1、我們為什么要聘用你（測試你的沉靜與自信）給一個簡短、有禮貌的回答：“我能做好我要做的事情”、“我相信自己，我想得到這份工作”。

到外企面試的“八項注意”

面試是每一個現代人找工作時都必須邁過的一道坎。如今，有不少人想去外企求職，但又苦于不清楚面試時應該注意哪些問題，而不敢成行。本文特意細數了外企面試官的八大忌諱，希望對大家有所幫助。

一忌遲到失約

遲到和失約是面試中的大忌。這不但會表現出求職者沒有時間觀念和責任感，更會令面試官覺得求職者對這份工作沒有熱忱，印象分自然大減。守時不但是美德，更是面試時必須做到的事。因此，應提前10至15分鐘或準時到達。如因有要事遲到或缺席，一定要盡早打電話通知該公司，并預約另一個面試時間。另外，匆匆忙忙到公司，心情還未平靜便要進行面試，自然表現也會大失水準。

二忌數落別人

切勿在面試時當著面試官數落現任或前任雇主和同事的不是。這樣做，不但得不到同情，只會令人覺得你記仇、不念舊情和不懂得與別人相處，反而更會招來面試官的反感。三忌說謊邀功

面試時說謊，偽造“歷史”，或將不屬于自己的功勞“據為己有”，后果可大可小。即使現在能瞞天過海，也難保謊言將來有被揭穿的一日。因此，面試時應實話實說，雖可揚長避短，卻也不能以謊話代替事實。

須知，除非你是對方急需的人才，一般地，讓你去“面試”的單位是不會與你在此有很大的談判余地的，也就是說，你只能按照其薪酬標準行事。故此，沒有必要大談特談你的薪酬理想，而只消說說你過去的薪酬水平，并一定要說明換工作是要付出代價的，這對你個人來說也是有成本概念的，如果你過去的薪酬水平較高，在此并不指望開始時就能保持與過去相一致，而要經過工作的實踐來檢驗；另一方面，也應說明各單位都有自己的規矩，入鄉隨俗

是基本的禮貌和程式，這樣，既回避了相對敏感的問題，也體現了你的修養和對對方的尊重。你如何看待本單位？

你如何看待你所應聘的崗位？

通常，各個崗位在責任、權利、利益、分工、合作、技能、技巧等方面，都有明顯的要求，而這往往是區別于其他崗位的，每個崗位都有其對員工的特殊性，在專業化日益增強的今天，“萬金油”式的人越來越不被看好。所以，你切不可說“我能干這也能干那”，而應明晰在管理的半徑、層面、空間上是有著很大差別的。有人往往在此時急求事功，在未詳細了解崗位的具體要求情況下倉促應允，以為自己什么都干得了，這不明智，而且容易招致面試方反感。該崗位需要的所有內容，正是面試者想從你這里聽到的，你也只需照此行事即可。你如何證明自己是最優秀的？

你的住處離單位距離如何？

這也許是在看你對待上班時間以及需要加班時的想法。如果這真是你理想中的單位，而你的住處離此單位又較遠，應該在回答上體現出遵守單位規定的作息時間，按時上下班，如需要經常加班則可以想辦法住得近些，不會影響工作也不會給單位增添麻煩。
