比賽規則及評分細則

一、比賽規則：

1、參賽選手比賽順序由選手抽簽決定，比賽過程中，因故遲到10分鐘，按棄權處理。

2、本次比賽采取口頭演講結合現場提問，演講時間為3分鐘，倒數30秒時工作人員舉牌示意提醒，提問環節不限時間。

3、比賽內容分自我介紹、自命題演講和現場問答3個環節。

4、本次比賽采取現場打分，參賽選手的成績為評委老師的平均分。

5、評委老師進行合議，確定獲獎選手名單及各選手的獲獎名次。

二、評分細則（滿分為10分）。（給分與扣分均以0.1分為單位）

按演講內容、語言表達、流利程度、演講技巧、儀表形象、等五部分進行評分，滿分為10分。

1、演講內容：緊扣主題、充實生動、積極向上（2分）

2、語言表達：語言規范，口齒清楚。發音標準，語調自然（2分）

3、流利程度：脫稿演講，口語自然流暢，時間把握精準到位，控制在3分鐘以內（2分）

4、演講技巧：表達生動，體態語言和表演技巧運用貼切（1.5分）

5、儀表形象：衣著整潔得體，儀表大方，有合適的肢體語言（1.5分）

6、臨場發揮：評委老師提問階段，根據選手表現打分（1分）

第二篇：青歌賽比賽評分細則

歌唱比賽評分細則

1、思想內容（10分）

表演歌曲內涵深刻，內容健康，格調高雅，積極向上；

2、音色音準（20分）

音色優美，音質純凈，音域寬廣，音調準確；

3、節奏吐字（30分）

演唱節奏準確，樂感好，速度緊跟節拍,吐字清晰，表達清楚，語音標準；

4、情感技巧（30分）

準確掌握歌曲的風格、特點，情感表達恰到好處，具有較強的表現力和感染力，演唱準確，氣息穩定，聲音松弛，演唱歌曲難度大，演唱技巧好，多人合唱配合默契、聲音和諧；

5、臺風形象（10分）

服裝整潔，精神飽滿，儀態大方，演唱姿勢優雅，表演流暢自然，形象打扮符合歌曲內容，現場氣氛駕馭能力強，觀眾反映熱烈；

備注：比賽現場打分，在本場所有比賽選手演唱完后，統一公布成績。

詳細流程

一、比賽時間：2018年6月

二、比賽地點：階梯教室

三、參賽選手：10名

四、比賽流程：

（1）、前期準備

準備橫幅

組織選手抽簽決定參賽順序并確定選手參賽題目 收繳資料（PPT、背景音樂）

打印評委評分表、評分標準、選手名單 確定大賽主持人并配合主持人寫主持稿 確定演唱人員

確定到場班級及安排座位 準備比賽PPT 準備各賽場的賽前準備音樂 準備榮譽證書

（2）、比賽當天

1、賽前

到場地進行布置 試用多媒體 引導評委入席 引導各班級入場 保持會場安靜

確定到場評為以及參賽選手 到場設置PPT 播放賽前音樂

2、賽中

a)b)c)d)主持人宣布比賽開始 在比賽過程中負責拍照

安排一人在評為處收集選手分數送至算分處 主持人宣布前面選手成績

3、比賽結束

a)比賽成績結束后未排出，主持人請大家耐心等待，并請演唱人員唱歌。分數排出后由主持人依次宣布各選手得分。b)本次比賽選出一等獎x名、二等獎x名、三等獎x名。由評委給獲獎選手頒獎并合影留念。

c)由主持人宣布比賽結束，請各位老師和同學陸續退場，學生會各部人員留下來清理會場。d)辦公室將照片和比賽報道交至主席團。

五、比賽途中可能遇到的問題及解決方案

a)如比賽前選手臨時有事不能出席，直接取消其參賽資格，選手依次頂上。b)如出現2個分數一樣并列，由大賽主委會準備加時賽。c)如結束，分數還未算出，播放音樂。

Should We Help Strangers？

Good afternoon,boys and girls.I am glad to stand here and share some of my opinions towards “Should We Help Strangers？”

We used to appreciate those who like to help strangers.But nowadays people tend to be very cautious of strangers,because they are afraid that helping others can sometimes bring them trouble.It is the mind that causes some tragedies.A case in that point is XYY.She is a just 2-year-old girl and was rolled by 2cars.However,At that moment,18 passengers passed without any help and finally she was rescued by a cleaner.Unfortunately,she couldn't be cured and died.After investigating,all the passengers remarked that they were afraid of being involved into trouble.It is so pity to hear that.So,I can not help asking whether we should help the strangers.In my opinion,although helping others may sometimes bring us trouble or even put us in danger,we should also protect ourselves and offer our help in an appropriate way when we are helping others.For example,to help someone who was robbed,calling the police is a much wiser way than chasing the robbers alone;to help the injured,you can take photos or find other evidences so that you will never be the scapegoat.In short ,we should try our best to help others in a reasonable way.I advocate that we should try to help others, no matter they are strangers or not.First,helping others is a virtue,and it will make our society more

harmonious.Just imagine what a terrible world it would be if everyone was coldhearted!Second,to some extent,helping others is helping oneself.We may come across some trouble and need others’ help some day.If everyone turns a blind eye to our trouble and turns a deaf ear to our appeal for aid just because we are strangers to them,what shall we do at that time？Therefore,we should be glad to help others.Thanks for your listening and wish you have a great time all day.
