第二篇：出國機場注意事項

出國機場注意事項

機場手續辦理

Step One：

到達指定的國內起飛機場 到相應的航空公司服務窗口辦理行李托運并領取機票

（記得登機前 務必看管好以下幾樣東西：登機牌 護照 過關信以及Humber的錄取通知書）備注：各個航空公司的相關行李尺寸規定不同，請大伙務必提前了解信息，做好出行準備

小細節提醒：在進行行李托運前，大伙記得可以給自己的行李做一些明顯的標記，便于加國下飛機時容易在傳送帶上找取自己的行李。

Step Two：

按順序進行相關的安檢

安檢時請保管好自己的隨身物品，不要遺漏在機場。

安檢時 注意準備護照 過關信 以及登機牌 積極配合相關工作人員的安檢

Step Three：

在候機樓等待班機 務必再次確認下隨身攜帶的登機牌 護照 過關信以及Humber的錄取通知書，如果航班是在香港轉機的，請做好相關的轉機準備，跟緊隨行的Monitor，有些第一次出國的同學更要Pay more attention

Step Four： 登機入座

根據登機牌找到自己的指定位子就座

Step Five：

在香港轉機的同學，務必在轉機時攜帶好自己的隨身行李，跟隨大部隊到相關的轉機窗口進行排隊安檢。

Step Six:

在香港進行轉機安檢時，請大家務必準備好護照，登機牌以及過關信等重要物件。安檢之后，請不要落下隨身攜帶的物品，12級安檢時常有同學遺忘物件，轉機時請大家相互做好提示，以便都順利轉機。

Step Seven：

在香港候機廳等候兩小時左右的轉機時間（大家可以選擇停留在原地或者在近處買杯Coffee之類的，盡可能不要走遠以免錯過登機時間）之后開始登機。

Step Eight：

在飛機上度過漫長的十三小時

飛機有相應的導航系統顯示飛機的飛行路線，高度等信息。其次這個視頻窗口還提供音樂電影等服務，大家在飛機上無聊時還是可以解解悶的。

關于飛機上的早中晚三餐，還是相對可以的，有米飯，面食，還有紅酒、飲料水果等提供，大伙有需要時可以Call下飛機上的乘務員。一般國際航班菜單式英文版的，所以在大伙登機前可以適當學一些基礎的英語詞匯便于點餐。

Step Nine：

填寫相關的過關信息，在登記之后的一段時間內，乘務員會發一張關于過關信息的紙，請大伙千萬不要丟失，根據實際情況填寫其中的相關信息。其中記得有攜帶錢的數量，相關個人信息，這里請務必注意：過關對于攜帶加幣的數量是不允許超過10000刀的，超過部分將需要交稅，所以大家在過來時建議不要帶太多的加幣在身上。相關信息不清楚如何填寫的可以首先問下同行的Monitor。

（備注：表格信息務必在飛機降落在皮爾遜國際機場前完成）

Step Ten：

過關（三件物品千萬記得拿在手上：護照，Humber錄取通知書，以及過關信）大家首先將在飛機上填寫的表格文件交于過關人員，然后接受簡單的詢問，基本問題有來加國的目的是什么？Study。在那個學校？Humber College等，在回答問題時不必太緊張，都會順利過關的。由于初到加國，第一年的留學生需要在機場問訊處，接受一定的問詢，此時會與Monitor分開一段時間，大家無需驚慌，按章程走就可以。結束之后那好隨身的行李到機場的傳送帶領取自己的行李。

備注：出國的同學可以選擇在國內換取一個2Dollar的硬幣，以便在機場拿行李推車時使用。當然沒有硬幣的同學也可以選擇到機場后直接找工作人員進行零換取，在此特別提醒大家不要選擇在機場的外匯窗口，用人民幣換加幣，匯率非常劃不來。

Step Eleven：

在行李傳送帶領取自己的行李，完成收官工作

在此特別注意一點：在機場行李領取處有遇到行李缺失的，務必向隨行Monitor或者機場工作人員反應，12級漢伯新生出來的有遇到游客行李誤拿的狀況，之后向機場工作人員反應，在之后的幾天還是順利找回了行李。

書寫推薦信的最理想的人選是一封由系主任寫，一封由專業課教授寫，一封由自己的導師寫。不過，對方若無規定，則除了自己的親屬之外，任何人皆可為推薦人。推薦人一般應具備高級技術職稱，如教授、副教授、研究員、副研究員等。如果推薦人在國內外學術界享有盛譽，或者被申請就讀學校聘為客座教授，或者曾經在該校講過學，那么這樣的推薦人寫的推薦信就具有很強的效力了。

二、推薦信的內容

推薦信一般應包括下列內容：

被推薦人的基本情況介紹。側重于個人的畢業時間、學校、所獲學位以及個人的專業經歷。

推薦人對被推薦人的基本評價。側重于被推薦人的專業基礎、個性、特點、工作態度和在學術上的前途估計。若是推薦研究生，推薦人還需進一步說明其深造學習的基礎和當前所具備的研究能力。顯然，恰如其分地評價被推薦人的基礎、能力和前途，比言過其實的贊譽更令人情服，更具有實際意義。

推薦人可以著重介紹被推薦人曾經獲得的獎勵，發表過的論文，參加過的重要學術會議，以及曾在學生組織或學術團體中的任職等來支持自己的評價。

推薦人還必須清楚地表明被推薦人留學的身份是研究生還是訪問學者，專業領域和研究方向是什么。如果大學提供了現成的推薦表格，則必須按這類表格認真逐項填寫。推薦表格中一般有學生綜合評估的一項，即要求推薦人說明該生在所教的學生中應列為前5％，10％，或25％等。這種評估是指教授的個人評價，可以稍高一點。另外，推薦表格上常有許多難以填寫的項目，遇到這種情形可填i dont know，亦不致對該生的評價有何嚴重影響。

第五篇：公派出國基本流程

1、仔細閱讀留學基金委下發的錄取文件，了解有關要求。查收附件部分是否齊全。

2、仔細閱讀留學基金委發放的《出國留學人員須知》，了解各附件的用途、咨詢部門聯系方式及相關方針政策。

3、辦理護照。

4、聯系國外接受院校，取得邀請信等外方邀請材料。

（注意：邀請信上要有被邀請人的姓名、生日、學校，邀請人姓名、學校，在美國的身份、在美國學習的起始時間、學習的內容，在美期期間的費用由誰負擔等內容。

在美國學習的起始時間、學習的內容要與美方學校提供的DS-2019表上的時間與內容一致。

在美期期間的費用寫由國家負擔就可以。

DS-2019由申請人向美國學校提出，由美國學校相關部門，通常是International Student Service這樣的部門，幫助辦理。在辦理過程中，你需要向他們提供一些基本信息，護照復印件、邀請信、留學基金委提供的資助證明等，若全家都去需要額外的資金證明。辦理時間大約15日左右，各個學校具體流程上可能存在差異。

另外，DS-2019表辦理完畢后，學校會將此表郵寄給你。郵寄費用支付各個學校也可能不同。

DS-2019表非常重要，等同與我們的護照，所以，不能弄丟。）

5、到留學基金委開具《同意辦理派出手續的函》。需提供英語合格證明復印件、基金委開具的留學資格證書復印件、邀請信復印件（需加蓋學校人事處公章）、DS-2019表復印件（需加蓋學校人事處公章）。將這些材料傳真到010-66093945/54。具體要求《出國留學人員須知》上有詳細說明。

6、登錄教育部出國人員上海集訓部的網站：

1、簽證時必須的材料：

（1）有效護照。

（2）邀請信原件。

（3）DS-2019表原件。

A、凡申請公派赴美學習、進修及合作科研者，都必須向美校方申請DS-2019表。校方將同時發給申請者邀請信。

B、對DS-2019表的要求：

a、國家公費人員（不包括單位公派及地方自籌資金公派項目）的DS-2019表中有關費用一欄，要有明確的資助數額，且要標注在表中關于經濟擔保一項中的d欄內，即“(d)The Exchange Visitors Government”。一般出訪半年的學者填注8000美元左右；進修一年的訪問學者填16000美元左右（此數字僅供參考）如國家資助金額不足應個人補差。

b、申請者到我處辦理簽證時，DS-2019表中的在美停留期限欄目，開始時間不要過期，該表一般在邀請到美的開始時間前后一個月內有效。如邀請時間過期，必須重新申請DS-2019表，或辦理延期信。

c、按國家規定，在對外聯系申請DS-2019表時，要嚴格按照教育部批準的留學年限和身份向美接受學校提出申請。其年限必須與教育部批準年限一致。

九、關于赴美保險：請按照邀請方要求辦理。費用地區差異也比較大。可以在達到美國后購買，當然，也可以達到前通過信用卡購買。

8、獲簽后立刻電話通知上海集訓部，由我處出機票。同時留學人員本人辦理《資助出國留學協議書》公證，交存保證金，及時獲得保證金收據憑證。

（注意：資助出國留學協議書公證，需要有2人作為擔保人，在辦理時，需向公證處提供擔保人的收入證明、身份證及戶口本原件，同時兩位擔保人必須當場，費用280元

交存保證金：將4萬元電匯到基金委指定的賬戶上，然后填寫出國留學人員交存保證金信息一覽表，傳真至010-88395790，國家留學基金委基金財務部。具體內容《出國留學人員須知》上已詳細說明）

9、憑準備好的相關材料，前往集訓部領取護照簽證、機票、“報到證”等，按預定時間派出。（如有特殊情況，可與集訓部聯系，協商委托他人代領，代領人必須出具委托人親筆委托書和委托人護照及代領人本人身份證）。
