好記性不如爛筆頭

已到年關(guān)，即客家人所說的入年掛，街頭巷尾行人如織，還真是熱鬧，賣對(duì)聯(lián)的大紅映紅了市民的臉龐，處處都能感受到一股濃濃的年味。

剛放假兩天，就接到姐夫的電話，說年關(guān)人手不夠，叫我到他店里幫幫忙?！拔乙粋€(gè)教書的能幫什么忙?。俊薄敖虝怂顾刮奈?，說話客客氣氣，還有個(gè)好記性最適合幫忙點(diǎn)菜了，你過來就是了······”話還沒說完電話那頭已經(jīng)掛了，可見姐夫一家子有多忙。也好，讓我這個(gè)“清高”的知識(shí)分子也體驗(yàn)一番百姓生活。

姐夫在車站旁開了一間小餐館，早餐午飯夜宵樣樣不落，兩口子起早貪黑，加上手藝不錯(cuò)，熱情周到，生意還算紅火。年關(guān)車站人來人往，夫妻倆更是忙得不可開交，恨不得一天經(jīng)營48小時(shí)。

第二天一大早，我就驅(qū)車到了姐夫店里。只見攤檔燈火通明，廚房里熱氣騰騰。橘紅的燈盞下一幫顧客風(fēng)卷殘?jiān)频臉幼樱巧袂?，猶如交出作品獲得滿堂喝彩的小學(xué)生，得意而滿足。我調(diào)侃地問姐夫在做早點(diǎn)還是夜宵，姐夫說我真會(huì)開玩笑。姐夫叫我到一旁，一本正經(jīng)地說：“從現(xiàn)在開始，你有兩個(gè)任務(wù)：一是負(fù)責(zé)招呼客人，口才你們老師比我好。二是記菜單，腌粉、腌面、煮粉、煮面、白粥、瘦肉粥、雞蛋腸粉、瘦肉腸粉、三及第、豬肉牛肉湯?？腿它c(diǎn)好菜就馬上報(bào)到廚房來，記住，千萬不要記錯(cuò)了，顧客可得罪不起！”簡(jiǎn)明扼要嘛，三下五除二的事，放心吧?！蔽易炖镏貜?fù)著姐夫說過的那幾道菜。不一會(huì)兒就有一群年輕人朝店里走來。招呼他們坐下后，我便笑著問他們吃點(diǎn)什么。他們七嘴八舌說了一通：腌粉瘦肉湯不加狗杞葉、魚頭煮粉加咸菜、雞蛋腸粉不加蔥花，腌面牛肉湯加酒糟不加西紅柿，腌面豬腰湯加芹菜······，菜色五花八門，叫我六神無主，我這記性看來是應(yīng)付不了，這可不像是記學(xué)生姓名那么簡(jiǎn)單！還好，我勉強(qiáng)記起來了。嘴里叨念著幾樣菜色正要報(bào)給姐夫時(shí)，又有兩人說要改口換湯。好一群嘴刁的年輕人，個(gè)個(gè)都是美食家啊，出門在外哪那么講究！我頓了頓，又在嘴里重復(fù)了一遍菜色，朝廚房跑去。

又一幫人過來了，仔細(xì)一數(shù)，十一個(gè)。我心想，這下沒轍了，記性再好也難免會(huì)出錯(cuò)吧。怎么辦呢？我尋思著。有了，我忙掏出身上改完試卷還留在口袋里的筆，順手抓起一張桌上的報(bào)紙就要記起來。不出所料，十一個(gè)人，十一個(gè)不同的菜：蛋炒粉、蛋炒面、牛肉煮粉、魚頭白菜煮粉、瘦肉咸菜湯、瘦肉枸杞葉湯······，加的佐料更是五花八門、花樣百出，加蔥花加蒜蓉加酒糟加咸菜加枸杞葉加香菜······，還是我棋高一著，唰唰唰，不一會(huì)兒功夫全都給記上了！好記性不如爛筆頭嘛！

接下來的幾天里，憑著我這支爛筆頭把著點(diǎn)菜關(guān)，沒有一個(gè)顧客的菜被上錯(cuò)。姐夫笑著夸我說老師就是老師，點(diǎn)菜都比別人厲害?？磥恚昂糜浶圆蝗鐮€筆頭”這句天天在學(xué)生面前念著的口頭禪，都快成了放之四海而皆準(zhǔn)的真理！不僅在課堂上鞏固知識(shí)發(fā)揮作用，更是在生活中給我們帶來了諸多的幫助。
