德育工作是學校教育工作的一個重要組成部分，而小學生的日常行為是否規范，則可以看出一個學校的工作如何。我班學生是剛從幼兒園升到一年級的，日常行為很不到位。經過為期四周的日常行為規范訓練，學生的日常行為日漸規范了。

我班利用班隊課組織學生一起《小學生守則》、《小學生日常行為規范》、《課堂常規》等，讓學生熟記學校的各項規章制度，通過交流與表演加深對它們的體會與理解，讓他們養成良好的行為習慣。在平時的學習生活中，課堂的表現方面，結合有關課程如《品德與生活》課，對學生進行課堂常規等教育，爭取讓所有的學生養成上課不遲到、不早退、專心聽講、積極舉手的習慣，遵守學校的各項規章制度。

我班結合學校開展的“文明班級流動紅旗”評比活動，在班級開展“做班級的小主人”、“從我做起，從今天做起，從身邊做起，從點滴做起”、“綠色學校，綠色班級”等活動，成立“兩操一活動”督導小組，對班級的紀律進行監督評比。學生排隊基本能做到“快、靜、齊”，活動能自覺遵守紀律，注意安全。每周表彰優秀小組與個人，鼓勵后進，提高了學生的環保意識和競爭意識，增強了學生的集體榮譽感，培養了學生良好的勞動習慣以及小組合作精神和主人翁精神。

因地制宜，因材施教，及時教育。平常，學生的日常行為若出現偏差，如吵架、打架、上課搞小動作等，就及時對學生進行糾正和有針對性的教育，并以此為例進行教育，提醒其他學生要以此為戒。從

正反兩方面舉例，進行有目的的教育，在班級中樹立榜樣，讓學生有樣可學，自覺遵守紀律。

把養成教育、禮儀教育與身邊最常見的是結合起來，例如，全校師生見到升旗邊主動向國旗行禮；遇到老師，主動上前問好；在同學之間多說“謝謝”、“對不起”、“不用謝”等。教育學生做個文明禮貌的小學生。經過開學初四周的教育和訓練，全班顯示的日常行為規范多了，每個同學在平時的學習生活中都能叫自覺地遵守學校的各項規章制度和紀律，嚴格地約束自己的行為，在班級里形成了良好的學習風氣。班級學生團結友愛，積極向上。為期四周的日常行為規范訓練結束了，但我班還會繼續對學生的日常行為進行教育和訓練，作到常抓不懈，以使學生真正成為講文明、講禮貌的社會主義建設接班人。
