Women Who Spend Time in the Sun May Age More Slowly

Women who spend more time in the sun may be biologically younger and age more slowly than the rest of their age group, a study has found.一項研究發現，花更多時間曬太陽的婦女和相應年齡組相比，生物學上更顯年輕。

Researchers from King’s College London have discovered that women who have higher levels of vitamin D, which enters the body through sunshine, certain foods and nutritional supplementation tend to show signs of being “biologically younger” and healthier than others.來自倫敦國王學院的研究人員們已經發現，婦女通過光照，某些食物和營養的補充，體內維生素D處于較高水平，這將成為生物學上比其他人更加年輕健康的標志。

Nearly 3,000 volunteers who participated in a study of an experimental AIDS vaccine that may have

A.伴隨著熟悉的旋律，“XXXX”廣播節目又和大家見面了。

B.同學們，你們知道今天是什么日子嗎??

Ａ．我知道，我知道!是國際消費者權益日!是第26個“3.15”消費者權益日。今天我們就來談談3月15日國際消費者權益日。

為了更好地開展消費者權益保護活動，1983年，國際消費者聯盟組織決定將每年的3月15日作為“國際消費者權益日”。

從1983年以來，每年3月15日，全球各地的消費者組織都舉行大規模的活動，宣傳消費者的權利，顯示消費者的強大力量。其中包括發布新聞公報、向公眾介紹消費者組織的活動；告訴人們消費者組織將為保護消費者權益做哪些工作；通過報紙、刊物、電臺和電視節目進行宣傳，在學校發放宣傳材料或消費者刊物。組織消費者權利的演說，努力提高消費者的保護意識。有的國家的消費者組織在這一天向公眾征集“消費權益歌”，有的組織演講比賽、保護消費者知識競賽或進行“一年最嚴重的損害消費者利益事件”的評定活動；獎勵為

保護消費者合法權益工作作出貢獻的人；舉辦各種展覽；舉辦消費教育講座；有些國家的消費者組織還開展對保護消費者權益有關法律法規的執行情況檢查；舉行集會、演出、現場宣傳咨詢投訴和義務服 等活動。

Ａ．中國消費者協會于1987年9月被國際消費者聯盟組織接受為正式成員。從這一年開始，每年的3月15日，中國消費者協會及其地方各級協會也都要聯合各有關部門共同舉辦大規模的宣傳活動，運用各種方式介紹消費知識和有關法律知識，宣傳消費者的權利；喚醒、提高消費者的自我保護意識；促進全社會都來關心、支持消費者合法權益保護工作。

Ｂ．說到3.15，必不可少的就是打擊假貨，現在假貨到處都是，市場上的東西魚目混珠，最常見的就是盜版光碟、假阿迪耐克等名鞋、假的LV包包、假煙酒、盜版書籍、假名牌化妝品等等，假貨充斥這商品市場，讓人防不勝防，往往就是利用我們消費者的貪便宜的心理。有些是山寨商品，這些是仿冒名牌的東西，有正規的生產廠家，雖然質量差點還是沒什么大的危害；而有些真的是喪盡天良的黑心商家，不僅冒著人家的牌子，還連安全都沒有保障呢，什么黑心棉、黑心奶粉、瘦肉精等等，這些大家深惡痛絕的東西，害了多少無辜的消費者啊！那些老板難道就不能捫心自問一下，讓你們自己吃敢吃嗎？

在追求利益的同時也不能坑害別人啊，晚上能睡好覺嗎？真的應該重重處罰，殺雞儆猴，看誰還敢！

Ａ．除此之外，我們消費者也應該擦亮我們的火眼金睛，拒絕假貨，并用法律的武器來維護自己的權益！

Ｂ．中國消費者協會今年3.15 宣傳主題是“消費與民生”，就是要充分認識消費與民生之間相輔相成、相互促進的關系，強調以下重要涵義：一是強調消費需求是保持經濟增長的恒久動力，是改善民生的重要途徑。擴大內需，特別是增加居民消費需求是今后一個時期調整經濟結構、提高經濟發展質量效益和轉變經濟發展方式的重點，是促進經濟社會科學發展的前提和保障，是改善民生、發展社會事業的重要內容。只有把經濟發展的戰略基點放在擴大內需上，以促進消費為重點調整優化經濟結構，讓消費真正啟動和強勁起來，才能保持經濟平穩較快發展，才能確保改善和保障民生目標的順利實現。

A.二是強調改善民生是經濟社會發展的根本目的，是制定消費政策的出發點和落腳點。經濟社會的發展和建設與人民幸福安康息息相關。社會主義生產的最終目的是不斷滿足人民群眾日益增長的物質文化需要，不斷保障和改善民生。只有健全和完善各項惠及民生的消費政策，推進社會體制改革，擴大公共服務，努力實現全體人民學有所教、勞有所得、病有所醫、老有所養、住有所居，才能使廣大人民群

眾分享到改革發展的各項成果，促進社會公平正義，保障和改善民生，推動和諧社會建設。

第二期英語培訓工作匯報

從統計結果來看，這7位能堅持參加培訓和考核的學員，他們的英語水平或多或少有所提高，并且他們仍有對英語學習和培訓的需求。平常鄧嘉的培訓出勤率很高，不過他沒有參加本次考核。

本期英語培訓效果沒有達到預期的培訓目標，個人分析可能有以下原因：

一：學員學習態度的問題。培訓需求的提出來自于技術部，所以在第二期培訓開展前，我有和技術部學員進行溝通了解，是否以配對分組或其他方式進行培訓教學，結果受到了部分學員的抵觸，并且當時我也有向文總匯報了這些情況。經過文總與他們的溝通，有些學員來上了1或2次課，有些學員從來都沒參加培訓。

英語是技術部崗位的基本技能要求，荷蘭總部有此要求，并且我們也提供給他們這樣的英語培訓機會，但是部分學員卻沒有把培訓當成提升自己的好機會，他們的理由是與自己學習的方法不同，或自己的英語水平較低，還有因為家里事情多沒有時間參加培訓。我覺得在這些理由中最大的問題還是學習態度的問題，每周不能夠抽出4個小時強迫自己去系統的學習，那就更加難說在業余時間能多么認真的自學了。我認為作為基本崗位技能，英語不能正常溝通交流，這也是工作能力的表現，應該放入績效考核中考核。

二：英語學習方法的問題。目前技術部人員的英語問題主要是：大部分人員的讀寫能力比較強，但是口語發音和聽力水平普遍較差。例如姚平，他在職稱英語A級考試（最高級），考得了95分左右的高分，但是他的口語發音問題很大，最初他講完一大串英語后，老外不知道他所說。不過昨日有和Nico了解到他的口語有很大提高，溝通也基本沒問題。所以最

初文總提出的培訓目的是糾正口語發音和提高聽力，老師在課程設計上是基礎口語發音糾音和聽力，但是這種學習方法受到了部分學員的排斥，他們想要的是那種情景英語學習，給一個場景讓自己說。可是以這種方法教學的話就很能做到給他們及時糾音和糾正語法，結果自己所說還是錯的語句，別人仍然聽不懂。我有把為什么采用傳統的基本教學法與他們溝通，部分學員能夠接受，但有部分學員還是不能接受。

二：出勤率的監管不嚴的問題。本期英語培訓過程中，因為我其他工作經常外出的原因，沒能全程監督記錄培訓的出勤率，也放任了出勤懶散的現象。在今后所有的培訓項目中，我將會把培訓出勤記錄工作安排好，促使培訓目標更好地完成。

三 :培訓方法的問題。昨日向Nico了解目前技術人員英語水平的狀況，那些有認真參加培訓的學員，英語水平的提高都比較明顯。他對今后本部門英語培訓也給出了2點建議。1，建議以小班的方式開課。這一點我也認同，因為向個別學員了解到他們在只有5個人上課的時候，感覺自己培訓效果達到最好，老師有充足時間指出問題，也有更多的時間反復練習。2，建議外教授課。能夠直接與純正英語的外教學習和模仿英語，這可能對學員有更多的新鮮感和吸引力。我們想到是否可以嘗試請Andre的未婚妻Dennise上課。
