regulations of this final.The final has only one part---prepared speech.In this part, each of the contestants will have 3-5 minutes to deliver a prepared speech.There are two topics for the prepared speech“low-carbon life” and “Two-oriented society”, namely.a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.For this section ,the full score is 10.Y:現在請允許我介紹本次賽事的比賽規則。所有選手在規定的3-5分鐘內，就“低碳生活”

X:When the contestant’s time is used up, a staff member will raise up his hand to remind the

contestant of the time.The contestant must stop within 15 seconds, otherwise his or her timing score will be deducted, or foe the prepared speech time is less than 3 minutes the contestant’s timing score will be deducted.Y：當選手每部分時間用盡時，計時員將舉手提醒選手，選手必須在15秒鐘內停止演講，否則扣分。命題演講不足3分鐘，將扣分。

X: The judging panel will give scores on the spot.In this round, after each contestant finish the

C:your host for today.Thanks for being here tonight!

X:hey,do you know the history of this contest?

C: certainly,our contest has been held for several years,it has become a brand characteristic activity of our department.X:brand characteristicof course.aiming at providing a stage for the participants to show their talents in language and public speaking,and also,we’d like to exchange ideas on important issues.C:also As we know, the 60th anniversary is coming,to celebrate this grand occasion,we would like students to show their feelings and best wishes to alma mater.X:Okay now let me introduce the distinguished judges.Let’s give the warmest applause to them!

C:Before we start the contest, we would like to introduce the rules in Chinese.本次比賽分為兩個部分，第一部分分為三個環節。

第一環節：定題演講：每組選手首先進行有準備發言，題目為“Alma mater in my heart”，演講時間為3分鐘，選手可自定小標題，按照抽簽的結果依次出場。

第二環節：回答問題：由評委就選手定題演講內容提一個問題，選手回答時間為1分鐘。

第三環節：即興演講：賽題保密，選手回答問題之后現場抽簽獲得題目，準備1分鐘，演講2分鐘。

第二部分為復活賽： 以即興演講的形式進行

評分標準

定題演講總分60分，演講內容，語言水平，演講技巧各占20分。

回答問題總分40分，內容，語言，技巧分別為15分，15分，10分。

即興演講總分50分，內容語言，技巧分別為20分，15分，15分。

另外，如果兩隊總成績相同，按定題演講、回答問題、即興演講的先后順序依次比較各部分的分數，分高者勝出。

晉級規則：

1、根據第一部分總成績排名，取前20%——30%的隊伍，首先確定部分晉級隊伍。

2、剩余各隊可申請復活（各隊僅有一次資格），進入復活賽。根據復活賽各隊伍的總成績(包含定題演講，回答問題，即興演講三部分)排名，取前20%左右的隊伍和第一部分確定的隊伍共同進入決賽。
