先問我學(xué)生還是工作了，我說我在房地產(chǎn)公司工作。

然后問我，你有推薦過別人的經(jīng)歷嗎？

我說有，推薦別人去勝任更高的職位，一方面是給予他更多的給予，同時(shí)也給了他挑戰(zhàn)。另外對(duì)于一個(gè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者來說，能夠慧眼識(shí)珠，推薦優(yōu)秀人才是很重要的。

然后抽卡片。描寫一個(gè)法律，我在房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)上班，當(dāng)然就說房地產(chǎn)方面的東西了，我說了一個(gè)去年發(fā)布的法律，作用是限制房價(jià)的增長。給城市建設(shè)帶來更多的機(jī)會(huì)，當(dāng)然也會(huì)讓城市更加漂亮！

第三階段，他問我那么我應(yīng)該如何建設(shè)成都市呢，成都現(xiàn)在有什么好的壞的。我說了一下旅游景點(diǎn)，最后批斗了一下成都市太臟，沒了。

我的面試過程很快，很短，沒有傳說中的15分鐘那么長。我的口語還算不錯(cuò)

第二階段他給一張紙和筆，說給我一份時(shí)間寫話一下。

我這個(gè)人向來屁話就多，我就直接說不用了，我可以很快邊說邊梳理自己的邏輯。

最后還不錯(cuò)吧，得不到9分也能得8.5了、剛在天津外國語大學(xué)考完回來考場(chǎng)903 是個(gè)很時(shí)尚的old lady 出來以后和別人聊天得知我遇到可能是個(gè)7分老太太希望是吧

先是介紹自己家鄉(xiāng)等等

然后是問我小時(shí)候最喜歡看哪類型的電視節(jié)目 p2是描述一本你感興趣的magazine 為什么感興趣誰會(huì)買這類雜志等（記不太清了）

然后引申到報(bào)紙與雜志的區(qū)別

人們閱讀報(bào)紙與雜志的習(xí)慣與方式有何不同等

最后問了我覺得報(bào)紙電視等媒體最重要的是什么

因?yàn)槲沂莻€(gè)網(wǎng)站新聞編輯這問題比較適合我 就回答說最重要的應(yīng)該是新聞報(bào)道的真實(shí)性

記者與編輯應(yīng)該有責(zé)任與義務(wù)去驗(yàn)證新聞來源的真實(shí)與否

貌似她比較滿意這個(gè)回答說：人民有權(quán)利了解事情的真相等等然后微笑的送我出教室還問了我有沒有關(guān)注奧運(yùn)會(huì)

等等最后提醒我別忘了拿放在外面的東西。。

中途一直沒怎么停頓最后稍微想了一下大家覺得我有希望能拿到6。5么呵呵
