申請美國名校是一個非常復雜的過程，中間的各個環(huán)節(jié)都不能夠失誤，否則會導致事倍功半的效果。因此，本篇向您主要介紹下沖擊美國名校所必須得五要素，希望對你有所幫助。

一、把學校的功課做好

申請美國大學需要你提供9到12年級的學校成績，做提前申請，只需提供12年級的選課表，如果正常申請，還要提供12年級的第一個學期的成績。學校的功課無疑要比SAT更重要，而課程的難度比課程的成績更重要。

二、把SAT考好

SAT包括了SAT I和SAT II。SAT II是單科考試，滿分800，華裔學生一般會選選理工科目，基本上都能考到700以上高分。至于SAT I, 也就是通常指的SAT，在美國大學申請中占多大比例?每個大學都沒有明確的標準，如常春藤的8所名校中，象哈佛和普林斯頓，2400滿分的申請者被拒絕的也大把，而康奈爾和布朗大學, 一般有2150就差不多了。但不可否認的事實是，你的SAT分數(shù)越高，你被錄取的可能性越大。

三、AP課程

AP可譯為大學預修課。學生在中學階段能預修大學課程，達到一定分數(shù)后可轉(zhuǎn)到大學抵扣學分。共有三十多個科目考試，包括數(shù)理化和一些語言考試科目。只在每年5月份舉行一次，全球試卷統(tǒng)一。滿分為5分，4分以上的成績一般大學都能接受。對于中國學生，基本上可選數(shù)理化和經(jīng)濟學。像SAT一樣，AP也正逐漸成為中國學生申請美國名校的一個必要門檻。

四：課外活動、音樂體育及才藝

課外活動和音樂體育特長等也是美國大學招生的必要因素，但是，要取其精華，舍棄糟粕，一些高質(zhì)量的課外活動，如參加模擬聯(lián)合國，國際紅十字會，大學級別的研究項目，籌備個人募捐活動等等都可以充分展示你的組織協(xié)調(diào)和科研能力。

五：申請策劃

沖擊美國名校的最后一步。其核心過程有三個步驟：

首先是根據(jù)學生的不同狀況性格，幫助學生選擇學校和專業(yè)。

其次，也是最重要的一點，就是申請作文的創(chuàng)意策劃。

最后，就是各種申請表格和作文等其他材料的整體協(xié)調(diào)性。展現(xiàn)出一個真實的，卻與眾不同的個人形象。

此外，還有學校面試準備、延遲決定或被候選之后的對策、申訴信、聯(lián)絡(luò)招生辦等都必須給予學生具體輔導。

申請獎學金

1、準時遞交申請表格準時是最重要的條件之一，不論你是申請獎學金或是助學金，只要過了截止日期，校方是不會處理這些逾期文件的。

2、不要有錯字遞交任何申請表格時，請仔細檢查所有錯字，即使只是小小的一個單字拼錯，都會影響你的申請。在寄出你的表格前，請多花五分鐘檢查一下。

3、符合基本申請條件如果獎學金申請條件是GPA一定要4.0，那么請你一定要拿出4.0的成績，因為如果沒有符合標準卻還是申請，審核部門會覺得你連基本規(guī)則都看不懂，在學術(shù)表現(xiàn)上應(yīng)該也沒有多大成就。申請人更不可以抱著僥幸的心態(tài)，這樣只會更糟。

4、用計算機打字所有的申請文件與essay請用計算機打字，并選擇適合閱讀的字型與字體大小，即使你的手寫字體非常美觀，但是用計算機打字不但方便審閱老師閱讀，也代表你對此事的重視，記住干凈整潔的申請表格，是你必須帶給審查老師的第一印象。

5、注意檢查寄出申請文件前，請再次仔細審核所有文件，千萬不要申請文件寄出才發(fā)現(xiàn)少寄什么重要表格，雖然聽起來好像是理所當然的事情，可是卻是大家最常犯的錯誤，記得！多檢查兩次再寄出表格。參考資料：A-level中國
