時間如車輪般在大地上碾過，彈指一揮間，四個多月的實習時間馬上就要畫上句號了。到現在為止，我真的有種戀戀不舍的感覺，舍不得讓這段時光匆匆流走，舍不得這段難忘的歲月。這里實在是有太多難以割舍的因素，有難忘的師生情，有美好的同事情，有點點滴滴的生活、工作片段，有我向其他十幾位老師學習進步的經歷。回首過去的這段崢嶸歲月，我有太多的話要說，從教學實習到管理學生，每一方面都留下了我的足跡，而我也在這樣的足跡的指引下，逐漸成長，正從一個懵懂的大學生向一名合格甚至優秀的人民教師轉變。在實習生活即將結束之時，我回顧這半年來的點滴，總結經驗，尋找不足，感受頗多。

作為一名實習生，尤其是一名師范院校的實習生，在教學方面的鍛煉顯得尤為重要。感謝學校給我們提供了這樣一次頂崗實習的機會，讓我們在實戰演練中得到了鍛煉。我們的教學技能在這半年里得到了迅速的提升與完善，而這在實習伊始就是我們此次實習工作的重要目標之一。

回頭看看初登講臺時的我，再對比一下現在講臺上游刃有余的我，才發現，進步已經在點點滴滴中得到積累、升華。現在，我仍能清楚的記得，2月21日那天，我們一行9個實習生來到了董官屯鎮中心校，與各位領導見過面之后，還沒來得及喘口氣，我就被告知分到最為偏遠的東升小學，明天就要登上講臺，正式講課了，且是教四年級的英語數學兼音樂。這多少讓我有些措手不及，因為我還從未給學生上過課，我想先聽幾節的課積累足夠的間接經驗后再登講臺，可是時間條件不允許，只能盡快按要求上課，我很快就調整了過來，接受了這一挑戰。為了更好的進行教學工作，我從班主任公老師那里得知，我將要教的四年級，班容量很大大，而且由于處于這個年齡段的孩子比較調皮，是有名的“亂班”。眾所周知鄉村小學的教學資源和師資條件比較匱乏，學生的學習水平顯而很差，我不禁有些擔心，我——一個剛從象牙塔里走出的大學生，能教好他們嗎?!校長的一句話更是加深了我的恐懼感，話是這樣說的：成績不是一朝一夕能教出來的，能管住紀律是最重要的！聽到這句話后，我不禁暗自為自己捏了把汗，可是，不管怎樣，我是一名老師，我將要用我的實際行動去感動他們，讓他們接受我這個老師，并且好好學習，在這種心理狀態下，當天晚上，我躺在床上就想怎么能“降”住著群小魔頭。我想興趣是最好的老師，只有備好課，生動形象的課堂教學肯定能吸引學生。

第二天，在公老師的引薦下，我來到了教室，為了以后教學工作的正常進行，我必須要在前幾節課上鎮住學生們才行，這是當地老師給我的一個建議。所以，從一進教師開始，我就很嚴肅，再加上可能是緊張吧，剛開始登講臺時我居然一點也沒有笑，直到正式講課時才開始有點消笑容了。學生們給我的第一印象還好，沒有想象中的那么調皮。令我很有成就感的是，這個班除了原任的課代表外，我又任命兩個據說是本班最能“鬧騰”的兩個“小霸王”為課代表，讓全班同學“監視”他們的學習，這一招在后來的教學工作中很有幫助，他們不僅認真負責，在上課時還能幫助我維持課堂秩序，看來這招“以毒治毒”還真的奏效了。由于我的四年級，每周十五節課，五節英語，五節數學，兩節音樂，三節自習。課時多自然很累，然而，在忙忙碌碌中，為了改進我的教課技能，只要一有時間，我就會向當地老師請教，在教課這一方面，其他老師給了我很大幫助。從他們的身上，我學到了很多東西，譬如說新課的導入、知識點的講解方式、板書設計、課文的分析等等，真是受益匪淺。

在課堂教學中，我也不斷反思，經常進行換位思考，想：假若我是學生，老師這樣講，我會接受嗎？對于一個四年級的學生，怎樣用淺顯易懂的語言讓他們更能容易地學會知識。除此之外，再加上學生給我的及時反饋，在這種不斷的自我摸索與反思以及積極吸取他人經驗的基礎上，我的教學水平取得了不小的進步，教學語言不再啰嗦而是簡練；講解習題時更具有針對性，更符合當地學生的理解水平；并且我也能逐漸的將知識點系統起來。

因為當地的學生無論上課還是下課都用方言跟老師交流（我是本地人），所以為了讓學生們講好普通話，響應國家對學生能力的號召，在每節課上，我都會在心里默默地提醒自己，一定要用普通話來進行教學，而我也恰恰是這樣堅持下來的。每節課后，我都會反思一下，這節課的教態怎樣，教學語言是否得體，學生反映是否積極等等。我想只有這樣，我才能不斷進步。半年下來，從當地老師以及學生對我的評價中，可以看出我確實取得了很大的進步。現在，每當我登上講臺時，我就有一種感覺：我是一名人民教師！

在教學的同時，學生的心理健康也是我們所關注的另外一個重要方面。我班有一名學生性格很孤僻不合群，喜歡獨來獨往，課上表現也不積極，這樣長期以往，對他的發展很不利，不利于他融進集體生活，同時也會成為他求學路上的攔路虎。于是，本著對他負責的態度，我多次找到他與他談話，與他談理想談學習談他心里對待世界對待社會的看法等等。在這一方面，我的必修課中小學生心理健康教育與我大二時選修的心理學還真的起到了很大的作用。幾次談話之后，他腦子里的一些錯誤觀點已被逐漸改變，漸漸地，我發現他已開始跟同學交流了，體育課上也能見到他在操場上活躍的身影，看到他一點一滴的轉變，我也很欣慰！在班級管理方面，我還從班主任那里學習了一招;查早讀和查自習時，要讓學生摸不著你的規律，免得讓學生鉆空子。對待學生要嚴慈相濟，既不能過于苛刻，也能總是慈眉善目，要跟學生保持一定的距離。半年來，我發現，自己與學生之間的尺度把握的還可以，我們亦師亦友，彼此尊重。通過這半年的班主任實習工作，讓我加深了對學生的了解。除了收獲了一群孩子的敬重與愛戴外，還獲得了大量的管理班級的經驗，這些經驗我將受益終身。
