如何進行內審?

第三篇:內審員
不斷的學習理解體系管理知識并在實際工作中應用,協助部門領導規范管理、促進改進。
負責本部門的質量管理體系、產品質量改進體系的宣貫、維護、監督和改進。協助公司完成體系審核、外部審核等任務,并組織做好本部門后續改進工作。協助完成公司需要的其它質量體系認證工作。
協助或承擔公司或部門級的質量改進項目的實施推動。
積極參與公司流程優化、職能梳理等日常基礎管理工作。
負責日常重要質量信息的收集、反饋、跟蹤、處置、歸檔等工作。
權限
對本部門的質量體系運行有指導、監督和改進權。
根據公司審核安排,有權對受審部門進行審核、提出問題點改進要求,并對問題點的整改情況進行驗證。
有權對違反公司程序文件和規章制度的行為進行監督和糾正。
有權參與公司基礎管理和部門間的協調改進工作。
有權對重要質量信息進行收集、上報和跟蹤。
內審員主要工作內容:
1、體系審核:做好公司ISO9001質量管理體系內審工作,負責組織實施職能部門的體系審核工作,編制審核檢查表和審核報告,并驗證問題點整改效果。
2、管理評審:協助部門經理完成管理評審工作,識別重要的管理改進點作為管理評審的輸入,不斷完善基礎管理體系。
3、流程優化評價:擔任公司流程優化評審員,根據計劃負責公司相關部門的產品實現流程優化評價工作,提供增值服務,推動管理完善。
4、迎接外審:組織落實部門內部的審核準備工作并接受審核。
5、改進項目的策劃、實施或參與:公司級或部門內部質量改進項目的負責人或主要成員。識別改進需求,成立項目小組,策劃組織實施,固化改進成果,是公司基礎管理改進的重要推動力量。
6、日常基礎管理工作:包括生產和質量信息傳遞、改進點識別、改進推動、部門間協調等。
7、部門質量管理體系維護:部門內部體系運行監督、改進、文件優化。體系自查、文件管理、迎接審核、問題點組織整改,部門制度健全等。
