西安翻譯學(xué)院首屆“希望杯”大學(xué)生英文歌曲大賽策劃書

一、活動(dòng)背景：

隨著英語的普及，學(xué)習(xí)英文歌曲的熱情日益高漲，而一首首膾炙人口的經(jīng)典英文歌曲掀起了一次又一次的學(xué)習(xí)狂熱。為了進(jìn)一步豐富校園文化生活，深化校園的藝術(shù)教育特色工作，發(fā)現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀藝術(shù)人才，給同學(xué)們一個(gè)真正展示自我風(fēng)采和勇氣的舞臺(tái)，體現(xiàn)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的精神風(fēng)貌，決定舉行此次大學(xué)生英文歌曲大賽。

二、活動(dòng)主題：

承載希望，傳遞愛心

三、活動(dòng)目的：

1、用英語溝通災(zāi)區(qū)，用文藝傳遞愛心

2、提高廣大同學(xué)對(duì)英語學(xué)習(xí)的熱情。豐富校園文化生活。加強(qiáng)與各院系的交流與合作。

四、參賽作品要求：

1、鼓勵(lì)英文原創(chuàng)歌曲、歌詠比賽、詩歌朗誦；

2、主題要求表達(dá)對(duì)災(zāi)區(qū)人民的關(guān)愛；

①、自選歌曲，限時(shí)3’～5’

②、形式各異，可以是個(gè)人演唱或組合演唱

③、必須嚴(yán)格遵守比賽規(guī)則

五、活動(dòng)細(xì)節(jié)：

1、活動(dòng)時(shí)間：（暫定）：2010年6月3日晚18：00—21：002、活動(dòng)地點(diǎn)：風(fēng)雨操場

3、活動(dòng)對(duì)象：研修院&國際關(guān)系學(xué)院的廣大同學(xué)

4、活動(dòng)準(zhǔn)則：公平、公開、公正。

5、活動(dòng)形式：初賽、決賽。

6、主辦單位：翻譯研修學(xué)院、國際關(guān)系學(xué)院

六、活動(dòng)流程及具體安排：

1、籌備階段（2010年5月4日~5月20日）

1）策劃間段（5月4日~5月10日）

①召開全體會(huì)議、安排各項(xiàng)事宜

②組織部安排人員

③策劃部擬定策劃書

④宣傳部做好前期宣傳工作（海報(bào)）

⑤外聯(lián)部做好外聯(lián)工作，及時(shí)向其他院系遞送參賽邀請(qǐng)函。

2、彩排階段（2010年5月21日—5月25日）

①、財(cái)買所需物品

②、選出主持人

③、宣傳訓(xùn)做好中期的宣傳（展報(bào)）

④、進(jìn)行初賽，各院系選出六名參賽選手。參賽選手可以是個(gè)人或團(tuán)體組合3）倒計(jì)時(shí)期 ①文娛部收集兩院系參賽選手的節(jié)目名單②宣傳部做好末期的宣傳（發(fā)放條幅，及展板宣傳）③確定領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及評(píng)委的邀請(qǐng)。④宣傳組、秘書組、文娛組布置好舞臺(tái)。⑤考勤組、策劃組、組織組負(fù)責(zé)場地的衛(wèi)生打掃。

3、活動(dòng)結(jié)束工作安排（2010年5月26日—5月30日）

①、接待員及時(shí)做好接待工作

②、秘書組做好后勤服務(wù)（準(zhǔn)備水杯、茶葉等）

③、組織組組織相關(guān)人員有秩序的進(jìn)入會(huì)場

下午4：00 工作人員入場準(zhǔn)備前期工作

5：50 觀眾入場

6：15評(píng)委和嘉賓入場

④、主持人介紹出席嘉賓代表以及此次活動(dòng)的目的等事項(xiàng)⑤、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)代表為此次比賽致詞及宣布比賽開始

⑥、比賽正式開始

HSCCSC English Singing Competition

—The Launch Ceremony of Amalgamating Chinese Culture and Western Culture

Under the instruction of the six pillars of concepts? and abiding by the school motto “Wisdom, Virtue, Perseverance and Aspiration”, HSCCSC often creates showcases to display various culture in order to promote HSCCSC students’ overall cultural accomplishments and broaden their knowledge.HSCCSC conducted the launching ceremony of amalgamating Chinese culture and Western culture on October 26th, 2015.The culture integration activity includes five sections: English singing competition, cultural introduction of various counties, chanting Chinese classics, acting Western play and artistic performance.At first, Principal Yang gave an address to the launch ceremony which also announced the start of the English songs competition.The students participating in the contest performed confidently under their teachers’ careful guidance.The atmosphere during the program was warm and high.Among the junior high school students, class two grade six and class two grade seven presented especially splendid performance and won much applause.When the senior high school students performed, they captivated all the audience and initiate the climax of the competition.Through this activity, the students not only practiced English or performance but also developed their friendship and teamwork.Annotation:?the six pillars of concepts “IDEALS”, that is, international understanding and tolerance;democracy and justice;environmental awareness;adventure;leadership;and service to others.
