第一篇：畢業證學位證要求

關于公布《喀什師范學院2012屆畢業生獲取畢業資格和學

士學位的各類成績標準》的通知

經2012年5月17日院黨委會研究，對2012屆畢業生獲取畢業資格和學士學位的各類成績標準提出如下要求，請各系嚴格按此標準執行。

一、學生獲取畢業資格、按時畢業的條件

（一）所有課程、實習、畢業論文成績合格。

（二）計算機等級考試（一級）成績合格；

（三）普通民語言本科生漢語水平考試（HSK）須達到七級以上（含七級）或中國少數民族漢語水平考試（MHK）達到三級乙等（含三級乙等）以上；專科生漢語水平考試（HSK）達到六級以上（含六級）中國少數民族漢語水平考試（MHK）達到三級乙等（含三級乙等）以上；漢語言本科專業學生漢語水平考試（HSK）須達到八級（含八級）或中國少數民族漢語水平考試（MHK）達到三級甲等；特殊專業(體育教育、音樂學、美術學等)本科生漢語水平考試（HSK）須達到六級以上（含六級）或中國少數民族漢語水平考試（MHK）達到三級乙等（含三級乙等）以上；專科生漢語水平考試須達到五級以上（含五級）或中國少數民族漢語水平考試（MHK）總分達到200分（含200分）以上。

對上述條件未達標者，原則上不能按時畢業，此后2年內通過考試達到要求者，方可補發畢業證（注:其中因HSK或MHK未達標不能按時畢業者,2年內可以參加校外的HSK考試或參加本校MHK考試。校外HSK考試取消后，必須回本校參加MHK考試）。

二、學生按時獲得學士學位資格的條件

（一）基本條件參見《喀什師范學院學士學位評定工作實施細則》（見《學生手冊》2011年9月修訂）；

（二）在獲取畢業資格條件的基礎上，普通漢語言本科生大學英語四級考試成績須達到330分以上（含330分）；特殊專業（體育教育、音樂學、美術學）本科生的大學英語四級考試成績須達到270分以上（含270分）。

第四篇：畢業證、學位證領取說明

關于畢業證、學位證領取的說明：

1、學生必須持離校通知單、學生證和身份證到各系領取畢業證、學位證，并在《2011屆學生畢業證書領取登記表》、《2011屆學生學位證書領取登記表》上簽字后，方可發證。

2、有部分學生由于個人助學貸款沒有交清，此部分學生在領取畢業證書時除遵照以上要求外，必須憑學生處出具的有關貸款繳清的證明。沒有證明的一律不發。

3、畢業證、學位證原則上不能代領，如確因特殊原因無法本人領取的，請憑：委托書、委托人身份證復印件、代領人身份證復印件進行代領（注：委托人必須為旅游管理系的學生）。委托書模版詳見附件。注：委托書必須由委托人親筆手寫，并在委托人處簽名、按手印確認。代領人也須在代領人簽名處親筆簽名，并按手印確認。

4、蓋章的畢業證書即具有學歷效力，請務必妥善保管，根據《普通高等學校學生管理規定》（教育部第21號令），畢業證書丟失不能補辦，只能辦理畢業證明書。
