A: Today’s competition gives all the contestants kinds of speeches, such asPrepared speech、Questions and answers and Impromptuim'pr?mptu:] speech.The judges will judge you by the substance、style and delivery of your speech.B:今天的總決賽中，每位選手都要完成定題演講、回答問題和即興演講這三個部分，評委將從選手的演講內容、流暢程度、語音語調、和表現力幾個方面綜合評定。

A: In Prepared speech, if your speech is more than 3 minutes and 15 seconds or less than 2 minutes and 45 seconds, the score of yours will deduct 0.5-1 points;this round will be 50 points In Impromptu speech and Questions and answers , if your speech is more than 70 seconds, or less than 50 seconds, the score of yours will deduct 0.5-1 points , this two rounds will be 30 points and 20 points.A:這里要特別提醒一下各位參賽選手：命題演講時間超過3分15秒，或不足2分45秒，適當扣0.5—1分；即興演講和回答問題時間超過70秒，或不足50秒，適當扣0.5—1分。大賽要求參賽選手脫稿演講，帶稿者適當扣分。Ok, now, I think it’s better for me to introduce our excellent judges.They are: 評委：

第二環節：回答問題：由評委就選手定題演講內容提一個問題，選手回答時間為1分鐘。

第三環節：即興演講：賽題保密，選手回答問題之后現場抽簽獲得題目，準備1分鐘，演講2分鐘。

第二部分為復活賽： 以即興演講的形式進行

評分標準

定題演講總分60分，演講內容，語言水平，演講技巧各占20分。

回答問題總分40分，內容，語言，技巧分別為15分，15分，10分。

即興演講總分50分，內容語言，技巧分別為20分，15分，15分。

另外，如果兩隊總成績相同，按定題演講、回答問題、即興演講的先后順序依次比較各部分的分數，分高者勝出。

晉級規則：

1、根據第一部分總成績排名，取前20%——30%的隊伍，首先確定部分晉級隊伍。

2、剩余各隊可申請復活（各隊僅有一次資格），進入復活賽。根據復活賽各隊伍的總成績(包含定題演講，回答問題，即興演講三部分)排名，取前20%左右的隊伍和第一部分確定的隊伍共同進入決賽。
