《忠誠與背叛》觀后感——忠誠，永不背叛

有些人會給自己的兒女留下一筆錢、一套房，有些人則會給子孫后代留下一種信仰、一股力量。相比《建國大業》和《建黨偉業》，《忠誠與背叛》并沒有給我們留下震撼眼球的視覺效果和大快人心的勝利喜悅，它留下的是一排沾滿鮮血的泥濘足跡、一個充滿智慧的前進方向。影片通過講述第一屆中央監察委員會艱難的誕生歷程，謳歌了王荷波、楊匏安等老一輩紀監干部和委員們威武不屈、剛正不阿、忠于革命、視死如歸的大無畏革命精神。

《忠誠與背叛》既沒有好萊塢大片中跌宕起伏、懸念叢生的內容情節，也沒有《建黨偉業》中群星閃耀、大腕云集的演員陣容。但就思想內涵和現實意義來說，并不影響其成為一部佳片。因為相對于很多大團圓、大歡喜的結局，影片給我們留下的是一個悲壯的結尾和一份未竟的事業。

當今社會，越來越多的腐敗甚至背叛。作為執政黨，如何保持黨員的先進性和各級黨支部的先鋒堡壘作用愈發的成為黨的首要難題。現實生活中，一些黨員、領導干部在回顧了太多圓滿結局，享受了太多勝利喜悅后，放松了警惕心理，動搖了理想信念，降低了自我要求，失去了前進動力，停止了探索步伐，逐漸沉迷于盲目的安逸和優越，變得兩耳不聞群眾聲，張口不說百姓事。

這是為什么呢？這是因為他們為個人的私利，背叛了黨和人民，踐踏了法律的尊嚴，這是因為他們為世俗的貪欲背叛了人民的意志，這是因為他們不能堅持忠誠、公正、廉潔、為民的政法核心價值觀。一句話：就是因為不能堅守！

印第安人知道：不要跑得太快，要讓靈魂跟上。在社會主義初級階段，很多人面對著快速增長的經濟，不斷改善的物質條件，產生了自滿和驕縱心理，卻忽視了精神世界的匱乏。全國多地爆發的食品、交通、衛生、環境等危機，雖然起因是由于一部分人社會責任感和公德心的喪失，但讓這些人敢于鋌而走險、肆意妄為，究其深層次的原因還是相關部門監管機制和工作責任心的缺失。而《忠誠與背叛》講的雖是往事，但對現代社會的監督、監察、監管機制同樣是一種拷問。我想，這是影片留給我們的一個啟示。

中國共產黨之所以能執政，不僅僅因為她解救億萬窮苦百姓于水深火熱，更因為她矢志不渝的服務宗旨和與時俱進的服務理念。雖然如今的歷史使命已然不同，但發展任務依然繁重，無法適應社會發展的體制機制和無法經受住歷史考驗的人終將被淘汰，如何不斷調整發展思路，真正做到科學發展、可持續發展，這是時代對我們提出的課題和考驗，而留給我們去思考和選擇的時間卻已不多。

黨務工作，事無巨細，都直接關系到人民群眾的切身利益，無論是發展順利的時候，還是遇到困難和挫折的時候，我們都要堅守共產主義理想信念，堅守共產黨人的高尚節操，堅守全心全意為人民服務的宗旨，干好每一項工作。作為一名中國共產黨黨員，要自覺接受黨和人民群眾的監督，自覺接受新聞輿論的監督；不能空喊口號，要將忠誠、公正、廉潔、為民的價值理念切實貫徹到各項具體工作中來，加強對核心價值觀的學習、實踐和認同，鑄就健康的人格，帶來心靈的充實、思想的深刻、行為的規范，讓人民群眾真正體驗到干部的忠誠、公正、廉潔、為民服務，這就是我們，是每一個中國共產黨員應該做的也是必須做的！

“我們的事業并不會顯赫一時，但將永遠存在”，影片中這句經典而樸實的臺詞，讓我想起了入黨時的誓言。無論是在戰爭年代還是和平時期，我們黨員都肩負著不可推卸的歷史使命，那就是為共產主義事業而奮斗終身。忠誠，永不背叛！
