認真準備，迎接中考

尊敬的各位老師、各位同學：

大家好！

經過兩個多月緊張的學習，本周我們將迎來期中考試，這是對我們學習成果的一次大檢閱。通過考試能發現我們學習目的、態度、知識、能力、方法等方面存在的問題，為下 一階段有針對性地改進提供依據，也有利于老師教學措施的調整、制定與實施?？汲鰞灝惖某煽?，是我們共同的心愿，應以怎樣的心態和行動迎接中考呢？在此我向同學們提出以下四點建議：

第一、心理上要有合理的定位。

對考試我們都“怕”，這主要是心理定位不好?；A好的同學，應該相信自己的實力，有能夠考好的自信；對基礎不夠扎實的同學，也不用老是去想成績的好壞。如果前段時間努力了，就有理由相信付出總有回報。每個同學應該根據自己的實際情況，就這次考試給自己一個合理的心理定位，不要過高也不要過低。過高則會造成過分緊張，過低則會太放松自己，這都不利于正常水平的發揮，而且會影響考后的心情，降低自信或產生自滿，甚至會使自我評價發生偏差。

第二、認真復習，充分準備。既要重視考試，又要正確對待考試?？荚嚰仁侵R的檢測，又是意志的磨煉，我們要把期中考試當成一次磨煉自己、挑戰自己和提高自己的機會！要與老師密切配合，合理、科學安排好各門功課的復習時間。充分利用每 一 分鐘，對半學期來所學的內容進行系統梳理，全面復習形成知識網絡。

各位老師、親愛的同學們：

大家好，我演講的題目是《張揚青春，放飛理想》，理想是人生的太陽，沒有陽光的普照、生命的作用，地球就會變成石頭。對人類來說，沒有理想就等于沒有靈魂。

俄國的文學家列夫·托爾斯泰說過：“理想是指路明燈。沒有理想，就沒有堅定的方向；沒有方向，就沒有生活?！睆埪勌煺f過：生活的理想，就是為了理想的生活。

英國心理學家和教育學家佛來明曾說過：“人一旦失去理想，失去了精神上的追求，人類就變得無知，社會也將會變得漆黑一團?！币驗槔硐胧切拍睢⑿叛?、道德、責任、風尚、習慣所形成的一種意識，它直接支配著一個人實踐活動的方向和效果。

正如我國著名的詩人流沙河說的那樣：理想是石，敲出星星之火；理想是火，點燃熄滅的燈；理想是燈，照亮夜行的路；理想是路，引你走到黎明。世界上總有人拋棄了理想，理想卻從來不拋棄任何人。平凡的人因有理想而偉大；有理想者就是一個“大寫的人”。歷史和現實早已經證明：一個沒有理想和信仰的國家是危機四伏的奴隸之群；一個沒有理想的民族是毫無希望的淪落之邦；一個沒有理想信念，是非、善惡、美 丑不分的社會，注定將走向滅亡。一個沒有遠大理想的人，絕對成為不了一個有道德的人、有修養的人、高尚的人、脫離低級趣味的人、有利于人民的人。

然而，遺憾的是，現在社會上卻出現一些令人惋惜和啼笑皆非的現象，我總結為“現代人的十多十少”：

交往越來越多，朋友越來越??；娛樂越來越多，快樂越來越少；戀愛越來越多，真愛越來越少。講話越來越多，真話越來越少；活動越來越多，運動越來越少；（此處運動指體育運動）職稱越來越多，稱職越來越少；文憑越來越多，文化越來越少；金錢越來越多，親情越來越少；神經越來越多，精神越來越少；理念越來越多，理想越來越少。

不是嗎？現在有不少的人，理想和信念發生了動搖，被社會上的一些不正常的現象所迷惑，分不清是非、主次，甚至對前途和命運喪失了信心。有人說：什么人 生觀、價值觀，有錢就樂觀，無錢就悲觀。什么理想、前途??？“理想、理想，有利就想；前途啊前途，有錢就圖”?！疤ь^向錢看，低頭向錢看，一切向錢看，只 有向錢看，才能向前看”這實際上是對人生觀、價值觀的扭曲和誤解。

在如今人心浮動、信仰缺失的年代，在拜金主義、金錢至上已經成為社會的 1 主流意識的今天，有不少人的價值觀發生了扭曲，不勞而獲，一步登天，一夜成名，一夜暴富已經成為許多人的投機心理。超級女聲的成功舉辦和商業運做以及超女的魔力所在就是迎合了當代人的投機心理。

看來市場經濟的洗禮，已經把社會上熱衷追逐權利和金錢的世俗觀念深深的烙在了我們的青少年的腦海里。這多少暴露出了我們當今的教育機制和輿論導向的一些失誤和偏差。

“士不可以不弘毅，任重而道遠”作為一個90后的年輕人，一個國家，一個民族的希望所在，心中無不閃爍著夢想，那么現在就是我們努力實現夢想的時候。當前我們正處于一個承前啟后，繼往開來的轉折點，有一大批的工程項目等著我們去建設，有一系列的技術等著我們去攻關，有一大片市場等著我們去開拓，有一整套的經驗等著我們去探索。

當一個人把自己的青春融入到自己的事業的時候，那么他的青春不會流失，他的事業也必將在歲月的歷練中折射出耀眼的光芒！“有的人活著他已經死了，有的人死了他還活著，生命的意義在于活著，并且要好好活著，正如《士兵突擊》中的許三多，總是說要好好活，總是說好好活就是做很多有意義的事，那么什么才是有意義的事呢？怎樣才能活的更有意義呢？我想那就要奉獻。如果我們不付出，不創造，不追求，不奉獻，那這樣的青春必會稍縱即逝?；厥走^去，沒有追憶，人生渺茫，這絕對不是我們活著的意義。

擁有青春的人們，讓我們拿出奧林匹克的精神，點燃心中的圣火，在和諧社會的大環境下，釋放青春的激情，展現青春的風采，秀出激昂的主旋律，為公司的明天而努力奮斗！時常聽別人哼唱，自己也時常哼唱著姜育恒的那首《再回首》，惟獨對“曾經在幽幽暗暗反反復復中追尋，才知道平平淡淡從從容容是最真”這一句不愿認同?！肮陋毻踝印背梦疵馓涣耍簧磸妥穼?，就只得出了平淡是真的結論。

平平淡淡是最真，說到底不就是自甘平庸、自甘無為嗎？曾幾何時，我們這些帶著中學彩色夢走進大學校門的莘莘學子們也在高喊著：平平淡淡是最真。且有人認為只要“與世無爭，恬淡一生”便可無憂無慮地生存，頗有要把老莊的“無為”思想發揚廣大之勢。是什么使我們豐富的校園生活漸退了繽紛的色彩呢？又是什么使我們真實的熔漿凝固，不在有來自內心深處的熱血沸騰？是因為 我們沒有走進夢想中的象牙塔？是因為我們未走出自我困惑的地帶？還是因為我們的心真的不在年輕，確實把一切都看得平淡了呢？不！都不是！主宰世界的是你，放棄世界的仍然是你。

生活得最好的人，不是壽命最長的人，而是最能感受生活的人。除了你沒有走進理想的大學，除了你沒有把握住一次幾乎成功的愛情，除了你心中那份虛榮于倨傲，你對生活究竟有多少正確的感受？生活究竟給過你多少真正的重荷于不平呢？沒有！只因為在當代的中國，在我們這個文盲、半文盲數以億計的國度里，大學生既被社會過高的期待，也過高地期待著社會，只因為我們不能正確地估計自己，也不能正確認識社會。那種求平淡的心態，仍是不思進取的借口。于是，你曾經也想要有所作為，卻不知道從何做起，跟著感覺走，在各種誘惑面前遠離本真狀態，被泥沙俱下的時代大潮裹挾著四處漂流。當你疲倦地走過無數個三百六十五里，你才發現留在身后的除了那份平淡，什么也沒有。

不再回頭的，不只是那古老的辰光，也不只是那些個夜晚的星群和月亮，還有我們的青春在流逝著。四年，我們有幸擁有著這四年，但多少人的四年已一去不返；更還有多少人在為能擁有這四年而埋頭于題海和各種各樣的模擬考試中呢、當初我們從他們這種狀況中走出來，走進許多人夢寐以求的大學，難道就是為了追求“平平淡淡是最真”嗎？

在我們四年的每個日子里，傾注了親人的多少關懷和溫暖，他們流淌著辛勤的血汗，默默地支持著子女的選擇，他們惟一的希望就是我們能自己走自己的人生之路。還有，在許許多多的眸子里時時刻刻地流露著對我們的期待，期待我們能用知識建構大腦、用我們的手去為人們描寫更美的生活。在親人面前，在那些關注我們的人的面前，我們又有什么理由去認為“平平淡淡是最真”呢？難道我們付出我們的金色年華，揮灑著父母的血汗僅僅是為了換取這份平平淡淡嗎？僅僅是為了換取一張各科都過了60分的畢業證嗎？小到為了每個家庭的付出，大到為了那如水流逝的時光，我們怎么就可以輕易認同“平平淡淡”才是真呢？

最欣賞把撒哈拉沙漠變成人們心中的綠洲的三毛，也最欣賞她一句話：即使不成功，也不至于成為空白。成功女神并不垂青所有的人，但所有參與、嘗試過的人，即使沒有成功，他們的世界卻不是一份平淡，不是一片空白。記得有一天和班上幾個新近參加美術班學習的女生談起了她們學習美術以后的感覺和收獲。她們告訴我：并沒有什么大飛躍，但確實已學會了怎樣用心去觀察一個事物。也許她們永遠成為不了畫家，但是我贊嘆她們的這份參與意識和嘗試勇氣。我想告訴她們：即使你們不成功，你們也沒有成為空白。

說到這里有人會說：我的確平凡得很，無一技之長，不會唱不會跳，更不會吟詩作畫，注定這四年就這么平淡了。世上不過只有一個天才貝多芬，也不過是只有一個神童莫扎特，更多的人是通過嘗試，通過毅力化平淡為輝煌的。毅力在效果上有時能同天才相比。有一句俗語說，能登上金字塔的生物只有兩種：鷹和蝸牛。雖然我們不能人人都像雄鷹一樣一飛沖天，但我們至少可以像蝸牛那樣憑著自己的耐力默默前行。

不要再為落葉傷感，為春雨掉淚；也不要滿不在乎地揮退夏日的艷陽，讓殘冬的雪來裝飾自己的面紗；歲月可使皮膚起皺，而失去熱情，則使靈魂起皺。

拿出我們嘗試的勇氣，拿出我們青春的熱情，大學四年畢業時，再回首，我們沒有平淡、遺憾的青春。讓我們的青春飛揚吧。飛揚青春，放飛理想！

師愛--撥動孩子心靈的琴弦

尊敬的各位領導、同事們：

大家好！今天我演講的題目是：師愛--撥動孩子心靈的琴弦，演講稿(二)。

愛，是教育亙古不變的主題，而責任則是教師永恒的承諾。從教20年，愛與責任一直伴我前行。

有人把師愛比作春雨，有人把師愛比作陽光。春雨的滋潤、陽光的溫暖使我的孩子正健康快樂地成長。記得剛接四年級時，一個女孩吳雪成績很差，而且動輒出手打人，班里的孩子都快讓她打遍了。經了解才知道原來吳雪的爸爸精神分裂，動不動就把媽媽打跑，媽媽不得不天天東躲西藏。家庭的不幸使孩子幼小的心靈承受著難言的創傷，自卑心理更使她變得逆反，并在同學中尋找發泄的對象。面對吳雪，我知道孩子最需要的是溫柔的愛與正確的引導。平日里，我常利用課余時間和她談心，鼓勵她“人窮但不能志短”引導她“要和別的孩子和睦相處”。沒錢買文具，我把口袋里的錢遞到她手里；天冷了，看著她單薄的穿著，我悄悄給她買了新棉衣，她把棉衣緊緊地貼在胸前，眼淚汪汪地對我說：“老師，你對我真好，我一定改掉打人的壞毛病，你相信我”聽著她的話，我也淚水漣漣，演講稿《演講稿(二)》。這之后，吳雪真的沒在出手打過人，學習也在穩步提升，更可喜的是她和同學們也相處得越來越融洽了。這學期開學初，孩子們都選她當副班長，她幸福地笑了。吳雪燦爛的笑容讓我深深地感受到了，愛能使堅冰融化，愛是撥動孩子心靈的琴弦。

20年的從教生涯，無數孩子的身影定格在我的記憶中，其中最難忘的是一個叫畢延鎖的小男孩兒，他瘦弱、矮小，眼睛還有毛病。學習時他總是把書緊緊地貼在眼睛上才能看清字，我有時看見他吃力地學習，覺得好心疼。一天他拖著鼻涕委屈地站在我的桌旁，“老師，他們都管我叫畢所長”我笑了，“畢所長，好啊，所長是官兒呀”他很無奈地說“是廁所所長”“哦”我心里頓時明白了，孩子們欺負他，給他起外號，拿他尋開心、、、、、、正巧下午的班會課我以此為話題，委婉的批評了那些給畢延鎖起外號的同學，也使孩子們明白了隨便給別人起外號是不尊重別人的表現。這時我看見畢延鎖小腰板拔得溜直，眼睛瞇成了一條縫在天真地笑，我覺得這個小男孩好可愛呀！

每月29號我們這個小村子都趕集，中午放學他頂著炎炎烈日在大集上東奔西走，原來是為了給我買戒指。當他汗流滿面地把一枚假的白金戒指放在我的掌心上時，我的心震顫了。這枚戒指雖然只有1塊錢，但在我心中卻是無價之寶，那是孩子的一顆純真的心吶！

在和孩子們的接觸中，我越來越愛上了教師這個職業，不善唱歌的我每天默默地用行動詮釋著這首歌的真諦。我真的很感謝教師這個職業，當我走向它的時候，我原想收獲一縷春風，它卻給了我一個明媚的春天；當我走向它的時候，我原想捧起一簇浪花，它卻給了我一個浩瀚的海洋；當我走向它的時候，我原想擷取一枚紅葉，它卻給了我一個火紅的楓林；當我走向它的時候，我原想親吻一朵雪花，她卻給了我一個晶瑩剔透的純潔的世界。

親愛的同事們，今天我們不說辛苦，因為我們正收獲著幸福；今天我們不言付出，因為我們已獲得了最最寶貴的財富。三尺講臺，一生情愫，我想當滿鬢華發時，我會自豪地說：我曾擁有充實的教師人生，我的生命曾飽蘸激情，繽紛如花！
