They are confident in what they know not only because they read, learn and think but also because they respect their instinct, intuition and the unique body of knowledge that they’ve developed by living life. They realize that one doesn't have to be labeled an “expert” to believe in one's own truths.

Self-confident people don’t undermine their own worth by comparing themselves with others, only to conclude that they aren’t “good enough”. They appreciate their strengths and accomplishments and can acknowledge, without embarrassment, their weaknesses. They don’t live in the “victim” position. Even if something really bad has occurred, they turn it into a challenge, remembering to be grateful for the little things in life.

大家好！今天我演講的題目是成功需要無比堅定的信念。首先我先給大家講一個真實的故事吧：

臺灣有個年青人，經過數年的拼搏后賺了不少錢。他準備到歐州旅游，入住一酒店，第一天早上醒過來，聽到一陣敲門聲。門一打開后有個侍應生很熱情地跟他說：good morning sir。他沒聽懂。按照中國人的慣性思維，他在想：是不是問我叫什么名字。

于是他大聲在說：我叫陳阿土。第二天早上他又聽到一陣敲門聲，門一打開后又見昨天的侍應生，這個侍應生又跟他說了一句：good morning sir。他有點生氣了，怎么這么笨呢？于是他更大聲地說：我叫陳阿土。第三天早上令人恐懼的事情還是發生了。他又聽到一陣敲門生，這個侍應生又跟他說了一句：good morning sir，他非常氣憤地說：我叫陳阿土。當天晚上他睡不著了，他想弄個明白。于是他問旅游團的團長。團長說：你才是笨蛋呢？人家問你早上好呢！

他突然覺得很羞愧，我賺了那么多錢，怎么文化水平這么低呢？于是他準備學英語，他學的第一句話就是：good morning sir。第四天早上他在焦急地等待侍應生的敲門，因

為他要把這句話用出來。所以當侍應生一敲門，門一打開后他立刻對侍應生說：good morning sir，侍應生聽完后立刻說：我叫陳阿土。這是為什么嗎？因為在這個世界上不是你影響了別人就是別人影響了你。成功需要無比堅定的信念。信仰沒有正確與否，只要適合你的，就是最好的。我要送給大家第一句話，這句話是一個信念，那就是今天我必須成功。記住，是今天，不是明天，更不是高考。因為所有人生的成功，只能今天成功了，人生才有可能成功。養兵千日，用兵一時，千日折合起來正好是三年，高中三年的風風雨雨，酸甜苦辣，我們一同走過；用兵一時的勝利是我們流淚、流汗、流血后的期盼。

高考是一塊試金石——通過高考，淘磨出來的金子才會閃閃發光。這是一場需要頑強毅力才能跑到終點的馬拉松；這是一場需要奮力拼搏才會贏得的百米短跑競賽；這是為每一個不屈服于命運安排的平民百姓孩子準備的最公平的決斗場，更是為新時代學子無悔青春奏響的命運交響曲。

越來越臨近的20xx年高考決定著同學們一生命運的成敗榮辱。牽系著萬千家長望子成龍、望女成鳳的強烈期盼；也關聯著學校發展的機遇和創名校的進程。
