參觀工廠小結

今天上午，我們一個班的同學一起到常州的工業園區，參觀了江蘇曠達集團和江蘇伊思達紡織有限公司。

首先，來談一下關于我參觀曠達集團的一些體會。

曠達集團是專業從事交通工具內飾面料及專用有色差別化滌綸絲的研發、生產和銷售的企業。該公司的總部位于長三角太湖灣旅游度假區，而我今天參觀則是位于常州市武進紡織工業園區的生產基地。剛進企業的時候，我們觀看了一個視頻，這很好的介紹了該公司的一些基本資料，其中包括了企業獲得的榮譽以及公司文化、公司的產業。有一個我們紡院的91屆的學姐建議我們在將來工作的時候堅持“目標、堅持”四個字，她說只要這樣，我們不一定會取得成功，但是會一步一個腳印，把最終的目標分成N個時間目標，終將會成功的。

該公司的產品系列包括經編、緯編、機織和劍桿系列的。它的理念一直堅持“資源有效利用、環保”。充分發揚了“紡織與低碳”的現代生活理念。

而我們這次主要參觀的是化纖第一線的生產情況。其生產過程有烘干、流體、絲體、卷繞等。滌綸低彈絲、空氣變形絲都是化纖相關的產品。

不過還有面料加工車間因為沒有時間，所以沒來及看。

另外一個就是江蘇伊思達企業，伊思達是集科、工、貿為一體的集團型民營股份制紡織印染自營進出口企業，下轄江蘇伊思達紡織有

1限公司、常州東方伊思達染織有限公司，及氣紡、環紡、筒子染色和牛仔面料五個產品事業部。

而我們主要參觀的就是面料事業部和筒染事業部。

在面料事業部里，我們看的就是重型無梭劍桿織機，所織的的織物都是厚型的。我們進去看的時候，織的的正是一塊比較厚的面料。它的用途既可以做毯子，也可做窗簾，但基本上都是做家紡的。有時候我們冬天穿得那種厚厚的衣服，也是這種織機做的。

然后看了染整實驗室，看起來有點像我們學校的化學實驗室，不過在里面看到了一個學姐是我們學校的，反正就是只要我們把該學的好好學。

又大概看了一下染筒事業部。里面分為絞紗染色和筒子染色。正好我們最近學了染整概論，所以這對于我們的學習有了更近一步的認識。

這次參觀，我們重點了解和學習到：

1.滌綸纖維（長絲、短纖維）生產和工藝技術原理，包括相應的生產工藝過程、工藝參數控制與產品質量控制的關系，不過因為當時在工廠里的噪音太大了，所以好多沒聽清楚，不過我相信用過以后的學習，我會知道的更多。

2．了解滌綸纖維的半成品、成品纖維的檢測方法和質量指標，當時在那兒的時候就看見一個工人拿了一大堆的亂得滌綸絲，還以為是廢品。

3．綜合運用所學的知識，培養分析、解決生產與產品質量管理

問題的能力。

這是我們充分認清了專業前景，為以后從事專業工作做好充足的心理準備。

第四篇：參觀工廠心得體會

參觀工廠心得/r/n 月 17 日老師的帶領下，我們自動化 專業的同學歡聲笑語地 乘坐大巴前往盼望已久的重慶川儀自動化股份有限公司和長安汽車股份有限公司，開始我 們的參觀實習課程。車上我們談笑風生，對于即將參觀實習的工廠興趣盎然，討論異常激烈。對接下來的參 觀實習化工廠充滿了期待。/r/n

經過大概一個小時的車程，我們到達了我們的第一個目的地 —— 重慶川儀自動化股份有限公司。該公司是一個集科研、生產制造、銷售、進出口貿易、投資為一體的大型企業。在公司人員的帶領下，我們首先參觀了公司的大廳，那里集中展示了川儀公司的幾乎所有產品，在他們的講解下，我們內心感慨不已，感受到我們目前所學的知識真是少之又少，因此我們更要多多學習。當然，對于以前只在書本上見到的設備，很多同學都 用相機記錄下了面前的真實。在公司的生產線上參觀時，剛進去的時候，感覺到里面很吵雜，但是那些工人們正一絲不茍的進行著自己的工作，并沒有因為環境而影響自己，他們的敬業精神和吃苦精神值得我們學習。/r/n

桂林桂北機器有限責任公司坐落在桂林市郊，公司的廠房，車間，倉庫共計數十件，占地面積廣闊，有員工，技工，工程師和管理人員總計700余名。在指導老師的帶領下，我們先后參觀了冷加工車間，熱加工車間，裝配車間，處理車間等各大生產車間。/r/n

在現場技工師傅，工程師的指導和講解中，我們對各類車床，銑床，鉆床，沖床，磨床有了更進一步的了解。對應于各種不同型號，不同用途，不同尺寸的零部件，有各種不同類型的加工機床進行處理。基于金工實習期間我們所了解學習的各類機床的基礎知識和基礎操作，我們進一步了解了大型零部件的加工工藝和粗制流程，精加工流程，裝備流程，修改處理流程等加工流程。技工師傅們給我們展示了熟練操作各種機器生產零部件的過程和技巧，其基本原理和操作規范同小型簡單機床是大同小異的。/r/n

整個參觀過程中，同學們就一些機床的工作原理，精度問題等方面的疑問請教了指導師傅，如磨床，鉆床等機床具體的功能及其在生產過程中所處的位置和需要對零部件做處理的方面。老師在給我們解答疑問的同時，也給大家講解了許多關于公司經營，生產管理等方面的基本常識，讓我們真正正確地認識一個大型機械公司的生產流水線，各類部門的職能，各工種的職責，各類技術要求，同時也拓展了我們對大型機器公司購置，生產，包裝，銷售的流程，公司經營，管理等方面的常識。我們對各類機器的功能，型號及操作規范等都做了詳細的記錄，對比。/r/n

末了，我們就各自對桂北機器有限責任公司的參觀疑問和看法做了初步的交流和討論，取人之長補己之短，對整個機器廠和參觀過程做了初步的簡短總結，并結合各自在金工實習期間所掌握和了解的機床機床知識交流了各自對某些機器的改裝，改進或存在的缺陷等方面的觀點看法。在下午6時我們結束了對桂北機器有限責任公司的參觀和有關討論。/r/n

實習第二天，我們于早上參觀了桂林八路軍辦事處舊址。桂林八路軍辦事處作為抗日戰爭時期主要戰略基地，與八路軍總部和新四軍總部等各地八路軍共同構成了抗日戰爭敵后根據地。/r/n

桂林作為抗日革命的重要哦基地，地處西南交通咽喉要地，在地理位置上有特殊重要的地位，同時也是日軍重點戰略部署對象。但由于擁有眾多的優秀軍事指揮官，八路軍的英勇作戰，使得八路軍在桂林穩扎基地，以其優越地理位置和地形優勢作為天然屏障對抗日軍強烈的軍事打擊。該辦事處建立于1938年11月，是中國共產黨設在南方國民黨統治區的辦事機構，又是中共中央南方局的隱秘機關。周恩來先后三次到辦事處指導工作。舊址尚存著較完整的舊時軍隊臥室，炊事房，辦公室，相應的臥具，餐具，辦公用具和一些戰爭遺留物品也都保存尚好。它們記載著中國共產黨人民軍隊的抗日歷程，統戰工作以及領導大后方進行的抗日文化救亡的革命史實。舊址紀念館亦保存了較為完整，齊全的抗戰紀念照和抗日文化救亡運動記錄照以及相應的詳細說明，并展示了較多在抗戰時期涌現的優秀文學創作及作家肖像。館藏還展示了眾多在抗戰時期老軍人以及老革命家指揮官們遺留下來的生活用品，戰爭器械，通訊工具和交通工具。八路軍辦事處舊址紀念館是繼承革命傳統，培養民族精神，凝聚民族力量的重要場地。

工廠參觀實習總結

學有所知，學有所用，學用結合。

為了更好的了解設備，把握設備的操作細節，在學習了相應的課本知識之后，就要深入工廠時的去觀摩操作，這樣才能提高操作能力和彌補這門課程做實驗較困難的缺陷。

首先我們參觀的是動力廠。動力廠的電源電壓等級是110kv是從三個方向輸入的，有峽Ⅰ線、峽Ⅱ線和巴長線，峽長線使用的水灰白色絕緣子，如果在這種絕緣子上發生了絕緣事故，絕緣子發生裂紋不會發生呢個脫落，在這種情款下，要更換絕緣子就需要運行維護人員用高倍望遠鏡去一個個的尋找。巴長線的絕緣子是綠色的，這種絕緣子是比較先進的，如果發生了如果發生了絕緣事故，他的絕緣子就會全部脫落，以便于未獲人員的尋找事故點，不會出現上邊的尋找麻煩。每條線路上都有兩根避雷線，每路線上都有一個根用于通訊的光纜，用于電網內部的通訊和調度之用。在巴長線有一個圓形的避雷器，在進線處都有耦合電容是將交流信號從前一級傳到下一級，之后就通過進線絕緣套管把電源引入高壓配電室。

進入高壓配電室注意和檢查事項有：

? 個操作機構油壓是否正常。

? 個配電間隔SF6氣壓是否正常。

? 110KV變電所的氧含量是不在規定的范圍內，檢查SF6含量是否超標（用測漏儀）。

? 在進入變電所前，應開通風機15分鐘。

? 嚴禁一人進入變電所工作。

高壓配電室的主接線運用的是雙母線并列運行。采用單母分段線運行方式。有四種操作柜（進線柜、PT柜、母聯柜、變壓器柜）。還有操作、繼電保護、信號、中間開關（0為近控，2為遠控）五個柜子。操作機構運用的是液壓操作機構。母線采用的是落地罐式機構。在測量柜之前的是信號轉換柜（模擬信號→數字信號）。

主變壓器采用的是兩臺并列運行，一臺運行，一臺備用，主變壓器都是采用三繞組接地方式，容量都是6萬KVA級的，出線有35KV和6KV。

在總變壓配電所的三樓是母線室，采用的是三層路母線（主要考慮到經濟性），在二樓是主控室，有真空斷路器、兩地閘刀、隔離開關。采用的是彈簧操作機構。再過不長升變壓所采用的是消弧線圈接地方式。在35KV自變壓廠要對6KV進行升壓到35KV輸送，這樣就可以遠距離輸送，減少線路損失，降低使用成本。

在自發電廠，發電機發出的是10.5KV的電壓，再送到主變配電室進行變壓（35KV）和再次分配。

在110KV主控室最上邊紅色的是主接線，藍色的是母線，采用的是五段分裂運行，下邊有五臺變壓器，電壓與額定值1%-2%的差值，功率因數基本都達到0.95以上。

在參觀車間變電所是參觀的是重油催化配電所。首先看到運行方式和拉閘操作的順序。運行方式是高壓分段運行，母線開關打在自投位置。拉閘順序依次

按幸福村---陸城---微球---分子篩---烷基化---埨---聚丙烯---加氫-重整---焦化---一套常壓。。。

在車間配電素主要有母聯柜、電容柜、主風機、PT柜、常減壓、變壓器六個柜子組成。每個柜子都是采用的是小車操作，小車操作的最大優點是可以實現五防：

1)防止誤分、合斷路器；

2)防止帶負荷分、合隔離開關；

3)防止帶地線合閘；

4)防止帶電掛地線；

5)防止誤入帶點間隔；

小車在外邊時處于試驗位紅燈亮，在里邊是處于運行位綠燈亮。

在車間配電所還配有無功補償裝置因為車間大部分采用感性負載的有功功率。所以線路的功率因數達不到規定值，要進行無功能補償，電容消耗的是無功功率，可以提高功率因數達到規定值。

學校變電所，高壓端進線10KV。采用的是高壓負荷開關隔離，變壓器是380/220V采用的是直接接地的方式，經電纜引入配電室的母線，在配電實木線采用的是單母線分列用行的方式。

對于這次參觀對我們的收獲很大，把所學的元件都可以系統的聯系起來，對所學的元器件有了感性的認識，做到了理論聯系實際的效果，所學的知識在頭腦里有了清晰的模型。
