初中英語聽力學習方法

根據研究,英語學習最好是從八、九歲開始。現代英語教學的改革,已經使我國的英語啟蒙教育從初中提前到了小學三年級。然而,目前小學階段的英語教學只能屬于“印象派”,真正的英語學習還是從初一開始。英語聽力是英語學習中比較重要的一部分,也是過去被忽視的一部分。在當前形勢下,我們從初一開始,就必須有意識的練習和提高英語學習中英語聽力能力,為中考做準備。

很多同學都是在進入初三后才意識到聽力的重要性,這已讓他們損失了不少寶貴的時間。因為聽力訓練是個日積月累的過程,初三緊張的練習對一些簡單的、有規律可尋的題型還能有一定效果,但是對于拉開檔次、決定你是上普通還是重點學校的那部分題,就絲毫沒有作用了。所以,我們首先要樹立一個好的聽力學習態度:從初一開始我們就要注重聽力的學習。這是目前很多初中生沒做到的。

那么我們該如何來進行練習呢?每天花很多時間盲目地去聽是沒用的,我們應該有目的、有計劃、有選擇、有策略的去聽,也就是四有原則。

所謂“有目的”就是指針對具體的題型來練習。我們平常的英語考試和中考的聽力題型幾乎是固定的。我們可以逐個地將各個題型的題目拿來練習,也就是選一段日子來專攻一個題型,并且把這段時間學習的經驗總結,把錯題也分析總結。

“有計劃”和“有目的”是相輔相成的。“有計劃”就是自己根據自己的情況來決定攻克一個題型的周期。有計劃也是指每天循序漸進的做練習。每天保持半小時的訓練比較好,這樣比較容易堅持,而且效果好,半小時的時間也于考試的時間相適宜,可以培養考試狀態。“有選擇”即不要什么都聽。首先要量體裁衣,接著再逐漸提高難度。比如在初一時,應選擇一些簡單的、有點娛樂性的聽力材料:如:《英語九百句》或者《迪士尼學英語》。到了初三左右,可以選擇《新概念英語》

(一)。平時也可以聽些英文流行歌曲或看英語動畫片作為休閑,這有助于在潛移默化中培養語感。

“有策略”是比較重要的環節,它講究的是方法和效率。首先,我們要學會泛聽和精聽的結合。在我們聽力練習的計劃中要適當的安排泛聽和精聽,針對不同的題型我們也要采取不同的聽的方式。例如,對于會考到細節題的短文,我們要精聽;對于考主題的文章我們就泛聽。當然,“策略”還包括許多學習的小竅門。比如我們在聽短文時,心里要懷著“what, who, which, when, where, why, how”,也就是七個“W”來聽,就能很快掌握大意。最后還要強調一下發音。聽力考試中總會有辨音題。總的來說,這個題型不難,但如果我們的發音不正確就會出錯。千萬別忽視發音問題,自己最好將一些容易混淆的音標對比進行練習,把相應的單詞總結出來。初中英語中聽力的學習非常重要

整合初中英語聽力材料,提高英語水平

聽是人們進行言語交際的重要手段,是學習英語的重要途徑之一。里弗斯(Rivers)的研究表明,聽占整個言語交際活動總量的45%。由此可見,訓練聽力有助于全面提高學生的英語交際能力。在英語教學中,向學生提供大量的聽力材料、開展聽的活動是擴大學生語言輸入量的好途徑,反過來又有助于提高學生的聽力理解水平,培養他們的語感。那么,該如何有效地上好英語課中的聽力部分呢? 經過幾年的摸索,我認為,教學中最為重要的就是教師要根據學生的學力,對英語教材中的聽力材料進行適時合理的調整或補充,或降低難度,或增大難度,貼近學生的生活,激發學生的興趣,使聽力材料的作用得到最大程度的發揮。

一、調整聽力材料難易度的原因

“Go for It”教材增加了聽力訓練的內容。聽力練習由原來的每單元一次變成每單元兩次,分別安排在Section A和SectionB中。兩部分聽力訓練都緊扣單元的主題,通過訪談、對話、獨白、打電話等多種多樣的真實語言材料來培養學生聽的能力,促進學生吸取語言和文化信息。在聽力材料的使用過程中,教師可以根據實際情況和學生已有的聽力水平,對聽力材料進行適當調整。這主要基于以下兩個方面的考慮。

1.教學的一個重要原則就是因材施教,“創造適合學生的教育”已成為當今推行素質教育的共識。在英語聽力教學中,如果教師不顧教學實際,盲目加大聽力材料的難度,學生的聽力學習就會受挫,英語學習的積極性會受到影響;而聽力材料過于簡單,又會使學生產生倦怠心理,也無法提高學生的聽力水平。

2.統一的教材無法照顧到城鄉之間、重點中學與普通中學之間的種種差異。為此,《標準(實驗稿)》指出,教師在使用教材的過程中,可以根據學生的實際情況對教材內容進行補充或刪減,靈活地和有創造性地使用教材;在不影響教材的完整性和系統性的前提下,對教材的內容、編排順序和教學方法等方面進行適當的取舍或調整,以使教材的內容更加符合學生的需要和貼近學生的實際生活。由此可見,聽力材料的適當調整是必要的,也應該是可行的。

二、簡化聽力材料,降低難度

在日常教學中遇到難度大的聽力材料時,教師可采用下面幾種方法簡化聽力材料,降低難度,提高教學效果。

1.利用插圖展開討論,引出聽力材料中的部分生詞,并簡單解釋生詞的詞義。

“Go for It” 教材中的八年級下Unit 5 Section B部分的聽力內容是介紹Michael和代理人及父母之間對于是否加入足球隊的一些看法。材料的難點在于詞匯(包括單詞發音)和話題,因此教師首先應該考慮如何幫學生掃除這些障礙。聽力練習提供了兩幅插圖,教師可要求學生依據插圖,展開討論,進行“看圖說話”。例如第一則對話是關于agent的意見。教師應先解釋該生詞,說明其身份,然后提出一些問題,讓學生在熱身時就理解并學會“travel around the world”等生詞,這樣就降低了聽力材料的難度。

2.引導學生在聽之前對聽力材料做預測。

在聽力教學中,教師可以利用標題、插圖或某一情節,創設一些懸念,引導學生對將要聽到的內容進行預測,并在隨后的教學活動中予以驗證。例如,八年級上Unit 2 “What’s the Matter?”Section A中的聽力材料描述了幾種不同的病情和相應的建議。教師可先讓學生根據插圖預測該人物的病情并提出自己的建議,讓學生先自由想象、體驗,再通過聽相關材料,找出答案。這些預測活動使學生始終處于積極的思維狀態,有利于聽力練習的順利完成。

3.設計由淺入深的練習。

八年級上Unit 6 Section B中的聽力部分是一段Holly 和Maria的對話,講述了他們和各自朋友的共同點和不同點。教材里設計了兩個練習:(1)根據對話內容寫出他們分別喜歡怎么樣的朋友;(2)根據內容細節寫出他們和各自朋友的共同點及不同點。這樣的要求,我的學生顯然是達不到的。于是,我把第二部分的問答題重新設計,改編成填空題,以這種方式把聽力材料提供給學生,既降低了題目的難度,又培養了學生捕捉細節的能力。而后,讓學生在大致掌握材料內容的基礎上回答問題。

4.抓要點,舍細節。

“Go for It”教材的每單元有兩個甚至三個聽力練習。如果將每個練習都作為精聽內容,勢必會加重教師教和學學的負擔。因此,教師可以采用泛聽來處理部分聽力材料,側重訓練學生對整篇材料,或對整個句子意思的理解,而不拘泥于某個細節。例如七年級下Unit 4 Section B中聽力材料是關于Betty,Jenny和Sam的理想職業及原因。具體內容涉及到了以后的工作場所等其它方面并有個別生詞在其中。所以,在實際教學中,我對聽力要求作了調整,只要求學生填出關鍵詞即可。

三、由易到難,增加聽力材料的難度

在日常教學中遇到較淺顯的聽力材料時,教師可以采用下面的方法增加聽力的難度,以激發學生求知的欲望,增添學習的興趣。

1.有選擇地精聽。

教師可讓學生復述所聽到的重要段落的大意,也可讓學生逐詞逐句地復述,或者把聽到的句子完整地記錄下來。通過精聽,學生對于語音、語調、單詞發音在句子中的變化,如連讀、同化、弱化、失去爆破等,以及重音、口語習慣表達方法、語法結構等有更好的把握,聽的技能也能不斷提高。因為如果學生能較好地掌握語調和語氣的變化,就能較好地理解對話的內容,猜測出對話中人物之間的關系等。

2.聽說結合。八年級上Unit 4 Section B部分的聽力內容是關于“How does Nina get to school?”。此部分聽力題目只是從兩幅圖中選擇其中一條路線,對于程度好的學生而言過于簡單,因此在回答此題時,要求學生看圖口述Nina的上學路線,這樣就加大了聽力的難度,并且可以檢測學生是否真正聽懂了。

6、指導做好《我的采蜜本》,每天記5個好詞,記一句好句。每周積累一頁紙,每周五教師進行檢查、小結。

四、達到目標

與一年級相近,由拼音、圖畫閱讀逐步向文字閱讀過渡,讓學生體驗到閱讀的快樂。

五、閱讀教學的方法及進行措施:

1.以每周閱讀課為主要閱讀時間,在閱讀過程中,不放任自流,有計劃地開展,先以教師的講故事來代替學生的閱讀實踐,慢慢告訴他們,這些都是書上有的,引導他們有興趣去尋找并閱讀。

本次讀書活動大致分五個階段 第一階段:

根據推薦書目,家長和孩子共同選擇閱讀的書籍,確定書目后購買書籍,由孩子建立讀書筆記,用來記錄讀書心得和體會。第二階段:

開展“和孩子一起讀書”活動。由家長和孩子一同在寒假里讀書,堅持每天讀大約5——10頁書,在書中圈點勾畫做出記錄,每兩周寫一篇心得,共三篇。可由孩子獨立完成,可由家長口授孩子記錄,也可以是共同交流收獲的成果。第三階段:

圍繞你所閱讀的書籍,每位同學編寫一份小報,題目自擬,形式不限,主要內容必須是圍繞你所閱讀書籍的相關內容。優秀小報將在學校宣傳欄展覽。第四階段:

每位同學準備大約兩分鐘的讀書心得演講詞,在寒假開學的第一次大閱讀課上交流,由班級同學和語文教師共同評選出“書香使者”10名。

根據讀書筆記和演講詞的豐富程度評選出“書香家庭”10名。第四階段:

開展“書香節”讀書收獲交流活動,學校將針對讀書情況進行頒獎。在冬日暖陽的季節里,讓我們帶著孩子一起手捧心愛的圖書,感受濃濃的書香,體悟閱讀的樂趣;記錄下與智者交流的欣喜與感悟吧。

二年級八班暑假讀書活動計劃

日月如梭,轉眼間,盼望已久的暑假終于又如期而至了。怎樣度 過一個充實而有意義的暑假呢?高爾基說過: “書籍是人類進步的階梯。”作為即將步入三年級學生的班主任老師,我打算在這個暑假里讓學生讀許多許多的課外書,來提高學生的作文水平。下面是我班的讀書計劃:

一、讀書有選擇。圖書館的書架上擺滿了各種各樣的課外書,讓我們眼花繚亂。有成語故事、童話故事、歷史故事……特別是名著。書是我們的朋友,是我們的精神食糧!

二、讀書有計劃。每天至少要看一個小時的課外書,這樣就可以培養成良好的讀書習慣。當然,讀書時要坐端正,這樣才能保護好我們心靈的窗戶——眼睛。

三、讀書要做到“三到”:心到、眼到、口到。我們要用心去讀,用心去悟。吸取書中豐富的營養。唐代的大詩人杜甫說的好,“讀書破萬卷,下筆如有神。”精彩語段,妙詞佳句,反復誦讀,熟記在心。每天和爸爸媽媽分享讀書的快樂,交流一下讀后感吧!

四、看書時做好讀書筆記,歸類摘抄好詞好句,名人名言。在書上做批錄第,同時養成寫日記的好習慣。另外,還得多看些工具書,比如,成語詞典、新華字典、俗語大全、諺語、格言警句等。

書可以把我們帶進知識王國,讓我們樂此不疲。同學們讓我們一起行動起來吧!

培優輔差工作計劃

一.思想方面的培優補差。

1.做好學生的思想工作,經常和學生談心,關心他們,關愛他們,讓學生覺得老師是重視他們的,激發他們學習的積極性。

2.定期與學生家長、班主任聯系,進一步了解學生的家庭、生活、思想、課堂等各方面的情況。

二.有效培優補差措施。

1.課上差生板演,中等生訂正,優等生解決難題。

2.安排座位時堅持“好差同桌”結為學習對子。即“兵教兵”。

3.課堂練習分成三個層次:第一層“必做題”——基礎題,第二層:“選做題”——中等題,第三層“思考題”-——拓廣題。滿足不同層次學生的需要。

4.優化備課,向課堂40分鐘要質量,盡可能“耗費最少的必要時間和必要精力” 做好培優補差工作。備好學生、備好教材、備好練習,保證培優補差的效果。精編習題,習題設計注意:有梯度,緊扣重點、難點、疑點,面向大多數學生,符合學生的認知規律

5.布置好習題,注意學生學習情況的反饋,建立學生學習檔案。

三.在培優補差中注意幾點:

1、不歧視學習有困難的學生,不縱容優秀的學生,一視同仁。

2、根據優潛生的實際情況制定學習方案,優秀生可以給他們一定難度的題目讓他們進行練習,潛能生則根據他們的程度給與相應的題目進行練習和講解,達到循序漸進的目的。

3、專研教材、講究教法,認真上好每一節課,上復習課時,把知識進行比較,把知識系統,便于學生掌握;

4、經常與家長聯系,相互了解學生在家與在校的一些情況,共同促進學生的作業情況,培養學習興趣,樹立對學習的信心。四.重點對象

讀一本好書心得體會

一本好書就是能讀自己

勵志和成功方面的書現在社會上流傳很多,但當我的視線進入《誰動了我的奶酪》這本書的時候,我的心被重重地撼動了,一本不足百頁,僅四萬字的薄薄小冊子,竟有如此沖擊和震撼力,我想這就是這樣一本全球最暢銷書的魅力所在吧。

我們正經歷一個多變的社會,體制的變革把我們從一條風平浪靜的計劃經濟的小溪推向了充滿驚濤駭浪的汪洋。這種變化是徹底的、革命性的,又是客觀的,必然的。而《誰動了我的奶酪》用寓言式的故事討論了二個鮮明的主題;那就是變化。在變化來臨之前,怎樣預見變化,在變化到來之后,怎樣對待變化、適應變化。

要知道,事物的變化是客觀的、絕對的,而不變是主觀的、相對的。其實,我們周圍每天都在面對變化,只是因為這種變化是細微的,不易感知的,容易忽略。我們很多的人都習慣于這樣一種情形,即漠視身邊細微的變化,而面對急劇的變化表現出頑強的抗爭,抑或是徒勞的抗爭。然而,問題是很多情況下,變化是在悄然間發生,卻未被感知和覺察,以至于鑄成悲劇,就像一只扔進冷水里慢慢被加熱煮熟了的青蛙。當我們守著眼前的一片天空,習慣于自己擁有的工作、財富、幸福時,我們總是躊躇滿志,怡然自得或夸夸然暢談美好的未來,而很少想到萬一,想到去聞一聞“奶酪是否有變質”或看看否否正在少去。直到奶酪忽然沒有時,我們才開始追問為什么,但為時晚矣。當我們真正意識到危險來臨的時候,可能已經無能為力,無法挽回了。我們中的一部分人平時象哼哼一樣,面對失去的那份安天天叫嚷著:“誰動了我的奶酪?”然后意志消沉,苦等所謂老天開眼的奇跡,結局只可能是在空空蕩蕩的房間里餓死。在這個多變的時代,如果你不改變,你就會被淘汰。書中的“嗅嗅”和“匆匆”恰是我們的榜樣。居安思危,對多邊的“奶酪”變化密切注意,把跑鞋掛在脖子上,隨時準備調整自己的生活方式去尋找新的“奶酪”。只有敏銳地注視著局面的細微變化發展,未雨綢繆,主動做好知識積累、技能積累、身體和精神積累,我們才能應付自如的面對發生的變化。

一本好的書就是能讀自己。從《誰動了我的奶酪》一書中所能悟出指導工作、學習、生活的理念,正如劃出了一個人走向成功和新生活的航線。當然,真正啟動航程的還是靠你自己。

《我與家長共讀一本書的體會》

讀一本好書,對于孩子的健康成長確實非常重要。回憶作為父母的我們,青年時代時所讀的《鋼鐵是怎樣煉成的》、《紅巖》等激動人心的好書,無不為書中人物為了理想而奮斗的精神所感動,并在以后的成長中以他們作為榜樣,這些書一度激勵了幾代人。學校這次開展閱讀節,號召親子同讀一本書,我們感到非常好!一方面在這種“互動式讀書”過程中孩子學會提問題,并且學會回答問題;另一方面還可以幫助孩子認識更多的漢字(對于我們這個年級而言),在讀懂原文的基礎上,用自己的語言來描述故事情節,做到邊讀書邊思考,在讀書聲中快樂成長。親子同讀一本書,父母與孩子為了書中的情節交流多了,還能在閱讀過程中增加親情。父母的見識比孩子多,理解能力比孩子強,在孩子無法理解時,父母此時無疑是孩子身邊最好的老師,無形之中增添了孩子對自己的幾分敬佩之情。親子同讀一本書,在增長孩子見解的同時,也在提升家長的品位。比如說閱讀以前讀過的書籍,可讓家長溫故而知新;閱讀從未讀過的書籍,可獲新知,受益無窮。前國家領導人江澤民曾說過:“我們現在的時代是終生學習的時代”。愿孩子能在親子同讀活動中學會學習,能懂得一些簡單的道理。.讀一本好書心得體會
