09:56:28 我從高中就學的空乘專業，就讀于青島外事服務職業學校航空服務專業（好學校），3年畢業后考上廣州民航學院（對這學校不做評價），一共學了4年半乘務員專業，大學的后一年半在天上度過。面上過國航浙江、深航、東航西北，現在在東航西北公司做安全員。下面我就說下個人面試的經驗，因為自己面上過3家公司，所以就來共享下我的經驗。

其實面試主要就分3個大部分，第一關：個人形象展示和自我介紹，第2關：英語口語筆試。第3關：面試官的提問（主要考察學生的家庭情況、語言表達能力、皮膚好壞、有無特長等）

第一關最重要，因為直接關系到后面的成敗。在個人形象展示時候（站姿、走路、蹲起），要面帶微笑，眼睛看位于考官席中間的主考官，有人會問看考官的什么地方呢？看考管的眉心，這樣她會感覺你非常專業，非常舒服。在個人形象展示完之后每個人會有一個1分鐘的個人自我介紹，有同學想問了，自我介紹都應該說些什么好？有人在自我介紹時會說我叫XX，就讀于XX學校，身高XX，體重XX，愛好XX，回答完畢。全是廢話！考官聽了馬上會說：好，下一個！注意，1分鐘的自我介紹，只用了10秒不到就說完了，連考官觀察你的時間都沒有，讓人感覺是你不重視這次面試，其實你不是，心理還特別緊張特別重視。首先，自我介紹要分為中文30秒，英文30秒，中英文的內容不能重復，不要把中文自我介紹直接翻譯成英文說出來。下面我就把我當時的自我介紹發出來給大家做參考：

當你說完這段自我介紹，用時差不多1分鐘多點，但是如果你說的夠熟練夠自然，眼神不停的在跟評委們交流，評委絕對不會因為你說的多了而中間打斷你，而且會開始仔細聽你說的內容開始觀察你，說完中文當你說英文的時候，如果你下工夫去練了背了找老師把發音糾正了，那么評委會對你的印象很不錯，學乘務員專業的同學英語水平實在不敢恭維（包括我自己），學這專業的都是玩過來的，沒辦法，但是就是這自我介紹，可以說是非常重要！因為絕大多數人在說自我介紹的時候都是：我叫XX，就讀于XX學校，身高XX，體重XX，愛好XX，回答完畢，看了我上面的內容你們應該自己偷著樂了。

下面我說下關于第2關英語考試的問題，各個公司考試內容不一樣，國航比較注重口語，東航口語筆試都要考，口語比較簡單，一般問八九個問題，如果你高中好好上聽懂問題應該不大，筆試應該是考的新概念第二冊75課以后的，我只記得閱讀理解有個關于小提琴的，具體內容忘了。反正新概念第二冊能看懂考試就沒問題！深圳航空考試的內容比較全面，數學，英語，時事政治等等，我看也就是初中的水平，比較簡單（可能現在不一樣了，我是說當時04年我考的這些），廈門航空考試也比較全面，而且還有心理測試。

最后一關就輕松多了，考官的表情明顯輕松了，就跟你以朋友式的交流問一些你自己的情況，包括在學校的表現，家里父母都是做什么的等等。評委可能要求女孩子卸妝，看下你的皮膚、牙齒怎么樣，男生也是一樣。還有個才藝展示環節，就是讓你唱歌跳舞，會什么就表演什么，最好提前準備好，自己沒事在學校女生就多參加學校的演出，跳舞唱歌什么的，都可以鍛煉一下。男生就學點武的，抬拳道、田徑、籃球足球都可以。現在航空公司普遍喜歡陽剛帥氣的，不喜歡有女性美的男生（這種男生以前很吃香，但現在男生飛行都干兼職安全員，要求就是陽剛型的）。
