關(guān)于夏令營的一些建議
老師們好。我是第七組的xxx。這些日子以來你們辛苦了。看到你們?yōu)橄牧顮I的工作如此用心如此拼命,我也想貢獻(xiàn)出自己的一份力量,希望能夠減輕你們的負(fù)擔(dān)。現(xiàn)在就將我關(guān)于夏令營工作的一些不成熟的建議和老師們交流一下。
一、市場推廣。
單純的靠助教們大海撈針?biāo)频慕诸^搜索信息無疑是杯水車薪。客觀障礙太多不說,也難以發(fā)掘真正的目標(biāo)客戶,而且這種流動性的推銷缺乏組織的專業(yè)性,容易招致客戶的反感和不信任,工作成效甚微。所以我建議,如果可以創(chuàng)造條件我們最好以講座的形式深入到校園當(dāng)中,通過與學(xué)生零距離接觸提高大眾的關(guān)注度,更主要的是,激發(fā)學(xué)生加入夏令營的熱情。我們不需要太繁瑣的手續(xù)和大量的開支,有條件的助教可以直接跟相關(guān)學(xué)校的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)或?qū)W生會干部協(xié)商,沒有條件的話,我們也可以以新東方學(xué)校名義主動聯(lián)系市場潛力較大的學(xué)校,以輔助學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的相關(guān)主題的形式開展講座,助教就可以擔(dān)任主講人,以學(xué)長學(xué)姐的身份,向?qū)W生傳授學(xué)習(xí)心得和講解以后大學(xué)生活的規(guī)劃。將夏令營的好處貫穿講座,同時我們可以放映以前夏令營的視頻集錦,激發(fā)學(xué)生對夏令營的憧憬,同時讓學(xué)生填寫調(diào)查問卷,以助于我們電話回訪,我們也可以在講座現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行抽獎,鼓勵學(xué)生當(dāng)場報名。
還有,據(jù)我了解,六月底時,西安各初中統(tǒng)一進(jìn)行中考,我們可以直接在校門口搭設(shè)塑料展板和咨詢臺,保安不會干涉阻止。
二、營內(nèi)活動。
在游戲性的學(xué)習(xí)活動這塊,我有一個小點(diǎn)子。
1.我們可以設(shè)置一個模擬播報的平臺,具體安排如下:
設(shè)置兩個主持人,進(jìn)行英語的新聞播報,每條新聞不是單純的文字體現(xiàn),而是由學(xué)生將新聞內(nèi)容表演出來即情景演繹新聞。每條新聞內(nèi)容不限,可以是記者對知名人士的訪問{學(xué)生可以自由模仿,也可虛構(gòu)人物}也可以是對某事件的報道{學(xué)生演繹案件施展表演才華}新聞內(nèi)容可以由助教提前準(zhǔn)備也接受學(xué)生原創(chuàng)的點(diǎn)子。我們提前將節(jié)目內(nèi)容擬定好,角色安排好,讓學(xué)生有充分時間準(zhǔn)備,再適時表演,這樣既鍛煉了學(xué)生的口語能力,發(fā)揮了學(xué)生的想象力,也十分具有趣味性。
2. 用爆破音吹蠟燭,即點(diǎn)燃8到10根蠟燭讓學(xué)生以單詞的爆破音吹滅蠟燭,以小組為單位參賽,用時最短的小組獲勝,這樣做可以擴(kuò)大學(xué)生的單詞量,同時有極大的搞笑效應(yīng)。
3.節(jié)選經(jīng)典英文原聲電影對白,讓學(xué)生配音,將經(jīng)典電影對白消音,可配上背景音樂和旁白,讓學(xué)生以角色的語氣配音。
三、關(guān)于英語學(xué)習(xí)。
首先在于興趣的激發(fā),激發(fā)對英語的熱愛程度,在學(xué)習(xí)熱情的動力促使下,重在平時積累和反復(fù)記憶,以單詞為例,如CET-4將四級詞匯書籠統(tǒng)記憶一遍之后,將不熟悉、模棱兩可的單詞以小卡片的形式記下來,隨身攜帶,以遞進(jìn)的方式每天記憶即第一天LIST1第二天LIST1+LIST2以此類推。至于口語,最好是能與外教交談,或者多去學(xué)校口語角,沒有條件的話,以模仿為主,模仿英、美式的純正發(fā)音。閱讀方面,平時可以多閱讀一些英文刊物和書籍,感受英語的語言環(huán)境,同時擴(kuò)大詞匯量,提高閱讀效率,至于英語的學(xué)習(xí)建議,想必大家還有更多更好的點(diǎn)子,我就不多說了
先將這些建議上報給組織,這些都是我的初步構(gòu)想,具體操作時肯定還會遇到一些問題,希望我的這些建議能對夏令營的工作有所幫助,老師們?nèi)绻X得建議可行,可以隨時與我聯(lián)系,交流意見。

The Ideal English Summer Camp
What kind of English summer camp is an ideal one?In my view, if possible, a small group of Chinese college students together with their English teachers and some friends from English spoken countries having fun in various outdoor activities can be an ideal one.Now I am aware of that our university is to hold one summer camp just like this.I would appreciate very much if I would be able to be part of it.And it would be great to attend the lectures given by foreign teachers.As a Chinese students, though we have been learning English for almost 10 years, getting knowledge from foreign teachers can still be something inspiring.I really want to know about current English countries’ culture, such as education, economy, politics and etc.in this way I could know more about the world and it would help me make right decisions when I graduate from university about whether going abroad to study further and it would also help me to understand more about our own country.Lectures are always helpful to me since I’ve been in university and I believe this time it would help more students in more aspects because they are given by foreign teachers which I’ve started longing for.So as to other kinds of activities, workshop, English corner, English drama play, Interesting knowledge competition and the like.I do believe they would make everyone’s every day in this summer camp.Undisputedly, all these activities can not only help us students learn more skills but improve our English very much.In all these activities, we can socialize both with our Chinese students and foreign friends who would perform as teachers and volunteers.Among these activities, I am most interested in the English drama play because I am a Shake Spear fan and I do hope I would have the chance to play with foreign students,which can both improve my spoken skills and my social skills with foreign students.And I am very aware that to do all this well asks for adequate preparations and efforts.I do have the confidence to do all this well.And I would participate actively in other activities because I could get myself improved in all of them.What’s more, I heard of that there would be Global Food Tasting and other pleasurable outdoor things for us.As in a summer camp, pleasure is really important and that’s why we all love it.So in the global food part I am ready to be a good foodie and if possible I would bring food from my hometown to share with all of friends.And I do believe that other kinds of outdoor activities would bring us a lot of joy.And I just can’t help waiting for it.As all the activities are held by groups and there would be a winner group, if I would luckily be in this summer camp, I would make every effort to make team a winner.That would be the very ideal English Summer Camp in my mind.

關(guān)于舉辦華中師范大學(xué)2012年暑期英語夏令營的通知
為推進(jìn)學(xué)校國際化工作,提高本科生的英語聽、說、讀、寫綜合運(yùn)用能力、跨文化交流能力和綜合競爭力,教務(wù)處和公共外語系擬共同主辦暑期英語夏令營。
一、培訓(xùn)對象:
具備一定英語口語基礎(chǔ)的2010、2011級博雅計(jì)劃班、基地班、交叉實(shí)驗(yàn)班、化學(xué)英才班及師范專業(yè)優(yōu)秀學(xué)生。
二、課程開設(shè)時間:
2012年7月1日至2012年7月17日,周六休息。
三、授課教師:
來自美國擁有豐富教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的外籍教師和公共外語系教學(xué)骨干教師共同授課。
四、授課內(nèi)容:
英語聽力、英語口語
五、授課形式及人數(shù):
實(shí)行小班教學(xué),每班人數(shù)控制在30人以內(nèi),共設(shè)6個班。如報名人數(shù)較多,將進(jìn)行適當(dāng)選拔。
六、報名方式:
