第一篇:如何打造精彩的求職信
一封求職信,不管你信中的內(nèi)容多么完備,如果不是HR想看的,一切都枉然。因此,求職信被人們普遍稱為畢業(yè)生求職的“敲門磚”。當你看過那么多的求職信模板之后,似乎你按照模板搬上自己的信息就顯得很沒有新意。面試單位天天對對著面試者的簡歷,幾乎都是按照一個模式,你可以想想這樣會有突破嗎?
個人求職信范文是要參考的,但是不是全抄。那么如何使求職信更具針對性和吸引力呢?我的體會是,不妨給求職信加點“調(diào)料”———最大限度地展現(xiàn)求職者的“賣點”。求職信寫作技巧在乎給面試者一個新的感受。按照求職信的基本要求和格式,量身定做適度的自我推銷信是求職基本要求。求職信一般包括標題、稱呼、正文和落款幾個部分。正文是求職信的核心,形式多種多樣,一般要求說明本人基本情況、信息和應(yīng)聘崗位、自我條件展示、工作展望等內(nèi)容。“調(diào)料”就應(yīng)該撒在正文的“自我條件展示”中。
條件展示是求職信的關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容,主要應(yīng)寫清自己有本專業(yè)知識和工作經(jīng)驗,有本專業(yè)技能和成就,有與本工作相符的特長、興趣、性格和有關(guān)能力。應(yīng)該在這方面多下些功夫,甚至稍微有些創(chuàng)意。
一、有的放矢。不要把求職信寫成一種能到處撒網(wǎng)的求職信,然后大量復(fù)制,到處投遞。這種不管三七二十一的狂轟濫炸,很少能擊中目標。有效的求職信都具有很強的針對性,或針對公司的某一具體職位而寫。特別提醒:在求職材料的封面、求職信的右上角清楚寫明求職單位和求職崗位,用這種形式來強化求職的針對性。
二、設(shè)置兩個左右的興趣點。寫出你自己最關(guān)鍵的經(jīng)歷、最好的成績、最重要的特長以及自己的愿望、心情和信心等。表明你所特有的教育、技能和個性特征將會為招聘單位做出的特殊貢獻。
三、特長詞句加黑加粗。在求職信的格式上,對需要特別強調(diào)的詞語用另外一種字體打出,例如,主要特長詞句用加黑、加粗的字體顯示,便于瀏覽。對特別的段落,采取兩端各縮進兩字的方法處理,更能吸引招聘者的目光。
四、適當?shù)刈载撘恍!拔译m剛剛畢業(yè),但我年輕,有朝氣,有能力完成任何工作。盡管我還缺乏一定的經(jīng)驗,但我會用時間和汗水去彌補。請領(lǐng)導(dǎo)放心,我定會保質(zhì)保量地完成各項工作任務(wù)?!笨跉鈭詻Q,信心十足,給人以精力旺盛,“初生牛犢不怕虎”的感覺。
五、逆向思維,勝人一籌。求職應(yīng)聘不附和、不隨俗、不從眾,是有主見的表現(xiàn)。
在給求職信加放“味精”的過程中,一定要記住,“味精”只能適當?shù)丶右稽c,如果把一碗味精都倒進鍋里,后果就可想而知了。
