單元教學活動 2 Read and match.第二部分是閱讀句子并將這些句子與相應的圖片連線。由于一開始做了猜謎語的練習,相對來說,這一部分就顯得比較容易。如果有時間,在這一部分,教師可以讓學生自己編出一些謎語讓大家猜,采用所給的定語從句的句型。

單元教學活動 3 Read, tick and say.第三部分是閱讀句子并朗讀所給的詞,試著將所給的詞一一替換,找出最合適的詞。教師要求學生把每個句子都說一遍,最后兩人一起商量選擇哪一個最好,再打勾。

上課時,教師對學生說:“Today I’m going to let you ask me lots of questions.” a)First of all, if you see this, 教師馬上將8-4=?寫在黑板上說:“how will you say it in English? If you don’t know how to say it, you can ask me.You say, Miss / Sir, can I ask you a question? Then I say, ‘Yes, please.’You can say,‘What’s the English for‘Jian’?’Then I will tell you.Who can have a try?教師鼓勵學生詢問一些自己想知道的英語單詞,同時教師可以讓大家學習說:“What’s the English for??”接著教師說:“Listen carefully.I’ll ask you a question.What’s the Chinese for‘banana’? b)在學生基本會說以上兩個句型以后,教師讓學生隨意提問兩個方面的問題,可以問中文,也可問英語。

單元教學活動 4 Listen, practice and act.第四部分是小小對話。第一和第二個對話都是練習“May I ??”教師可以讓學生兩人一組造一些相關的句子。比如:May I open the window? May I sit down? May I go home now? May I have a cake? May I play the game now? May I have the book back? May I go out now?教師關鍵是要讓學生進行大量的練習。第三個對話很容易,也正是學生經常在課堂上用的。教師可以設想一個情景,讓學生來做。比如教師說:“Who can come to the blackboard and draw without using his or her hands?學生此時可以運用句子:“Miss, let me try.Sir, let me try.最后,教師再設想幾個詢問中文和英語的例子,比如:“What’s the Chinese for‘address’? ”“ What’s the Chinese for ‘balcony’? ”“What’s the Chinese for ‘jungle’?教師可以把第七部分要學生知道的詞都通過這種方式問出來,好讓學生知道。

單元教學活動 5 Read, check and learn.第五部分是讓學生復習以前所學過的詞。兩個學生在一起,由一個學生先開始讀,如果該學生碰到不會讀的單詞時,他/她就應該說:“Excuse me, what does this word mean?另一個同學該回答:“It means‘Eyu’.”如果該同學也不會,就應該說:“Sorry!I don’t know.We can ask the teacher.”教師讓學生這樣來進行練習,直到大家都知道這些單詞的英文和中文。

單元教學活動 7 Read, write and check.第七部分是教學生如何查字典的內容。教師首先要讓學生知道字母的排序。所以,教師要先考考學生是否能默寫英語的字母表,并查看他們寫的順序是否正確,然后再問學生這些書中缺少哪些字母。教師問大家:“If you want to look up these words, which books should you look inside? Let’s see the first one.‘Comic’.Which book should you look into? Yes, it should be Book C.接著教師再繼續問其他的詞。都問完之后,教師說:“Look, this is a dictionary.In this book, these are all letters from A to Z.Let’s see.If we want to look up the word ‘comic’, we can turn to C section and check the letters one by one.”教師一邊做示范一邊說:“First, we check the letter C, then we check the letter O.Later, we check the letter M, and then I, finally we check the letter C again.”教師找到該單詞,并讓一個學生到前面來看:“What does it say?這個學生將所看到的結果告訴大家。之后,教師幫助一個同學再查找一個單詞,比如“video”。教師讓學生翻字典,自己在旁邊幫助他(她)。最后再告訴大家意思。

教師帶領學生復習、表演unit4教學活動4 Presentation 教師跟學生打招呼之后對學生說:“Tomorrow is a holiday.What do you want to do? Do you want to go outside? Do you want to go travelling? If I go to the city centre, would you like to come with me?”

a)問完以上幾個問題后,教師拿出街道名稱的單詞卡片問學生:“Do you know these streets? Let’s see what they are.”教師拿出一張卡片說:“This is Rainbow Street.This is Lemon Street.This is Garden Street.”教師邊說,邊在黑板上畫出一條街線,并在街線的兩邊畫出一些高低錯落的樓房。如:

教師應這樣給學生講解:“street的兩邊通常是商店,是城市街區的主要街道,兩邊有人行道,而road則是連接一個區域或城鎮的道路,相對來說,不如street那樣繁華。”然后教師就可以將有關城市公共設施的名稱放在街道的兩旁,如market, bus station, cinema, bank, cafe, shop, library等。然后,教師帶領學生一起學習詞匯并復習詞匯。b)接下來,教師可以問學生幾個公共設施的地址:“What is the address of the hospital?”學生應回答:“It’s No.22 on Rainbow Street.”教師與學生接著問答:“What is the address of the zoo?”“It’s No.25 on Rainbow Street.”“What is the address of the cinema?”“It’s No.11 on Garden Street.”“Please tell me where the truck is.”“It’s on Garden Street in front of the clothing shop.”

單元教學活動4 Look and find.第四部分是閱讀句子并在圖上依次找到所要找的人、物及數量。此活動相對來說比較簡單。兩個學生共同完成即可。

單元教學活動5 Say and cross.第五部分實際上是造句練習。學生從不同的位置選擇一個詞,最后將這些詞組在一起。如:“The park is opposite the library.The zoo is next to the park.”等。

單元教學活動7 Listen, read and find out.第七部分目的是讓學生了解到世界上有一些國家和地區司機開車的方向盤的位置是不一樣的。教師帶著大家讀一讀指示語言,然后讓學生討論哪些國家和地區汽車的方向盤在左邊,哪些在右邊。

在左邊的有:China, America 在右邊的有:Britain, Australia, Japan, HongKong, Ireland, Malta 世界上,在左邊行車的國家和地區有74個,在右邊行車的國家和地區有166個。單元教學活動8 Look, think and say.第八部分是句型練習,重點練習句型,“How about having a cup of tea?”教師讓學生兩人一組依次進行練習。練習之后,教師讓學生到黑板前面用別的動詞短語進行對話,檢查學生是否能運用這些句型。

Or do you like reading other books, such as maths books, Chinese books, music books? How many hours do you spend on reading books? Do you do other things besides reading the picture books?”

單元教學活動5 Look, tick, ask and answer.第五部分是練習一般現在時動詞單數第三人稱的陳述句和否定句。下面的圖畫和短語是讓學生做替換練習用。教師要學生兩人一組進行練習。在練習的基礎上,教師叫起某個學生問:“What does your mother like doing? What does your father like doing?”教師讓學生盡量根據實際情況回答。教師也可以讓某些同學到前面問班級的其他同學。

單元教學活動9 Draw and show.第九部分學生留下了一定的空間,讓學生自己編一個小故事,并將其畫出來,下面再寫上一句英語。由于此題有一定的難度,教師可以給學生留出2-3分鐘的時間,根據學生創作的結果決定。如果有一兩個學生做完了,而大部分沒有做完,教師可以拿他們的作品進行示范,同時讓大家回去后繼續完成,下一次再進行比賽。如果大部分都做完成,教師可以讓他們四個人一小組分享大家的創作成果,并評選出一個最佳畫家。

教學步驟 Teaching Procedures Warm up 教師帶領學生做指令練習,或者反口令練習。目的在于溫習肯定及否定的指令。

Presentation 教師上課打完招呼后,突然注意到地上的廢紙及垃圾等東西,馬上就拿出塑料袋對大家說:“Oh, you mustn’t drop litter in the classroom.This is our classroom.You mustn’t drop litter in the classroom.”教師接著說:“Who can help me pick up the trash?”教師鼓勵學生將垃圾及亂扔的東西揀起來。

a)學生揀完之后,教師說:“Now let me ask you something.Should we drop litter in the park? Should we drop litter in the library? Should we drop litter in the cinema?”教師列出許多的地點,學生都應回答:“No, we mustn’t.”

b)教師接著對說學生說:“Now let’s see who can make a sentence like this,‘You mustn’t drop litter in the zoo.’”教師鼓勵學生造句。c)教師引導大家看主圖說:“Now let’s look at this picture.Where is it? Are there many children in the park? What are the boys doing? Look, some children are doing right things.But some children are doing wrong things.Please find out who is wrong or who are wrong.”

And who is the shortest girl in our class?”學生回答完教師的問題后,教師說:“You don’t have to worry about your height.Some of you grow earlier.Some of you grow later.But all of you will grow.”教師接著找兩個男同學到前面站在一排,然后讓大家說:“Who is taller? XXX is taller than XXX.”老師接著問:“Who is shorter? Practice 單元教學活動2 Read and add.第二部分是學習形容詞比較級和最高級的讀音。教師首先帶著大家把缺的詞先補上,然后再帶著大家反復朗讀這些詞。為了讓大家不感到枯燥,教師可以用以下幾種方式來朗讀。

a)教師帶著學生從頭到尾讀一遍;

b)教師只讀形容詞,學生說出它們的比較級和最高級形式;

c)教師讓學生分成兩個組,A組讀1、3、5、7、9,的詞,B組讀2、4、6、8、10的詞;

d)學生一個接著一個地讀,每人讀一個詞等。最后,教師要提醒大家注意big, fat, hot, thin這幾個單詞的比較級和最高級,happy, easy的比較級和最高級及fine的比較級和最高級。單元教學活動3 Listen and chant.第三部分是歌謠。教師關鍵是讓學生多練習多說。在練習基本句子之后,教師要讓每個學生都能說出自己的身高。

a)教師可以讓每組的第一個學生問后面的同學:“How tall are you?”第二個同學說出自己的身高之后,再轉過去問后面的人,以次類推。最后的同學再到第一個,問第一個同學:“How tall are you?”

b)教師也可以讓一個小組的同學站在前面按順序問答。

c)教師還可以讓一個小組的同學站在前,由下面的同學點名字問:“XXX, how tall are you?”

總之教師應盡量變換形式組織學生練習。

單元教學活動4 Listen, read and answer.第四部分是短篇閱讀材料,談論的是身材高矮的好處和劣勢。在學生學習文章之前教師可以讓大家先議論一下。然后,教師讓小組找個代表發言,最后再集中學生討論情況。之后,教師可以先讓大家聽錄音,然后再看閱讀的文章,最后再大聲地朗讀該短文,以使能背誦和記住短文里的關鍵句子。學生還需兩人一組進行問答。

單元教學活動7 Look and say the differences.第七部分是讓學生談論兩張圖的不同之處。談論的句式已經給出,教師可以讓學生兩人一組進行練習。在兩人練習的基礎上,教師可以找學習較好、中間及稍差一些的三種不同類型的學生到前面講圖片,發現問題及時給予糾正,必要時再讓學生兩人一組練習一遍。

單元教學活動8 Ask and answer in pairs.第八部分是看圖問答的練習。教師可以先學生做一個示范。比如: Which animal is bigger? The dog is bigger.(This one is bigger.)Which animal is the biggest of the three? The sheep is the biggest of the three.然后,教師再讓學生兩人一組進行問答,并且從一開始就應讓學生盡量用整句話來回答。

教師帶領學生復習Unit10單元教學活動2,聽寫 Presentation 上課時,教師首先提問學生:“Do you often go to the zoo? What animals can you see there?”“Do you often go to the park? What can you usually do in the parks?”學生回答這些問題之后,教師分別拿出相應的圖片說:“I went to the zoo yesterday.I saw a big shark.I spoke to a parrot.”教師可以把本單元要出現的不規則動詞的過去式一一舉例,最后再貼到黑板上,讓學生進行練習。

a)練習時,建議教師采取不同形式。比如,教師讓學生一次說三個句子,然后再一次說四個句子,一次說五個句子等。

b)教師可以先把圖貼在黑板上,并在圖下寫一個關鍵的動詞的過去式形式,讓學生根據所提供的動詞過去式形式造句,最后再將句子連在一起。

c)教師也可以讓學生每人說一句,用不同的動詞造句。

d)等學生熟悉了用動詞過去式描述過去發生的事情后,教師就讓大家聽錄音并根據錄音給大家提出幾個有關聽力材料的問題。如:“Where did May go? Why did the boy want to ask this question? Did May have a good time in the zoo?”

e)教師讓學生兩人一組做對話練習,最后再集體練習,分A、B組進行。

單元教學活動2 Listen, read and learn.本部分的練習重點在音素的朗讀上,教師應給學生一個清晰的示范,特別是尾音的處理要清晰,并帶領學生反復念這些動詞的原形及過去式形式。最后爭取讓學生脫口而出。

單元教學活動3 Use your brain.第三部分是讓學生動腦筋。學生要用上全部的12根火柴。教師可以讓學生之間相互討論,共同來完成該任務。

單元教學活動6 Read, draw and answer.第六部分是看圖講故事。每張圖片下都給學生提供了一句中心意思,學生可以根這些句子進行發揮,也可以只說所給的句子。另外,在圖的結尾,我們要求大家再補畫一張畫來解釋故事的結尾。教師可以讓學生在課上完成該作業,也可以讓他們在課外完成。

單元教學活動8 Listen, sing and chant.第八部分是一首非常經典的兒童歌曲。教師可以先帶著大家讀句子,朗讀的時候慢慢地進入到歌曲的節奏上,然后再聽錄音,學唱該歌曲。

單元教學活動2 Listen, read and learn.第二部分繼續學習動詞的三種形式。在學習這一部分的時候,教師要引導學生由易到難。比如

a)最容易的是三種形式都一樣;

b)第二種是過去式和過去分詞一樣; c)第三種是原形動詞與過去分詞一樣;

d)第四種是原形動詞與過去分詞大致一樣;

e)第五種是三種形式都不一樣。

教師只需將動詞形式的不一樣之處在黑板上做一個簡單的說明并舉例就可以了。然后教師可以讓學生一起跟著教師讀三種形式。單元教學活動3 Look, read and talk.第三部分是句型練習。本練習主要是訓練學生的現在完成時。在給出現在完成時的時候,教師最好將動詞的三種形式寫在黑板上。如:

see saw seen e.g.I can see him every day because we are in the same class.I saw my old friend Bob in the park yesterday.I haven’t seen my music teacher for a week because she is sick.寫完后教師告訴大家,我們在一般現在時的句子中用的是第一個詞,也就是動詞原形,而在過去時中用的是其過去式的形式。在現在完成時中則用的是過去分詞形式。教師舉例后可以分別讓學生進行造句練習。首先,讓大家造一般現在時的句子,然后再造一般過去時的句子,最后造現在完成時的句子。如果時間允許的話,教師要帶著大家把三個時態混起來用。

但教師注意,為了給更多學生練習的機會,教師讓大家分別造句的時候仍要堅持讓學生兩人一組進行。教師給出一個訓練的范圍并適當地加以指導。在兩人練習的基礎上,教師挑選一部分學生在全班范圍內說出自己所造的句子。在學生能基本正確使用一般現在時后教師再讓大家造一般過去時的句子,并同樣采取學生先訓練、教師后檢查的做法。

練習造句之后,教師讓學生看第三部分的練習,并先帶著大家熟悉過去分詞的讀音,然后讓學生兩人一組進行問答。最后教師檢查的時候仍采取組與組之間、同學與同學之間、男生與女生之間的對話練習。

單元教學活動4 Listen, read and act.第故事《小紅帽》中的一段對白。教師對大家說:“Next we are going to read and act a short play.This short play is from The Little Red Riding Hood.Little Red Riding Hood went to see her grandma who was ill in bed.On her way, she picked some flowers.When Little Red Riding Hood arrived at home, she left that was not her grandma, because she looked quiet different.And she asked to check if that was her grandma.”教師先給出一個故事的梗概,然后對學生說:“Now we are going to practise the dialogue in pairs first and then you are going to act it out in pairs, too.”教師讓學生分組練習。在學生的對話練習基本能脫稿后,教師可以指導學生演這個小對話。當然了,最后讓“狼”露出原形并追趕小紅帽,在追的過程中,一個獵人出現,救了小紅帽,同時也救了小紅帽的奶奶。教師可以用一個小紅方巾由給學生戴上,讓她扮裝成小紅帽。讓某個學生事先做好奶奶及大灰狼的面具,獵人的槍可以用笤帚或棍子。

單元教學活動5 Look, guess and write.第五部分是組句子的練習。這個訓練的內容主要檢查學生是否能將句子的各種成分按規定放在固定的位置上。上課前,教師可以把這里的四句話中的每個詞用不同的顏色分別寫在一張A4紙上,然后分組存放起來。上課時,教師對學生說:“Now we are going to play a game.I’m going to give each group some words.You are going to work out a sentence with the given words.When you have finished, please take the words and stand in a row and hold the correct sentence in the front.Let’s see which group is fast and get the correct answer.”然后,教師發給大家紙,并讓大家拿著紙討論并排序。最后站成一排,等等教師的檢查。如果班級有五個組或六個組,教師仍需多加兩個句子。這四個句子是: a)We are the best players in our school.b)You can do it, Paul and John!c)Let us do our best.d)We are always behind you.根據組的多少可以補充句子,如: a)Work hard and never give up!b)Come on, you are the best!單元教學活動6 Ask and answer in pairs.第六部分是根據實際情況回答問題。旁邊所給的圖片是一種提示。教師可以先通過示范讓學生明白每句話的意思。提問中,教師可以有意識地說并解釋一些詞,比如看到birthdays時教師可以這樣說:“If you are eight years old now, then you have had seven birthdays.”談到city時,教師可以舉例說:“Such as Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Dalian, Guiyang, etc.”解釋完后再讓學生兩人一組進行問答。

單元教學活動7 Listen, read and find out.第七部分是一道動腦筋的題。教師首先要求學生閱讀這些句子,并根據句子中所給的信息來確定Jim究竟是在哪間教室上課。從句子的意思來分析,Jim的教室號不能低于6,應該是兩位數字的,而且要在10以上,這個數應該是2、4、8的倍數,答案應該是16。

Presentation 教師上課進首先問大家:“What day is it today?”教師幫助和引導大家說出當天是星期幾,然后給出肯定問答:“Yes, today is Monday.”并帶著大家朗讀幾遍該句子。然后教師接著問:“How many days are there in a week?”教師帶著大家說出:“There are seven days in a week.What are they? They are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.”教師邊說的時候邊寫出這些詞。寫好之后,帶著大家再反復朗讀這些單詞。朗讀時,教師可以把這些詞拍著手有節奏地說出,比如Monday, Monday, Monday, Tuesday, Tuesday, Tuesday.a)大家基本能正確說出這些單詞之后,教師對大家說:“Now I have some riddles.Please guess which day it is.It’s the day before Friday.”這時教師可以根據學生的情況調整難度。如果學生能很快地說出,教師不必給任何的提示,如果學生有一定的困難,教師可以指著黑板上的星期五說:“It’s the day before Friday.”這樣能讓大家很快地找到該詞。接著,教師繼續說其他的謎語。

b)教師再次讓大家熟悉這些詞后問大家:“Which day do you like best?”教師很快提問一些同學,然后對大家說:“Let’s see how many of you like Sundays.OK? Let’s play the game on Sunday.”教師帶著大家先玩星期天上的游戲。該游戲的玩法是:教師發給兩人一個骰子,然后兩人自己商量各自要奇數還是偶數,決定后開始由某人先擲骰子。如果擲的是奇數,1、3、5的某個,就要由奇數的同學畫畫,要畫甲殼蟲的第一部分。教師事先把甲殼蟲的圖型畫在黑板上,讓學生模仿著畫,每個人自己畫自己的,看哪個學生先畫完。

c)教師接著問大家:“Which day do you like next?”教師讓學生挑選,然后根據學生的要求進行。比如學生要求Monday這一天,教師就帶著大家完成這道題。答案應該是:

If not, that’s very good.But you should be very careful in the future.If yes, that’s very bad.Let’s read this passage together and we can learn something from it.”教師帶著大家一起學習該段內容。最后教師再次提醒大家玩的時候要注意安全。

如果選擇星期六,教師就提出問題:“What can you do on Saturday?”教師讓兩個人相互說:“I can wash my own socks.I can help mum cook food.I can clean the room.”等等。然后,教師再讓幾個學生在全班范圍說一說。

e)最后,教師對大家說:“Now we have seven days a week.They are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday?But if we give you one more day, what would you all that day? Please think of a name for that day and tell your friend and then tell him or her what you want to do on that day.”教師再次讓學生兩人一組進行討論并說出自己的想法。

f)最后,教師讓大家紛紛說出自己給多出來的一天所起的是什么名字。

Practice 單元教學活動2 Read and answer.第二部分是有關課外活動興趣小組的廣告。教師先對大家說:“Every day after class, we can do many things, but you have to choose by yourself.We don’t know what you like to do.So please read each poster carefully and tell us which you’d like to choose.And you also tell us why you like to go to that club.”教師先讓大家自己看并做出選擇,然后再讓學生兩人一組相互談,最后找幾個同學在全班范圍內說說自己的想法。說之前,教師要確信大家沒有詞匯的障礙,否則就要帶著學生先學習和朗讀一下。

單元教學活動3 Read, choose and fill the table.第三部分是讓學生給自己制定一個健康的食譜安排。在學生選擇之前,教師說:“Let’s review some of the food words.I’m sure that you like some and dislike some.Please look and read.”教師拿出食物的圖片及單詞卡讓學生重新復習。復習之后,教師說:“Please look at the table.We have breakfast, lunch and supper time here.But we have no food for each meal.Please think of them very carefully and write the names on each meal.Later let your parents see this.Maybe they can cook you the food you want best.Do you understand? Do it now.”教師讓學生現場寫一日主餐的食譜。最后,再讓學生兩人之間相互問答:“What do you like to eat for Monday breakfast? What do you like to eat for Tuesday afternoon? What do you like to eat for Thursday evening?”教師告訴學生回答時可以說:“I like to have eggs, milk and burger for breakfast.”其他的句子依次類推。

在學生練習的基礎上,教師讓學生在班級里相互做問答以便檢查學生的掌握情況。

單元教學活動5 Let’s play.第五部分量個字謎的游戲。教師首先發給每個學生一張紙,讓大家將自己的名字用語拼音寫出,然后在自己的拼音上組詞,看誰組的多。教師可以在黑板上用自己的名字組詞給學生做一個示范。然后讓學生,最后相互之間檢查,并計算組詞的數量。教師在學生上交之后進行檢查,最后告訴學生組詞的結果。

單元教學活動6 Look, say and learn.第六部分是教師介紹給學生英語介詞的用法,教師可以拿出事先準備的小盒子及貓的玩具給學生作示范。教師要記住,示范不要從頭到尾,而是說一個詞便帶著學生進行一下操作、比劃并說出該詞及介詞短語。比如,教師邊做邊帶著說:“In, in, in the box.The cat is in the box.On, on, on the box.The cat is on the box.”

a)把表示地點的介詞都說完以后,教師可以讓學生另外一個詞進行替換,造許多類似的句子。比如:“The dog is in the bag.The dog is on the bag.The dog is between the bags.”等等。最后看哪個學生造的最好,最正確。

b)在學生基本明白表示地點的介詞短語后,教師可以帶出一些表示時間的句子。教師首先說出大家最熟悉的短語,比如,in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening, after class, after school, before class, before March,等等。教師不必讓大家全一下子記住,只要大家知道這個概念,有的表示時間,有的表示地點就可以了。教師應該給學生更多練習的機會。

單元教學活動2 Look, read and talk.第二部分是復習和鞏固所學的食物和水果、蔬菜等詞。教師首先拿出這些詞的圖片讓大家辨認,然后對學生說:“We are food every day, but we do not eat them all the time.We sometimes eat certain food.We seldom eat certain food.Do you know? 單元教學活動4 Read, choose, answer and listen.第四部分是新聞記者小故事。學生應先閱讀該故事并將所給的詞填到正確的地方。教師先讓學生自獨立完成該練習,然后請學生兩人一組進行討論。最后,待兩人意見一致后,教師讓大家在全班進行討論。

教學步驟 Teaching Procedures Warm up 教師帶領學生說唱Unit14單元教學活動9 Presentation 上課時,教師首先問大家:“Do you like to read books? Do you like to read English books? Do you like to read picture books? Do you like to read picture stories?”教師通過遞時的方式一點一點地提出問題,邊說邊拿出自己的兒童故事書給學生看,并可以適當說一下書名。

a)然后教師問大家:“Have you ever heard of the story Jack and the Beanstalk?” 教師可以從網上查找Jack and the Beanstalk的圖片,也可以自己畫一張夸張的圖給學生看。教師根據學生的反應慢慢地進入到故事中。教師可以這樣說:“This is a very interesting story.Jack’s family was very poor.One day Jack’s mother asked him to take the cow to the market and sell it?”教師盡可能讓故事簡潔些,說個大概的情節就可以了。

b)介紹簡單情節之后,教師讓大家先聽故事。聽完故事之后,教師問大家:“Where did Jack take the family cow? Whom did Jack give the cow to? What did the man give Jack? Was Jack’s mother angry? What did she do? What did Jack see next morning? What did he do then?”

When the weather is very cold, what can we do?”教師引導大家說:“We can play with snowballs.We can fight with snowballs.We can make a snowman.We can roll a big snowball.We can skate on the ice.We can make ice pictures.We can ski on the snow.”教師給出這些提示并把句子寫在黑板上,然后讓學生朗讀。

b)鋪墊練習之后,教師引導大家看書說:“Look!This is a beautiful picture of winter.Many children and animals come outside.They enjoy the snowy day.Some are skating.Some are making snowmen?”教師指著圖問:“What are they doing? What is he doing? What is the lion doing?”

c)教師引導學生數圖中的一些人物及東西的數量。比如:“How many trees are there? How many hats are there? How many children are there?”等。d)最后,教師引導學生找隱藏著的動物。教師問學生:“Where is the hippo? Where is the rabbit? Where is the dog? Where is the bear?”等。

單元教學活動2 Look, follow and say.第二部分是讓學生找出圣誕老人給每個人家送禮物的最佳路線,但要求是不能越過雪堆,而且不能走重復路線。最后,教師引導大家用語言把句子說出來。教師可以讓學生這樣表達:“Father Christmas first came to Jim’s house and then walked along this road and came to Bill’s house, then Paul’s house, Ben’s house, Daisy’s house, John’s house, Mary’s house, Fred’s house and Peter’s house.”教師帶著學生說一遍以后讓學生自己再練習一下。同時教師要告訴學生“Jim’s”意思是“Jim’s house.”

單元教學活動3 Listen, chant and sing.第三部分是歌謠和歌曲。由于歌詞相對比較簡單,所以教師帶著學生讀幾遍以后就可以讓學生說和唱。

單元教學活動4 Let’s play and say.第四部分是一個游戲。開始游戲之前,教師說:“In winter time we should often go out to do some exercises and make our body strong.Now we are going to play an interesting game.Let’s go to the back of our classroom.Look here.”教師拿出事先準備好的一根長皮筋,可以在教室的后在騰出一塊地方,讓學生站在周圍。教師找兩個同學各拽著皮筋的一頭,然后教師給出一個示范。剛開始的時候,教師讓學生把皮筋放得低一些,教師邊說邊從皮筋的這一頭蹦到另一頭再蹦回來,并且保持一定的節奏。教師示范后,讓三個同學跟著一起說和一起做。教師先帶著大家說肯定句,然后教師再示范否定句。說否定句的同學應該站在皮盤筋的另一邊,也采取同樣的方法。等學生知道如何玩的時候,教師開始讓學生比賽。人數的多少根據皮筋的長短和教室的大小決定。在本歌謠的基礎上,教師可以再提供給學生相應的歌謠。如:

a)I like apples.I like jam.Like eating bread with a big ham.I don’t like apples.I don’t like jam.I don’t like eating bread with a big ham.b)I like dogs.I like cats.I like taking a walk with my pets.I don’t like dogs.I don’t like cats.I don’t like taking a walk with my pets.教師根據學生的實際情況可以適當增減歌謠,也可以讓學生分組自己編出一個歌謠進行表演,最后評出最押韻和說得最好的組。單元教學活動5 Look and do.第五部分是手工活動。教師拿出事先準備好的白紙和剪子對學生說:“In winter we can often see something falling from the sky.They are white and light.Do you know what they are?”“Yes, they are snowflakes.Look here.I’ve got some beautiful snowflakes.Do you know how to make snowflakes? I’m going to show you how to cut the snowflakes.It’s very easy.You fold the paper like this.”教師將紙折疊起來,折成幾折,然后將其剪成一個圓型后再按照圖4剪成雪花樣,最后打開展示給學生看。剪完之后,教師可以讓學生試一試,也可以讓學生回家后在爸爸媽媽的指導下剪一些雪花。

單元教學活動6 Listen, say and act.第六部分是歌謠。應讓學生邊說邊做動作。教師可以自編幾個簡單動作附帶在歌謠上,最后讓大家比賽。

單元教學活動7 Listen, read and write.第七部分是閱讀理解并根據上下文及所給的圖填寫相應的詞。教師可以先讓學生自己獨立完成,然后兩人一組相互核對答案并進行討論,最后教師帶著大家一起討論答案。答案填寫好以后,教師讓大家朗讀該短文幾遍,以達到熟練的目的。最后,教師還可以讓學生兩人一組將故事進行簡單的復述。

單元教學活動8 Read and match.第八部分是謎語。教師可以對學生說:“Now I’m going to give you some riddles.Please guess what they are.It’s white.It’s light.It’s cold.It’s falling from the sky.”學生會很快猜到雪花。教師接著給出書上的謎語。大家猜完之后,教師讓大家看書上的句子并將句子與圖連線。

單元教學活動10 Read and match.第十部分是問答練習。教師先以這些問題開始,待學生完成這些問題后,教師可以將事先復印好的一些題目發給學生,讓他們兩人一組繼續練習所給的問題。教師也可以將這些問題抄寫在黑板上,讓學生看黑板上的問題來練習。這些問題是:

What’s your surname? What’s your family name? What’s your favourite food? What’s your teacher like? What does your teacher like? Who is the youngest in your family? Who is the oldest in your family? Who is your best friend? What are you wearing? Who buys clothes for you? What’s the colour of your shoes? Is your bedroom big or small? 單元教學活動11 Read, think and write.第十一部分是繼續完成前面的內容。教師先引導學生看答語。比如:“It is yellow.”然后對學生說:“What question can we ask? We can try‘What colour is it?’What should we answer? ‘It is yellow.’ Is it right? Yes, it’s right.So we put the question here on this line.”教師指著書96頁第十一部分的第一道題說。然后,教師讓學生兩人一組討論,看應該問什么樣的問題。最后,教師檢查學生的問句并進行更正。

Closure 單元教學活動9 Read and draw.第九部分是讓學生根據所給的四個單詞發揮想象力畫一幅畫。如果有可能,教師可以找一張或畫一張類似主題的圖畫給學生看。然后,教師給學生一點時間畫畫。教師應該控制一下畫的時間,如果有的同學畫不出來,或者確實有困難,教師可以將此部分留成課后作業。

Homework 教師繼續提醒學生完成課堂上未完成的圖畫,同時鼓勵學生用英語去問爸爸媽媽一些問題。
