第三篇：SCI投稿問題

第一篇SCI接收已經有一個多月了，早已經沒有了當初的興奮（實際上也不算特別興奮，最興奮的要數收到審稿意見的那一天）。當時就想著效仿很多老蟲子寫點什么（可以賺點金幣，呵呵），老版主zouzhq也鼓勵我寫一寫，但是我懶勁一度又犯了，再加上看到很多牛蟲都寫的太好了，自己覺得沒什么值得寫的，所以一直拖著。現在，自己馬上又要開始忙碌了，再不寫恐怕真沒機會了，因此想了想，還是把自己第一次投稿中所碰到的問題和我的應對辦法列舉出來，相信對很多初次投稿的蟲子還是會有些幫助的。

我的第一篇SCI投的是ACS下面的Crystal Growth & Design，整個投稿期間遇到了很多很多的問題，現在想著都覺得亂七八糟，時常感嘆是不是自己人品不好…不管怎么樣，統統和大家交流交流。(二樓的四個附件是審稿意見等書信)

1.關于作者署名

我們實驗室從師兄開始，發的SCI基本上都是參與者有誰就掛誰的，基本不掛關系戶。這一次，我也是仿照以往的情況署上了作者的名字，但是漏掉了給做好前期工作現在已經畢業讀博士去的師兄，和我的這個課題的實際申請人L教授。漏掉師兄，很不應該，但是關于L教授，是我事先根本沒有想到的。因為L教授已經從我們學校調走已經一年多，早已和課題組沒有太大的聯系，關于他和我們這個課題的關系我也不甚清楚，所以真的沒有想到要把他加上。因此，在這里，我要提醒給位初次投稿的蟲友們，寫文章投稿之前一定要把作者的署名確定好，盡量去問問老板的意思，自己也要思量周全，也許你很反感增加關系戶，但是你不應該漏掉每一個對文章有實際或者潛在貢獻的人。我的文章在投稿之前老板并沒有就這些問題細看，所以后來發現的時候也晚了，因此，我覺得，也許老板不會給你審稿，但是關于文章的一些原則性的問題他們還是能把握的，所以盡量投稿之前還是給老板看看，如果最后出現像我這樣的問題就滿郁悶了，因為越到后面增加作者一直是一件滿敏感的事情。關于這一點的解決方法我在后面說。

此外，在我的初稿中，老板是第二作者加通訊作者。修改意見回來后，我在他心情好的時候問了下能不能把他放到后面，他同意了（后來實驗室也開始沿用這個做法）。這樣的做法是可以讓周圍的同學成為第二作者，而且也許同學寫文章的時候你也有成為第二作者的可能，盡管很多學校不會因為第二作者算你的文章，但是對于出國或者是找一般企業工作的人來說，多一篇第二作者的文章也是聊勝于無的事情（盡管很多老板現在都是這樣做的，但是我想，萬事也都有個開頭）。于是，在修改稿的時候把老板的名字換到了最后，其他人都往前進行了挪動，在response里面也沒有提這個事情，最后一點問題也沒有。

2.關于圖片質量

這個問題論壇上問的蟲子也很多。很多期刊要求圖片質量到600dpi并且要TIF格式。其實可以通過PS或者corel draw等作圖軟件導出這個圖片，然后導出的時候選擇TIF格式和600dpi，再選在LZW壓縮，另外把尺寸改小一點（10000X10000的可以改到2000X2000就夠用了，太大的話一張圖片幾十兆）

3.關于Supporting Information

Supporting Information是ACS下面期刊常見的部分，一般在文章的末尾處會有著名。內容一般是一些私下提交給審稿人的參考信息（例如詳細的實驗過程、實驗數據等）但是不在文章里面發表的（有的是為了保密又得是為了簡潔）。當時我由于經驗不足，把一個不屬于這個范疇的東西當成了Supporting Information傳了過去，當然，審稿的時候沒有造成什么影響，但是編輯在回復里面卻讓我按照模版把Supporting Information這一章節補上。這個時候我才去看Supporting Information到底是什么，才知道原來自己擺了烏龍。唉，現在想想就覺得好笑。沒有辦法，只有跟編輯寫信問詢，申請不寫Supporting Information，并承認自己前期的錯誤，好在編輯啥也沒說就同意了（實際上這些信件是助編處理的）。

4.關于Table of Contents Graphic

關于這一點經常看見有蟲子在問。這個并不是ACS下面獨有的，貌似RSC及其他出版集團下面也有這個要求。我當時也不太清楚這個東西到底是啥。后來去看了別人的文章才知道沒有什么神秘的，實際上就是一張你文章中有代表性的圖片而已（可以是示意圖也可是是電鏡，也肯以將文章里面的幾個圖合在一起編輯成新圖）。ACS的TOC除了一張圖以外還要有一段不超過60words的說明。也就是簡要說明你文章的中心思想就行了。TOC在初稿的時候并不如何強調標準，但是在修改稿的時候非常重要。而且修改稿的時候可以對初稿的TOC進行改動，不用對編輯說明也行的（我就完全改了圖，還改了不少單詞）。

5.關于copyright

3，4，5這三條都是編輯在審稿意見回來之后要求一定要弄好的重點。Copyright任何投稿都會遇到，也經常看到蟲子問copyright的問題，無非是關于提交copyright的時間和里面的一些具體地方怎么填，還有就是如何給編輯。我在初稿的時候直接忽略掉的copyright，因為我看木蟲上有人說copyright只是在接收后才有實際意義，那么也就是說晚點交copyright并不影響我正常的審稿。因此，對于大家來說，如果沒有特別的要求的，一般不用太早提交copyright。Copyright的填寫主要還是用pdf軟件在上面直接打字，只需要在“Original Signature(s)”這里親筆寫上和你文章作者順序一致的作者的英文名就行了。另外，也許你會碰到“Print Authorized Name(s)and Title(s)”這樣的文字，Title的意思相當于作者的身份。例如：張三是教授，李四是碩士，那么這里就用軟件打上“San Zhang（Professor），Si Li（Master）”就行了。版權填好以后掃描后傳給編輯（我是掃描成圖片然后把圖片做成PDF傳回的）。

6.關于通訊作者郵箱

在我投稿之前，我僅僅認為通訊作者郵箱就是一個郵箱而已，就是老板郵箱的代名詞，沒有認真的對待，但是恰恰通訊作者郵箱讓我大漲了一番見識。我也是投稿之前用的是老板的126郵箱。后來在投稿20天后突然莫名的收到了審稿意見回復（系統上突然從第二部飛到了第五步），當時真是十分驚訝。忙問老板，老板打開他又想一看，才發現早在10天以前編輯就發郵件給通訊作者郵箱說正在邀請審稿讓我耐心等待了…郁悶…白擔心會被編輯直接砍掉了。后來由于又要給編輯問詢，又怕還出這樣的事情，于是乎起了更換通訊作者郵箱的念頭，老板也沒有意見，于是在修改的時候直接在系統中作者信息那把通訊作者郵箱換成了我注冊的一個新郵箱（我設置的密碼）。關于更換通訊作者郵箱，我猶豫了好久是否再給編輯問詢信，后來想想怕把編輯惹毛（前面因為Supporting Information已經問詢一次了）就算了。慶幸的是，編輯啥也沒說，順利搞定。因此，建議各位初次投稿的蟲子，特別是自己寫文章自己投的蟲子，通訊作者是老板的，沒錯，但是通訊作者郵箱最好用自己的或者自己幫老板申請一個新的，專門對付這次投稿（當然，你有本事的話要到老板郵箱密碼也行）。這樣的話后期你就不會像我一樣郁悶了，并且處理一些事情的時候會快很多（試想一下，當一封重要郵件躺老板郵箱里面，老板又聯系不上或者不方便轉給你會不會郁悶？）。因為，投稿過程中，編輯只會和通訊作者聯系的。

7.關于是“大修”還是“小修” 我發現很多蟲子很關心這問題，仿佛大修接收的可能性一半對一半，小修的可能性就到8成了，而修改重投就是沒有希望的。其實，能不能接收關鍵在于你能不能按照審稿人的意見好好修改，而并不是“大修”還是“小修”。這些詞并不像“如朕親臨”的金牌那么神奇。另外，我們也不能忽略除了大修小修以外的一個情況“修改后重投”，其實只要改好了，重投也是很有希望的，所以很多是這個狀態的蟲子完全不用灰心，相反應該振作起來，一舉攻克最后一關。總的來說，論壇上就有小修不重視，不按照審稿人意見修改而被拒稿的（審稿人覺得自己被忽視了），也有被編輯打回重投，但是按照審稿人意見修改好后重投直接接收的。所以，希望剛投稿的蟲子們多注意本質（怎么修改），少在乎現象（是大修還是小修）。

8.關于英語的修改

看到很多蟲子問英語不過關，怎么修改的問題。我說說我的經歷。兩個審稿人給我的審稿意中，英語評價都是Fair，說“有很多的文字錯誤”讓我修改（實際只舉出2個）。其實很多情況下是審稿人對母語非英語的作者的偏見而已。為了認真修改，我找了師兄幫我改了一遍。找了老板，請他找他美國的同學幫忙再改。綜合兩者的意見最后敲定。最后在修改稿原文中把修改過的地方全部用紅筆標出，并且在response中逐條列舉出：P1, L15(gas)→ P2, L15(gases)，以顯示自己的確對文章的語言進行了認真修改。最后，很順利，兩個審稿人都沒有就語言說什么。9.關于引用未出版的參考文獻

這個問題在論壇上也看過幾次了。我這次也碰到了，和大家說說。我有篇重要文獻還沒有出版，俺引用了，后面用的是“in press”代替。但是后來想想不對，參考文獻只有作者的名字（而且是中國人的文章，名是簡寫的），沒有頁碼卷數，沒有標題，要別人怎么搜？這個時候上小木蟲求助了一下，有蟲子告訴我用DOI來表示，很有道理，我最后也是這樣照做的，沒有一點問題。原文在這里（很感謝5樓的兄弟）：http://emuch.net/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=1152081

10.關于二審到接收的等待時間

這一點，太多的蟲子揪心了。幾乎天天都有蟲子問這個。我也很理解大家的心情，畢竟我也是大家中的一員。但是修改稿投出后我恨不得每天刷新100次郵箱。一周后還沒有消息，人就開始十分焦急，情緒低落。其實，我和大家一樣，因為在論壇上看了一些說修改后當天接收或者一周接收之類的帖子，認為這個時間就是定理，才會這么著急的。另外，我們也都有一個慣性思想就是審稿意見也就那么長時間（1，2個月，難道二審要1個月以上不成）。實際上，事實正有可能如此，甚至我看到的絕大部分情況都是超過一個月甚至更長時間接收的。因為，對于有可能接收的稿件，也要考慮出版的安排以及編輯手頭的工作量等諸多問題。在這里我很感謝Thomas2000大哥當時對我安慰，他和我投一個期刊，是1個月大修變小修，小修到接收整整四個月，并且說“沒有消息就是好消息”。算是平復了我焦急的心理。俺甚至還趁這段時間去外地玩了半個月，呵呵。對此，我也寫了個帖子，希望能對各位心情和我原來一樣焦

11.關于增加作者

前面第1點說到了我沒有把師兄和L教授列為作者的事情。修改的時候也沒有增加（其實修改的時候是很好的增加作者的機會），接收以后才發現了漏掉了師兄（但是還是沒想起來L教授，汗）。這個情況相信也有蟲子遇到過。這個時候我是先直接寫信和期刊的主編聯系（不是出版編輯部，盡管這個時候稿件已經轉到出版編輯部準備排版了），敘述了自己的疏忽以及師兄的一些貢獻（做了很多前期的研究，并且提供了很多理論依據），最后附上一句“不知您是否能允許我們彌補我們的疏忽”（具體寫法參加二樓的附件3）。發過去后編輯很快同意了（加為二作）。但是我還是漏掉了L教授，這個也是我的一大遺憾。后來在校樣的時候在嘗試這一招就不管用了，編輯拒絕。所以，希望大家在剛開始的時候把作者什么的都決定好，省得后面一堆麻煩。就算要加也要在修改的時候加，過了修改的話也行，但是要寫盡快聯系編輯，機會只有一次。對了，申請加作者的同時一定要附上新的版權哦~~

12.關于更換插圖

我是接收了以后才發現期刊的彩印是免費的（汗），于是在接收后去信給編輯更換彩色示意圖，并附上了圖片（和增加作者在一起寫的一封郵件，具體寫法參加二樓的附件3）。編輯很快同意了，沒有什么問題。我說這個只是想說明大家初稿或者修改的時候最好把這些都考慮好，不要像我一樣弄的焦頭爛額不得安寧。

13.關于校樣

ACS的校樣非常人性化，編輯幫我修改的很多語言上的問題，然后排版，并把修改的地方做出了標示。基本沒有什么問題，只需要三言兩語回封信就可以了。

14.還有一點經驗之談

一是平時多積累。我在日常讀文獻的時候，如果發現很好的句子句式，都會記錄在一個文檔里面，如下面的一段話，就是我在一篇文章的摘要中發現的：

This paper describes the concept of sensor networks which has been made viable by the convergence of microelectro-mechanical systems technology, wireless communications and digital electronics.First, the sensing tasks and the potential sensor networks applications are explored, and a review of factors influencing the design of sensor networks is provided.Then, the communication architecture for sensor networks is outlined, and the algorithms and protocols developed for each layer in the literature are explored.Open research issues for the realization of sensor networks are also discussed.文章用詞忌重復，中文如此，英文亦然。特別是動詞的使用，如在一段話中出現了幾個相同的動詞，感覺文章就跌價不少，而如果用了幾個意思相近而又貼切的詞，自然就會增色幾分。如上文中的describe，explore，provide，outline和discuss，就使得文章有了文采，值得學習和收藏。堅持收集例句，素材多了，自然自己的造句的時候就有底子了。此外，還要注意，在收集例句的過程，隨著例句的增多，也需要對例句進行整理和分類，方便學習和檢索。

二是注意行文中Transition words的使用。Transition words就是在行文過程中，連接意義相關句子的詞，如Therefore，thus，in particular等等。使用這些詞，會使得文章連貫性好，邏輯性強，讀起來一氣呵成，自然會給審稿人好印象。下面是一個關于Transition words的一個總結，供各位蟲友參考：

總結提示語：1)第一作者和通信作者的區別：

通信作者（Correspondingauthor)通常是實際統籌處理投稿和承擔答復審稿意見等工作的主導者，也常是稿件所涉及研究工作的負責人。通信作者的姓名多位列于論文作者名單的最后（使用符號來標識說明是Corresponding author)，但其貢獻不亞于論文的第一作者。通訊作者往往指課題的總負責人，負責與編輯部的一切通信聯系和接受讀者的咨詢等。文章的成果是屬于通訊作者的，說明思路是通訊作者的，而不是第一作者。第一作者僅代表是你做的，且是最主要的參與者！通信作者標注名稱：Corresponding author，To whom correspondence shouldbe addressed,或 The person to whom inquiries regarding the paper should beaddressed 若兩個以上的作者在地位上是相同的，可以采取“共同第一作者”（joint first author)的署名方式，并說明These authors contributedequally to the work。

2)作者地址的標署：

盡可能地給出詳細通訊地址，郵政編碼。有二位或多位作者，則每一不同的地址應按之中出現的先后順序列出，本以相應上標符號的形式列出與相應作者的關系。如果第一作者不是通訊作者，作者應該按期刊的相關規定表達，并提前告訴編輯。期刊大部分以星號（*）、腳注或者致謝形式標注通訊聯系人。

3)挑選審稿人的幾個途徑：

很多SCI雜志都需要作者自己提出該篇論文的和您研究領域相關的審稿人，比較常見的是三名左右，也有的雜志要求5-8人。介紹幾個方法：

①利用SCI、SSCI、A&HCI、ISTP檢索和您研究相關的科學家；②文章中的參考文獻；③相關期刊編委或學術會議的主席、委員；④以前發表的類似文章的審稿人；⑤詢問比較熟識的一些專業人士；⑥交叉審稿，邀請以前的作者；⑦若是團隊序貫研究，斟酌考慮自建期刊審稿人專家庫。

4)重視審稿人較為關注的問題，對照修改自己的稿件最后定稿①有的審稿人特別重視是否有比較明確的假說和意義凸顯點存在（我之前投shock有位審稿人就是抓住這個不放，重投杯具原因之一就在于此）；②論證是否合乎邏輯，討論和結論十分合理；③參考文獻引用是否妥當；④內容是否新穎、重要；⑤文字表達是否正確、簡明、清楚；⑥實驗描述部分是否清楚并且能被讀者重復、實驗數據是否真實、可靠；⑦論題是否適合于相應的期刊；⑧圖表的使用和設計是否必要、規范、清楚；⑨摘要、引言、體例是否合適。

5)合理應用一些小技巧：①了解所投雜志刊登文章的主要方向，投其所好；②閱讀目標期刊的征稿說明，按要求逐一修改；③參考文獻要有1-2篇來自該期刊或者審稿人；④請在該期刊發表過較多文章的同行或朋友修改一下文章。

6)稿件及其相關材料準備：Manuscript.doc、Tables.doc、Figures（多大多數雜志要求tiff格式，少數可接受jpg等）、Cover letter，有時還有Title page、Copyright agreement、Conflicts of interest等

（二）SCI期刊投稿各種狀態詳解及實例綜合（學習各種投稿狀態+投稿經歷總結）1.Submittedto Journal

剛提交的狀態——新手請看這里！！一般的步驟是這樣的：

網上投稿-Submit a manuscript：先到每個雜志的首頁，打開submit paper一欄，先以通訊作者的身份register一個賬號，然后以author login身份登錄，按照提示依次完成：Select Article Type、Enter Title、Add/Edit/Remove Authors、Submit Abstract、Enter Keywords、Select Classifications、Enter Comments、Request Editor、Attach Files，最后下載pdf，查看無誤后，即可到投稿主頁approve submission或直接submit it。

總結提示語：對于投稿之前和提交確認投稿過程，這里還需要對投稿新手強調以下幾點。因為這些小問題被編輯評個低印象分不劃算，被打回也浪費了時間和精力。一條條說來： 1)大多數系統是要求word投稿正文內容的，pdf多不為接受格式。但也有很少數要求用pdf格式的，務必注意細看稿約。

2)文獻格式是否按擬投雜志標準要求核準？有的投稿系統是可以直接檢查的。

3)引用文獻條數是否符合該雜志要求？有的雜志不特別要求，有的還是非常重視的。如我之前投shock雜志，編輯和一位審稿人都提到參考文獻不要超過35條。如果你文章寫完后，能夠適當精簡文獻條數，那么，請刪減幾條吧。4)很多系統要求勾選同意一些如倫理道德的聲明文件

5)提交后可能會有一個小欄目提示對提交圖片的質量做了初步審查（不合格的最好重新作圖再上傳）

6)絕大多數投稿完成后需要view submission和最后確認（approve submission）。view submission 就是要求你再整體看看投稿填寫的這些資料信息+cover letter+正文+圖片表格，所生成的pdf全文是否滿意、合格，也是你投稿完成前最后一次檢查的機會了。PS：有的新手可能不注意這點，提交后就不管了，還開開心心以為自己投稿成功，殊不知結果郵箱里一直沒有收到投稿后的郵件回執和稿號，直到最后納悶幾天了才回去看系統狀態。

2.Manuscriptreceived by Editorial Office文章到了編輯手里了，證明投稿成功

3.Witheditor 若投稿時未要求選擇編輯，則先到主編處，主編會分派給副主編或者其他編輯。這當中就會有另兩個狀態： I)Awaiting Editor Assignment指派責任編輯

II)Editor assigned是把你的文章分給一個編輯處理了。

III)Editor Declined Invitation 如果編輯接手處理了就會邀請審稿人了。

總結提示語：一般情況下，投稿（submit）狀態后一個星期內會出現編輯處理稿件（with editor）這個狀態。很多老外編輯很不能理解中國人喜歡催稿，絕大多數情況下，他們不會像國內某些期刊一樣能拖上一年半載再給屁大點修回意見。要適當給編輯一點時間處理，他們也很忙的。不要輕易催稿，也有人因為催稿而立馬收到杯具消息——不知是編輯不耐煩了，還是一種巧合。當然，如果submit四個星期后網上投稿系統還沒出現with editor狀態信息，就要詢問主編了，要注意委婉用語。不過要注意，也有期刊沒有with editor狀態。4.witheditor后送審可能有的2種狀態（Decision Letter Being Prepared或Reviewers invited）：

總結提示語：Ⅰ)DecisionLetter Being Prepared 就是編輯沒找審稿人就自己決定了，一般而言此時很危險。一可能是英文太差，需要語言潤色。二可能是內容太差。除非被大牛們直接接收。

Ⅱ)Reviewer(s)invited 找到審稿人了，就開始審稿

5.Under review

此過程的等待較為漫長。當然之前各步驟也可能很慢，要看編輯的處理情況。總結提示語：

這個過程也不要輕易催稿，一般都是已邀請審稿人和已送審等過程中。如果被邀請審稿人不想審，就會decline，編輯會重新邀請別的審稿人。我之前第一篇SCI投inflammation research 初審就用了四個半月，而且還是我中途催稿兩次。之后小修兩次，不符審稿人口味，8個月杯具了，那時心情萬分沉重難受。6.Required Reviews Completed 表示審稿意見已經返回給編輯。

總結提示語：這個狀態大多情況下不會持續太久，幾小時到幾天為多，基本上根據最初投稿后分配的稿件編號數量可以預測到這個過程的處理時間。稍安勿躁，安心等待吧。

我前陣子投稿surgery2011-1-21稿件變成此狀態，持續三天后，于1-24號變成了decision in process，已等待一周多了(此稿最后被surgery拒于2011春晚即將結束時)。

7.Evaluating Recommendation 評估審稿人的意見，隨后你將收到編輯給你的decision 8.Decision in process 等待稿件處理意見

總結提示語：這時候應該全部審稿人意見回來了，編輯開始斟酌意見、處理稿件。有的稿子評價都很好，一般都很快就決定accept或者小修；有的稿件審稿評價均很差，則無一例外會reject；

值得重視的是：相當一部分情況是等待時間一周以上的，多是由于審稿人意見不統一，有好有壞，這時候編輯可能會自己決定此文章的命運，可能充分尊重審稿人意見而拒稿（這種情況處理也很快的），可能編委會討論決定是再修（major revision可能性較大，否則就直接Reject），也可能會找一位審稿人。這時要根據不同的狀態而出現等待時間不一了。9.Minorrevision/Major revision 小修或大修。至此問題一般不會太大，充分尊重審稿人和編輯的意見。

總結提示語：能有條件就盡量補實驗，是在不行就認真考慮理由申辯，但謙虛謹慎的語氣必不可少。畢竟大修的也存在一定的拒稿率，而小修的絕大多數是能夠最后搞定的。

（三）問答綜合篇（是否催稿、如何撤稿、一稿兩投及學術不端相關內容等）

總結提示語：①何時可詢問狀態？也即如何催稿？一般來說，根據這個雜志通常審稿周期來定。具體審稿周期不建議詢問，但可以參考一些投稿系統和公司的查詢網頁，當然最好的辦法還是上DXY求助。寫信一定要委婉，否則你的催稿信就可能成拒稿信了。

②關于撤稿——投稿本身就是一件很嚴肅的事情，撤稿則相當不嚴肅。實際上，撤稿，除非極特殊的原因，是很壞的行為。不能把稿子發現問題，要重新修改等作為撤稿的借口。你每次投稿，以及相關的行為和結果，都是有記錄的。撤稿會嚴重影響你們課題組的credit。最后導致你們組的稿件會受到特殊“照顧”，可能你以后不投那個雜志了，但可能對今后的師弟師妹投稿造成不良影響。

（四）如何處理審稿意見（補實驗、語言潤色、重整數據、回復、統計方法、生存率作圖、申辯、版面費和彩圖費減免，及其他）如何回復審稿人意見：

總結提示語：

①所有問題必須逐條回答。②盡量滿足意見中需要補充的實驗。③滿足不了的也不要回避，說明不能做的合理理由。④審稿人推薦的文獻一定要引用，并討論透徹。

一般而言，審稿人提出要補充的實驗，如果不是非做不可的，還是可以進行解釋。有時審稿人即使想接受你的文章，總還要提出一些不足之處。如果你真的不想補充實驗或者補充很困難，可以合理的解釋，一般沒問題的。最重要的是逐條回答，老實交代。絕大部分實驗是不要真追加的，除非你受到啟發，而想該投另外高檔雜志。⑤修回后投稿一定要核對初稿中改正的地方：作者的一般信息和各種聯系方式、標題、摘要、圖片編號、數據值、cover letter等。版權協議和利益沖突表格要謹慎填寫。簽名時盡量不要代簽。

（五）Reject 或者reject & resubmit后的對策和處理。

審稿人直接給出意見，或者幾位審稿人意見不統一，編輯可能直接拒稿reject，或者處理為拒稿可重投（Reject and resubmit）。

總結提示語：如果是reject了，那么就只能改投別的雜志了。當然也不能盲目投稿，如果還期待投個IF比較合意的雜志，那么還是要認真考慮審稿人的拒稿意見，針對修改。

而如果是reject& resubmit，相當于是給了次機會再修改投稿，務必珍惜。一定要充分考慮是否能達到全部審稿人的所有要求，尤其是對待那個別持反對、尖銳意見的審稿人。要根據意見逐一修改所有問題，否則此番再投，審稿人還是會覺得沒有達到其期望值和滿意度，文章必然兇多吉少。我先前投的shock（五年來IF在2.87~3.5之間），經歷有些坎坷，是重投后三位審稿人通過兩位（有位審稿人糾纏初投時提出的兩點意見不放，認為我的回答和修改不滿意），編輯拒掉了。當然，如果覺得難度較大，初投被拒可重投時就果斷地另外考慮其他雜志投算了。
