several packaging exhibition hold in Beijing, this is ouradvantage study here, i have taken a tour to some big factory andcompany.through these i have a deeply understanding of domesticpackaging industry.compared to developed countries such as us,unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since1978,our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess,unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkard.but ihave full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keepthe growth pace still.i guess you maybe interested in the reasonitch to law, and what is my plan during graduate study life, i wouldlike to tell you that pursue law is one of my lifelong goal,i likemy major packaging and i wont give up,if i can pursue my master

第三篇：名企面試題集群面面試

面試題一：管理游戲

參加匯豐銀行倒數第二輪面試時，考官會告訴你經理生病了，你作為他的助手，要在兩小時內看一疊材料，把事情按輕重緩急排個順序。這是個難度頗高的游戲，按匯豐的說法，“參加面試的學生只有兩類，‘差’和‘很差’。”

去年的題目是讓你組織一次展覽會，有安排展館、接運貨品等十幾件瑣碎的事情。像接運貨物，匯豐不是直接告訴你細節，而是在材料中夾了幾份傳真：某家公司詢問你要不要運貨物;對方提出建議，如果由你派人到碼頭運貨，可以省一筆運費開支……等等。

做這個游戲時，不要犯方向性錯誤：試圖按日期整理材料，那樣你只會越來越糊涂。“差”的學生是像排撲克牌一樣，按不同事件把材料歸成一堆一堆，再作權衡即可。

面試題二：團隊+智力游戲

畢馬威在新人培訓時做過“魯濱遜漂流”的游戲。假設你是在海上漂流的魯濱遜，手里有這幾樣東西：火柴、塑料布、鏡子、食物、水和指南針。“現在你帶不動那么多了，你最先扔哪樣?最后保留哪樣?”

標準答案是，鏡子對你最重要。按他們的理論，魯濱遜有再多的食物也撐不到漂到陸地的那一天，保險的辦法是利用鏡子的反光向過往船只求救。據說，你個人得出的順序會和標準答案差別很大，而經過小組討論，結果可能會稍好一些。雖然是培訓時玩的游戲，但去年已有一家IT公司“抄襲”了這個考題，只是把“海上漂流”改成了“荒島余生”。

面試題三：純智力游戲

這類游戲往往有個“死穴”，只要你夠聰明就可以“一招斃敵”。

揀豆子你面前一個碗里混放著紅豆和綠豆，再給兩個空碗，要求你在10分鐘內把紅豆揀到一個碗，把綠豆放進另一個碗。這個游戲的奧妙在于，考官故意多給了你一個碗，不要上當，直接挑出紅豆放到一個空碗里，挑完了，原來的碗里就只有綠豆了。

分蛋糕給你一盒蛋糕，請你切成8份，分給在場的8個人，但蛋糕盒里還要有一份。答案是：你只要把最后一份蛋糕連盒子端給第8個人就可以了。

第24節：中文自我介紹

我來自廣東的恩平市，可能您沒有去過，是一個很小的縣級市，這幾年剛剛開發了溫泉業，我想將來會有更多的人了解這個小城市。（點評：提到溫泉，面試官對恩平這個陌生的地方一定會產生一點親切感。）

在2003年我以恩平市全市第一名的成績考上了中山大學，學的是計算機科學專業。不過，在中大，我沒法再像高中一樣總是名列前茅了，到目前為止，我的綜合學分排名是40%左右。在專業課程方面，我C 的編程能力比較強，一年以前就開始自學Java，在班級里是最早開始學Java的。（點評：誠實可信地闡述了自己的學習能力。）

在我的求職清單上，IBM是我的首選單位，原因和您面試過的很多同學都一樣，出于對大品牌的信賴。畢竟，大品牌公司意味著很多我們需要的東西，比如培訓和薪資，比如能和優秀的高素質的人在一起工作等等。（點評：對于IBM這種一流的企業，沒有必要過多地解釋自己為什么想來應聘，點到為止即可。）

技術支持工程師也剛好是我的首選職位，因為我有技術背景，也有作為女性和和客戶溝通的天然優勢。還有，我不擔心頻繁出差，因為我身體素質很好，我已經堅持晨跑兩年多了。在IBM專業技術方面，我信賴公司的培訓體系和我自己的快速學習能力！希望能有機會加入IBM團隊！（點評：除了強調自己的優點，也告訴面試官，不必把自己當作一個弱女子，而是要當作一個長跑健將！）

第四節英文自我介紹

即使是中國面試官主持面試，他/她也很有可能請申請人做英文的自我介紹。所以，和中文自我介紹一樣，英文的自我介紹也是你必須要精雕細琢去準備的。

一、關于英文自我介紹的3個疑問

1.面對中國面試官和外國面試官做英文自我介紹，有什么區別嗎？

中國面試官讓申請人做英文自我介紹的目的主要是考察英文水平，了解一下申請人的英語發音和流利程度。所以，申請人要著重表現自己的英語水平，重視發音、語法、流利表達。

外國面試官讓申請人做自我介紹的目的并非是考察英文，而是要傾聽你自我介紹當中的細節，并根據這些細節來進行下一步的提問。所以，在這個自我介紹當中，申請人要在希望面試官提問的地方放慢語速，或者用語氣加以強調。此外，大部分外國面試官并不太了解中國，所以申請人在人名、地名、學校名、公司名等一些具有中國特色的地方要放慢語速或者加以解釋。

2.多長時間的英文自我介紹最合適

一般來說，面對中國面試官的英文自我介紹可以簡短一些，常速朗讀時間控制在1分鐘到1.5分鐘之間比較合適，因為簡短一些的自我介紹可以讓中國面試官更加容易記住你說的話；

面對外國面試官的英文自我介紹可以稍微長一點，以常速閱讀1.5分鐘到2分鐘為宜，因為你必然需要額外做一些關于人名或地名的解釋。

3.面試官喜歡什么樣的英文自我介紹

一般來說，具有以下特點的英文自我介紹符合面試官的期望值：

（1）短句：盡量是用口語化的短句，易于面試官聽懂；

（2）慢速：比中文自我介紹速度要放慢至少三分之一，易于面試官放松地傾聽；

（3）強調：在你需要面試官重點傾聽的地方，要用語調和語氣加以強調，使面試官格外注意你所表達的內容。
