一、求職簡歷的含義

求職簡歷是應聘者為了順利謀求職位而準備的一系列個人資料。它與求職信的功能是殊途同歸的,但比求職信內容更完備。

二、求職簡歷的格式

1.簡表式

它是一份簡明扼要的履歷表,一般包括以下幾個部分:

(1)、基本信息。包括姓名、性別、年齡(或出生年月)、民族、籍貫、婚姻狀況、健康狀況、政治面貌、聯系地址與聯系方式。

(2)、教育經歷。包括最高學歷、畢業院校、所學專業、主修課程、培訓與訓練經歷、語言能力等。

(3)、工作經歷。也為實踐經歷,主要包括實訓、實習經歷(最好注明時段)。社會工作中經歷尤為重要,最好體現出被提升的經歷,以次證明出你的工作穩定性。

2.完備式

它是一本內容比較全面的求職材料,一般包括以下幾個部分:

(1)、封面封底。封底一般不作要求,凈面也行。封面是給應聘者的第一印象,需要做一番設計。封面上一般有應聘者的姓名、畢業學校、系別、專業,有簡筆畫式的圖案設計。學校名稱有時也可以不寫,視情況而定。整個設計要求簡潔美觀,整體感強,個性突出,表現出積極向上的精神風貌。

(2)、目錄。要求將簡歷中所載材料類別按序列出,讓招聘者對里面的內容要點一目了然,同時也顯示出應聘者做事井井有條。

求職信(又稱求職書、自薦信、自薦書)是求職者向有關單位推銷自己以獲取某個職位的的專用書信。它包含了應屆畢業生、在職人員的求職信。真實可信、針對性強是求職信的最大特點。

最為一種專用書信,求職信有其基本的格式。一般來講,求職信可分為標題、稱謂、正文、祝語、落款五大部分。

(一)、標題

2.明確表達求職意向和緣由

4.結語
