織和參與集體備課，充分利用團隊的力量，充分整合教師資源。

盡管如此，在實際的教學活動中，還是存在著許多的不足，急待改善與提高，所以在今后的教學中，我將更加努力的鉆研教材，研究學生，力爭成為一名優(yōu)秀的人民教師。

彭世林2011年春季學期八年級英語工作總結(jié)

子在川上曰：“逝者如斯乎。”的確，時間就像流水匆匆流淌著。似乎就在彈指一揮間，2011年春季學期業(yè)已結(jié)束。在過去的一學期，本人擔任八（2）、（3）班的英語教學工作。為了總結(jié)過去，好給以后的工作積累一些經(jīng)驗，根據(jù)學校的要求并結(jié)合本人實際，特制定本工作總結(jié)。

一、思想政治方面

在這一學期中，本人堅決擁護中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導，熱愛祖國，遵守憲法和法律，認真學習和貫徹黨和國家制定的各項方針、政策，忠誠于人民的教育事業(yè)，認真學習《義務(wù)教育法》、《教師法》、《中小學教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范》等教育法律法規(guī)，掌握師德師風建設(shè)的最近動態(tài)，并予以實踐。具有良好的思想政治素質(zhì)和職業(yè)道德，嚴格按照“有事業(yè)心、有責任心、有上進心”、“愛校、愛崗、愛生”、“團結(jié)協(xié)作、樂于奉獻、勇于探索、積極進取”的要求去規(guī)范自己的行為。嚴格遵守學校的各項規(guī)章制度，對待學生做到：民主平等，公正合理，嚴格要求，耐心教導；對待同事做到：團結(jié)協(xié)作、互相尊重、友好相處；對待自己做到：嚴于律已、以身作則、為人師表。正確處理和對待教育教學工作中發(fā)生的矛盾和問題，認真加強師德修養(yǎng)，提高自身的職業(yè)道德修養(yǎng)。處處以一名人民教師的要求來規(guī)范自己的言行，毫不松懈地培養(yǎng)自己的綜合素質(zhì)和能力，以便使自己更快地適應(yīng)社會發(fā)展的形勢。

二、教學方面

開學后，我先了解各方面的情況，從教材，學情等方面入手。備課時認真鉆研教材、教參，學習好大綱，虛心向英語組其他老師學習、請教。力求吃透教材，找準重點、難點。做到提前一兩周備好課，寫好教案。開學一兩周后，就去聽同年組老師的課，向他們認真學習、取長補短。

上課前都提前到班級做好基本的準備工作，調(diào)整好狀態(tài)。課時認真講課，力求抓住重點，突破難點，精講精練。運用多種教學方法，從學生的實際出發(fā)，注意調(diào)動學生學習的積極性和創(chuàng)造性思維，使學生有舉一反三的能力，培養(yǎng)學生的學習興趣，養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣，如認真做筆記，課后多拓展知識面、閱讀面等。

課后經(jīng)常利用課余時間對學生進行輔導，不明白的耐心講解，及時查缺補漏。因為英語需要背誦的地方較多，如單詞、課文等，就要求學生一定要過關(guān)，沒有掌握的同學再進行輔導。充分利用時間讓學生多進行背誦，培養(yǎng)學習英語的語感。

除了教學，本人還特別注意了解學生的情況。愛學生就要了解學生，包括對學生的身體狀況、家庭情況、知識基礎(chǔ)、學習成績、興趣愛好、性格氣質(zhì)、交友情況、喜怒哀樂等方方面面的深刻了解。這是避免教育盲點、因材施教的前提，也是提高教育管理水平、提高教育教學質(zhì)量的必要條件。

經(jīng)過這學期的教學，本人注意到尊重、理解、信任學生是消除教育盲點的基礎(chǔ)。尊重學生要尊重學生的人格。教師與學生雖然處在教育教學過程中不同的地位，但在人格上應(yīng)該是平等的；理解學生要從青少年的心理發(fā)展特點出發(fā)，理解他們的要求和想法，信任他們的潛在能力，放手讓學生在實踐中鍛煉，在磨練中成長。只有這樣，學生才能與教師縮小心理距離，學生才會對教師產(chǎn)生依賴感。比如，初中生更喜歡上臺進行對話背誦，而不是單純的死記硬背，這就要多給學生上臺表演的機會。而有的學生英語基礎(chǔ)較差，我就先從基本的音標教起，使他們恢復(fù)信心，激發(fā)學習英語的興趣。

我更深刻地認識到教師要熱愛每一個學生，尤其是對待后進生要多給一些溫暖，用“愛”字改變他們，理解、尊重、信任他們。愛學生就是要嚴格要求學生，對其缺點錯誤，不縱容、不姑息、不放任。師愛既蘊含著強烈的情感色彩，又表現(xiàn)出深刻的理智，不僅著眼于學生目前的得失和苦樂，更注重學生未來的發(fā)展和前途。對于英語學習成績較差的學生，適當降低要求，避免其產(chǎn)生逆反心理。

在本學期的校園科技文化藝術(shù)節(jié)上，本人還認真輔導學生。本班的學生在初中組英語演講比賽及制作感恩節(jié)賀卡比賽中都取得了優(yōu)異的成績。這有利于學生綜合素質(zhì)的提高，并培養(yǎng)學生的集體榮譽感。

三、自我素質(zhì)的提高

教學之余，我積極學習各種教育理論，以充實自己，以便在工作中以堅實的理論作為指導，更好地進行教育教學。我積極參加教研室組織的教研活動，認真聽課，做好聽課記錄。寒假期間認真學習湖北省繼續(xù)教育遠程培訓課程。本人還利用業(yè)余時間認真學習電腦知識，學習制作多媒體課件，為教學服務(wù)，積極撰寫教育教學論文。本人所撰寫的《英語教學中應(yīng)用遠程教育資源初探》獲得省級三等獎、地級一等獎；《談?wù)勅绾巫龊庙椖抗芾韱T的工作》獲得地級一等獎。

四、努力方向

本人需加強自身基本功的訓練，課堂上做到精講精練，注重對學生能力的培養(yǎng)。對差生多些關(guān)心，多點愛心，再多一些耐心，使他們在各方面有更大進步。利用各種方法，訓練學生提高、集中注意力。在教學上下功夫，努力使班級學生的成績在原有的基礎(chǔ)上有更大的進步。

總之，本人在過去的一學期中教學取得了一定的成績，期中、期末的英語成績在年段各方面都名列第一，但在學生管理方面還是有不足之處，應(yīng)多向其他老師求教，虛心學習。力求在各方面有更大的進步，做個稱職、有責任心的教師
