第一篇：假期社會實踐報告（中英文版對照）

我是交通運輸系報關與國際貨運2班的學生，我認為上班也是一種實踐，在大都會人壽保險公司從事電銷工作近半年，假期及每周星期六星期天我都會過去上班，我希望我畢業之后能更好的與社會接觸，畢竟我都20歲了，我認為我們該為自己負起責任，有的說大學生的主要工作是學習，做兼職會浪費精力和時間不值得提倡，有的則認為大學是學校和社會的橋梁，我們畢業之后都得面對社會，兼職也是一個鍛煉的好機會，在我眼中依然一樣，這取決于你的目的是什么，是為了學習新東西呢？還是為了真正的掙錢？

做電銷是我人生當中第一份工作也為我贏來了人生當中的第一桶金，我知道它的重量和不容易也讓我學會很多，至少是一個從學生到職業人之間的轉換。我至今不愿放棄是因為人生在于學習，當電話那頭傳來一個又一個的拒絕，當我情緒受影響不穩定時我知道了怎樣去面對去更好的處理。這不正是我們做兼職社會實踐的目的嗎？這是我在學校所學習不到的，我認為我們在學習學習好理論知識然后把它運用到工作實踐當中這才是我們上大學及學習的主要目的。我也學習到了如何為人處事，建立屬于自己的人際圈子，在半年工作當中我結交了很多朋友，幾乎都是在校大學生有的甚至是碩士，但是我們的業績都差不多，我認為只要肯努力學習，我將來會超過他們的!其實任何工作都一樣就看你用什么態度去對待，所謂“態度決定高度”。其實在我工作的時候遇見的問題遠遠不只這些，有的是自己沒有調整好心態造成的失敗，心態良好是做好電話營銷的墊腳石。

一個單位機構就像一個馬達，每個部門是不同的工作單元，每個員工是具體的零件，馬達良好運轉就需要每個員工的共同協作,協作的橋梁是溝通。成員之間能夠良好的將自己的意見和建議表達給對方，才能使我們的馬達運轉的更加有序。溝通在組織中就如人的血脈,在生活中也同樣的重要。如果溝通不暢，就如血管栓塞，其后果是可想而知的。所以要學會溝通，就要一定懂得其途徑。因為它不只是語言，還包括動作、姿態、眼神、表情等等。有時一個眼神，一句我來了，抱一下肩膀，笑一笑......都會有很大的作用,讓你工作開心、事業有成。

溝通的重要目的就是人際關系，如果你的人際關系不好、溝通不暢，工作就不會順心。因為沒有人會和不懂溝通的人有良好的合作的。所以在生活和工作當中溝通是相當重要的。生活中沒有溝通，就沒有快樂人生。事業中沒有溝通，就沒有成功。工作中沒有溝通，就沒有效率。

通過這次社會實踐，讓我不僅僅是學會了如何贈險，更多的是一種人與人之間的交際能力。
