社團章程

第一章 總 則

第一條社團名稱

本社團正式名稱為武夷山職業學院風語吉他社，簡稱風語吉他社。

第二條社團性質

風語吉他社是在院團委指導下的，吉他愛好者自發組織成立并開展活動的團體。社團組織會員開展活動及承辦我校校園吉他大賽，自覺遵守有關校規法則，維護會員利益和校園秩序，接受院團委及學院有關部門的指導、監督和管理。

第三條社團宗旨

立足于“以琴會友，陶冶情操”這一宗旨，定期為學員進行吉他教學，排練高水準的節目參與學院各項演出活動，并積極與其他高校的社團開展交流活動，以提高協會會員的整體水平。

第二章 會 員

第四條 加入社團的條件

1.凡我校在校學生

2.承認本社團章程、熱愛吉他、支持吉他的發展、愿意參加本社團各項活動； 3.經本人報名申請，填寫個人基本資料，經過理事會審定批準后即可注冊成為本社團的正式成員。

第五條 退出社團的條件

1.由于學業和其他工作繁忙，無法參加社團活動；

2.做出了有損社團聲譽或有害社團及社團其他會員利益的事，社團將自動取消其會員資格； 3.以社團名義為個人謀私利或進行不符合社團性質的活動，社團將自動取消其會員資格； 4.長達一學期沒有參加任何社團活動者，社團作以自動退會處理。第六條 會員享有的權利

1.在本社團內具有選舉權和被選舉權；

2.有參加本社團組織的各項活動的權力；

3.有批評和監督本社團各項工作（包括社團資金使用情況）的權力； 4.有對社團的各項工作提出意見和建議的權力； 5.有退出社團的自由權。第七條 會員必須履行的義務

1.遵守本社團的各項紀律和規定；

2.執行本會決議，聽從社團各項活動安排；

3.按時參加吉他社組織的各項活動；

4.發揚團結協作精神，自覺維護本社團利益、名譽及形象，努力為社團爭光，在廣大同學中擴大社團的影響。

第三章 社團組織結構

第八條 本社團設有教學部、宣傳部、外聯部、秘書處四個部門。第九條 教學部

1.負責對社團成員進行關于吉他的培訓； 2.對社員的學習情況給予評價和考核； 3.組織社員參加各種比賽。第十條 宣傳部

1.負責宣傳社團的對外活動前的工作； 2.設計制定活動前的海報工作；

3.制作社團在招新前海報宣傳欄工作； 4.對社團活動攝影并對外擬稿宣傳報道。第十一條 外聯部

1.負責聯系校內與校外社團的聯系； 2.為社團拉贊助。

第十二條 秘書處

1.負責擬訂學期詳細計劃，并寫成書面的形式由社長核查后上交學院審批； 2.制定相關活動的策劃；

3.制作各個活動的記錄，總結；

4.協助社長完成相關任務。第四章 會議制度

第十三條 全體會員大會：為社團學期總結大會，每學期一次。1.監督和公布社團運作情況，干部工作情況和財務狀況； 2.表彰該學期先進個人和團體；

3.介紹社團下學期的活動安排； 4.修改和完善社團規章制度。第十四條 常務理事會議：為社團最高權利機構。由會長、副會長、各部（副）部長以及（副）秘書長組成，每月至少一次。1.組織召開會員大會； 2.執行社團規章制度；

3.負責社團日常工作，管理和組織各部門的工作； 4.制定各項活動計劃，對所有策劃案擁有表決權。

第十五條 全體干部大會：由所有干部組成，每兩周一次。1.各部門分配具體工作；

2.對社團活動與平時工作指出不足之處，并提出解決方案；

3.各成員互相交流，促進了解，便于開展工作。

第十六條 有專門的會議記錄本，每次會議要求做好會議記錄，學期結束報秘書部存檔。第五章 活動及比賽 第十七條 日常活動

1.教學活動：根據社員的吉他水平高低分成小組進行吉他教學活動，活動圍繞以下幾個方面進行：吉他新手啟蒙、吉他視頻教學、樂理基礎、視唱練耳、即興彈唱等等。

2.交流活動：每個周期組織社內或者社外表演者進行表演，無論表演難度，只要有表演和達到交流的目的即可。第十八條 特色活動

1.愛心義演：①可以組織街頭義演，將義演所得到的錢捐助給失學兒童或者殘障人士等需要幫助的人；②在周末或者節假日去養老院看望孤寡老人，為他們獻上一份音樂大餐，豐富他們的老年生活；③周一至周五可以去周圍的幼兒園小學或中學去做吉他表演，教小朋友一些吉他的基本知識，引起他們對吉他、對音樂的興趣。

2.主題月活動：每個月定一個主題，比如一月是民謠月，二月是藍調月，先有宣傳部進行宣傳，再由教學部教授大家一些關于本月主題的樂曲或知識。將此作為拓展訓練，在每個月月末讓社員們給出關于這個主題的演出或者成果，心得體會也可以。（理論和實踐皆可）第六章 財務制度

第十九條 社團經費的主要來源由會員會費、社會贊助、學校補貼等三部分組成。

第二十條 社團資金主要用于日常活動開支；活動場地租賃費；聯誼活動費用；比賽費用及其他相關費用。

第二十一條 社團經費由社團自行管理，嚴格實行經費收支管理制度，并定期將會費收支情況向社團會員通報。第七章 考核與獎懲制度

第二十二條 社團每學期對干部及普通會員按相關的考核辦法進行考核，根據學期表現，評選出社團“優秀會員”、“優秀干部”等。1.獎勵：

a.按參與社團各項活動、遵守社團各項制度等諸多情況綜合考慮，每學期選出優秀會員5-8名不等，并給予一定的獎勵；

b.根據干部的日常工作以及對社團貢獻情況，每學期評出3-5名優秀干部，并給予一定的獎勵。

2.懲罰：

a.對于違反社團規章制度，做出有損社團聲譽及有害社團及社團會員利益的會員，將視其情況嚴重程度給予最高至取消其會員資格的懲罰；

b.對于社團工作不積極，沒熱情的干部，社團將勸其退出干部群；對于不遵守社團章程，不服從管理，有嚴重失職情況的干部，社團將取消其干部資格；對于 情況特別嚴重者，社團將取消其會員資格。第八章 附則

第二十四條 本章程經院團委批準后，自社團成立之日起實施生效。第二十五條 對本章程的修改，須經理事會表決通過后上報學院。

第二十六條 本章程最終解釋權歸武夷山職業學院風語吉他社理事會所有。
