商務(wù)英語寫作實(shí)訓(xùn)總結(jié)
這學(xué)期我們國貿(mào)專業(yè)進(jìn)行了為期五天的商務(wù)英語寫作實(shí)訓(xùn),通過楊玉蓉老師認(rèn)真細(xì)致的講解和傳授商務(wù)英語寫作的相關(guān)知識(shí),我們收獲很豐富。
本課程教學(xué)的目的與基本要求是:
1、掌握商務(wù)英語寫作的基本格式;
2、掌握商務(wù)英語寫作中常用的基本表達(dá)方法;3.培養(yǎng)學(xué)生商務(wù)英語應(yīng)用的分析判斷能力。這次商務(wù)英語實(shí)訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容包括四部分,第一部分英語便函及簡(jiǎn)歷,第二部分是學(xué)會(huì)詢盤與請(qǐng)求的常用表達(dá)方法和寫作特點(diǎn),第三部分是掌握投訴與索賠的常用表達(dá)方法和寫作特點(diǎn),最后一部分是掌握理賠與拒絕的常用表達(dá)方法和寫作特點(diǎn)。通過五天的實(shí)訓(xùn),楊老師要求大家每天在批改網(wǎng)完成一個(gè)作文,這四個(gè)作文分別是:
一,備忘錄(Memo),備忘錄是商務(wù)便函的一種,會(huì)用英語寫備忘錄對(duì)于外貿(mào)專業(yè)的我們來說相當(dāng)重要,一個(gè)完整的備忘錄一般包括六部分,首先是標(biāo)題memo必不可少,第二是To,即備忘錄及函電通知的接受者,第三部分是From,即備忘錄的發(fā)送者,第四部是Date,備忘錄的日期,具有格式要求,第五部分是Subject,備忘錄的主題,必須簡(jiǎn)潔,使人一目了然,最后是備忘錄的主體(Body),即備忘錄通知的具體內(nèi)容。
二,詢盤與請(qǐng)求(Enquiry),詢盤要說明詢盤的內(nèi)容,以及對(duì)具體商品,及其價(jià)格,數(shù)量,包裝等方面提出要求,這方面相對(duì)來說比較容易,因?yàn)槲覀冎恍枰獙h語翻譯成英語,但翻譯過程中涉及到很到外貿(mào)中的專業(yè)術(shù)語,對(duì)我們的英語能力來說是一次艱巨的考驗(yàn)。
三,投訴信及索賠函(Complains and Claims),投訴信及索賠函首先要開門見山提出問題,告訴對(duì)方哪里做錯(cuò),之后陳述事情具體的經(jīng)過,提供相關(guān)信息,最后向被投訴方提出索賠,及陳述可以接受的賠償方案。這類信函對(duì)于我們的今后維護(hù)自己的權(quán)利相當(dāng)有用。
四,理賠函及拒絕(Refusal),這部分包括對(duì)對(duì)方提出索賠的拒絕,然后挑出對(duì)方索賠依據(jù)的不足及提供證據(jù)表明不是自己的責(zé)任,最后向?qū)Ψ教岢霁@取賠償?shù)慕ㄗh以及表達(dá)未來繼續(xù)合作的意愿。
商務(wù)英語寫作實(shí)訓(xùn)已然結(jié)束,通過課堂上系統(tǒng)全面的學(xué)習(xí),有英譯漢,漢譯英等方式,以及課后進(jìn)行的寫作,我們的寫作能力得到了很大的提高,對(duì)外貿(mào)函電也有了基本大致的了解,函電對(duì)于外貿(mào)操作相當(dāng)?shù)闹匾哂泻芏嗟脑?zé)和事項(xiàng)需要操作人員的注意,與此同時(shí),我也意識(shí)到了自己在這方面的不足,不僅在于對(duì)相關(guān)專業(yè)術(shù)語的了解不深,而且我在英語寫作中很多表達(dá)習(xí)慣及語法上都還有很多需要改進(jìn)的地方,因此自己的英語水準(zhǔn)還需要在今后的學(xué)習(xí)中不斷地加強(qiáng)。
