天氣逐漸轉涼了。整個一天風都呼呼的刮著。可能是因為入冬了，人也變得懶了起來。覺得沒有了以往對學習的興趣，失去了對學習的熱情。

午自習時，老師叫我與四名同學一起去四班上了一節自習。我待的時間不久，但看老師與同學的表情，就可以明白些什么。我待了就幾分鐘吧，感受到得卻是無盡的煩躁、憤怒以及對值班老師的同情……

回到教室后，老師手里拿著一本日記本，不停的翻來翻去，眼神放著光。這是寧雨章的日記本。寧雨章，我們都有目共睹的是他的勤奮、努力，幾乎每一次的表揚都有他。但對于他的這些精神，我還了解得不夠多。但聽完了他的日記，我算是體會到了，什么才叫勤奮，什么才叫榜樣。

日記的語言不算很優美，但就是那份樸實，讓大家心中都為之顫抖。文章記敘了他上次放假三天的經過。學習，學習，還是學習。文章的字里行間，不論是記事，還是寫自己的心情，都可以獨處他對學習的熱愛與熱情。學到如癡如醉，學到廢寢忘食。這到了一種學習的境界。讀到這兒，不免讓人心中有深深的敬意及自責。

再回到四班的午自習。即使在那么吵鬧的環境下，還能堅持學習。四班的某些同學也是值得我們敬佩的。就像沈老師說的那樣，他們也同樣值得我們學習，值得做我們的榜樣！

再想的自己。他們這些榜樣的精神我有沒有？應該作為榜樣的我，有沒有做到榜樣應該做到的事呢？對于寧雨章，我一直是羨慕的，羨慕他有那么一顆平靜的心來對待學習。而我呢？卻越來越浮躁……

面對榜樣的力量，我對自己的要求也不高。每天進步一點點，這就是的進步。

浦江的路是慢的。越慢，風景越多。不時的，看見野花在路旁一簇一簇盛開，或是小鳥在天上一群一群的'飛翔，或是一座長滿青草、苔蘚的百年老橋，古老的歲月倒映在小魚的樂園中，或是山頂上長年注視著人類生活的大石頭，山腳下看像是一顆樹，到了山頂一看，都是一張人臉。

浦江的生活是慢的。渴了，去田里摘一個青翠的大西瓜。有些大的，汁水又多，肉又少，和果汁沒有什么兩樣，有些小的，又沙，肉又多，又好吃，又好聽。沒味了，也可以去摘一斤葡萄，把籽一粒一粒吐出來，看著螞蟻一回一回的搬進洞里。

浦江的水是慢的，午后，知了在葉子的陰影下，不知疲倦地通告著高溫的天氣。人也不能比知了還要笨，膽大的“撲通”一聲跳進水里泡澡，膽小的，在橋墩旁找一塊平平整整、干干凈凈的石頭坐下，把腳伸進水里，讓那些膽大包天，好奇的小魚們，做好多次的免費魚療，偶而還會有蜻蜓點水，卵一粒粒的沉到水底。綠葉從河的一頭漂漂蕩蕩地、慢吞吞地飄過來，撞在橋的腳上，人的腳上，又繼續搖搖晃晃的飄向河的那頭。

浦江的歷史是慢的。過了好幾年，百年老居才不情不愿地脫下一塊墻皮，過了好幾十年，浦江的人們才戀戀不舍的丟失一點傳統，過了好幾百年，千年老橋才用風嘆著氣磨損一點石磚。

讓生活稍稍慢一點兒，也不愧對這匆匆的人生。

享受慢生活作文

一輛列車飛馳廣闊的平原中，光似地速度，一閃而過，窗外的景色也隨之飛逝，綠一片，藍一片的影子團，被狠狠的丟到了后方，它們拚了命的追趕，不甘心地向前沖，卻依舊追不上那快速，快速的偶遇，快速的分離，快速的消失在眼前。只因我們的生活，實在太“快”了。

省時、省力的新世代中，我們所講究的，是效率。如何不費成本而獲最大利益，或者節省時間做更多的事，我們常把自己忙碌化、復雜化，只為求某些成果，但真的因此而滿意了嗎？好像不夠，欲望會越漲越大，直至吞噬了自己，到最后才驚覺：自己不但什么也沒得到，反而失去身旁貴重的事物。路上的小野花，有多久自己沒再聞到它的芳香？甚至是一陣風吹過，有多久自己未享受那輕拂的沁涼？其實它們一直都存在，只是快速的自己，匆忙的走過，不仔細注重到罷了。

是時候該停下匆促的步伐，好好欣賞四面了。原來天空是蔚藍的，明朗又凈澈，浮云飄著，多么悠哉，面對微風，面對這片遼闊的土地，自己或許稍嫌渺小了，但也無妨，究竟自己已感受到自然的漂亮，那份激昂，令人感動。當自己放慢步調時，才感受到人們之間的愛，即使只是句關心，或一個小動作，都包含著尊重和體貼，自己不再把它們視為理所當然，反而能夠進一步的回饋，人與人之間，是很溫暖的。原來很多人都對我很好，只是平日自己感受不到，存在的事物，將永遠存在著，只要自己肯專心體會它們的存在。

我曾當過個汲汲營營的人，為了求取功利，即使丟失了自己貴重的事物，也在所不惜。日子忙碌的過，我以為我充分的享有每份成果，實則不然，不僅成績下滑，連摯友也離我而去，倦了，我厭倦這種生活，太累了，何必如此？我決定慢慢的來，循序漸進，踏實的生活，享受生活中的每一刻，因為它們的美，我品嘗到了。

列車終于減速，緩慢的駛進車站，沿途漂亮的風景，在快速中丟失不少，但現在，我們可以腳踏實地的踏出自己的未來，緩慢的，享受旅途的美妙，它是如此令人怡然得意呢！

慢速生活英語系列118：holiday decorating Now that the holidays are here, it’s time to decorate the house.Every year, we always go all out.We buy a Christmas tree and the kids decorate it with ornaments that we’ve bought and made over the years, and with silver and gold tinsel.We also hang a wreath on our front door and I make sure that there’s mistletoe above every door.Around the chimney, we hang our stockings, and when we get holiday cards from our friends and neighbors, we put them all around the room.Outside of the house, we have lawn ornaments that we put in the front yard.People who visit our house will see snowmen(and snowwomen), reindeer, and of course, Santa Claus.The best part is the outdoor lights.I string them across the front of the house, around our trees, and in our fence.When I turn them all on, you can probably see our house from miles away.It’s no wonder that people come from all over town just to see our house at night.I have to say that I enjoy the holiday season as much as the kids...and maybe just a little more!

享受教育“慢生活”

還沒有整理好的小朋友快點整理好出來排隊！還沒有吃完飯的小朋友快點吃完！老師給寫的快的小朋友加星！快點、快點，就你，最慢了！你看看，走路也那么慢，快點跟上前面的隊伍！

……

老師，你說吃飯要細細嚼、慢慢咽的！老師，等等我，我還沒有好呢？老師，你不要先說，讓我想一想？老師，你慢點講，我沒有聽清楚！

……

當了整整十八年老師了，一直沒有教過一年級，今年坐了一回過山車，從六年級回到一年級開始教學！在一年級孩子的生活里，我真正感受那種田野般青草的味道，那真是原生態的氣息。我聽到最多的高頻率老師對一年級孩子習慣還沒有養快成的焦急喊“快”，也高頻率地聽到孩子真實說“等等我”。“等等我”。在我看來，是成長的規律對教育規律的呼喚，一個童真的聲音帶來我們許多的思考。

教育，是一種慢的藝術，如同我們期待新生命孕育、成長、來臨；教育是一種慢的生活，如同我們等待莊稼的成長、開花、抽穗，直到成熟長大，這需要的是過程和等待，需要的是時間和空間，需要有舒緩的節奏和旋律。

慢意味著尊重。意味著對生命成長規律的尊重。第一次牽著一年級那些小豆包們的手兒去散步，第一次接受才一天出差沒相見就想你想得不行的孩子們的擁抱和歡呼，第一次耐心等待他們告訴我數學原來有玫瑰般的香味，第一次聽到孩子告訴我他累了，所以他沒有做作業，第一次……當溫情的理解、真摯的同理、真誠的鼓勵成為這個教育本身，教育過程的時候。老師享受到的是無時不刻的生命的創造和永不停息的快樂！作為教師的我們，愿意慢慢地、靜靜地做一名“悠者”，慢悠悠的徜徉在自己營造的精神家園，欣賞著孩子們永遠喜歡上了學習的燦爛陽光，撫摸著從內心里慢慢溢出的詩意關懷，享受著彼此帶給對方的恣意感動，油然而生對“生無所息”的理解和釋然。

慢意味著等待。我們班上有兩個很調皮的孩子，開學第五天就開設了一次公開課，上公開課時更加激動，頻頻展現自我，在許多聽課者眼中，所謂不能配合老師。班主任和我商量，要急急謀求良方時讓孩子變的乖巧些。上初一的女兒說：媽媽，不用著急，因為有了這兩個調皮的孩子，你每天的生活才會生動；你們的課堂還能充滿活力，還說訓練有素和天性生動兩者不可兼得。有了這樣一份心境慢慢地引導這兩個孩子，果然有了不一樣的享受和等待的美麗。因為這兩個孩子，是我的課堂有了意外中的生成，因為這兩個孩子，我有了很多機會來研究學前兒童的數學學習和一年級兒童的數學學習。在自己和孩子一起創造的教育過程中，孩子規則意識、尊重意識、學習意識不斷增強的時候，你真的可以如同感受到麥苗兒拔節的聲音。兒童如同玫瑰，在期待花開的時候，我們要等待一個兒童的成長：智慧的飛揚、力量的滋長、信念的磁場。

注：受這篇文章的啟示，本周在教學解決問題的策略時，我放慢了腳步（另外這個內容是以前奧數的內容，難），多讓學生講，讓學生當小老師，現在看來有點驚喜。比如應志成，在后面有人聽課的情況下主動請纓，思路清晰；比如李超月在講自己的板演思路時，當同學指出的錯誤后，說：“是我錯了，謝謝你”；比如高樂，一個默不作聲、名不經傳的女生當起小老師有模有樣，每寫完一步稍作停頓，環顧同學，隨時解決同學的疑問。這樣的教學雖然一節課無法完成預設的內容，但從學生發展的角度，我認為值，或許有一天當同學們習慣了、熟練了這種方式，學習效率或許會提高，我期待著這一天。

第五篇：浦江工作總結

半年工作總結

2011年前半年已經結束，回首1-6月出納崗位工作總結如下：

一、現金出納

首先做好日常的收付款工作，按票據收付款，認真細心的面對每一筆現金業務，做到日清月結。定期和銀行人聯系，檢查、維護點鈔機是否能達到正常、正確無誤的工作狀態，以免收到假鈔，二、銀行出納

及時去銀行拿回單交會計處作賬，使賬面數據及時更新，達到及時給客戶發貨；若有回單丟失或損壞及時聯系銀行工作人員補制回單。材料付款認真仔細作好每一筆付款單子，若有特殊情部（假若急需回單）要與銀行及時溝通。時刻關注網銀的往來賬，若有退票及時與相關業務人員聯系采取有效措施。

銀行承兌匯票的收付工作，收客戶承兌時首先進行審核，若有簽章不清或字跡模糊等情況必須出據相關的證明。關注承兌匯票到期日，到期應及時進賬。

以上所述總結出納崗位是財務的主要組成部分，他要在相互溝通、相互配合，認真仔細的工作態度中完成。工作中發現問題有幾點

1、目前供應公司、內務部等部門的裝卸工工資還是以現金

發放，是否可以通過網銀發放，這樣可以減少的現金工作量。

2、發現咱們公司新進員工，甚至已經來半年到一年的員工，來財務部辦理業務經常性的不知道程序經介紹覺特很麻煩，建議怎樣能了解工作程序。

3、公寓樓押金收退頻繁，甚至星期一交，星期二退，建議公寓樓臨時收款，等穩定后再交計財部，這樣節約不必要的過程。
