The topic of our group is U.S.foreign wars.My presentation is divided into five parts.The first part is military strength of U.S..This is a military maneurer called valiant shield in the Pacific Ocean in 2006.It is an aircraft carrier;another carrier called U.S.Reagan.A BB-61 warcraft fired a broadside with nine cannons.It is an air force Heritage pass.C-130 Hercules Close Formation.Refueling at sea.This picture shows that F-117 in-flight refuels.F-22 reptor Releases Flares.How beautiful！!

The second part is the timeable of the war.We can see almost every year U.S.is having wars.Americans seldom have vacations.If they do not have wars ,I think they are planning the wars.The third part ,why the U.S.love wars so much.There are main five reasons.1st because they can.2nd They do not think they have real enemies.3rd Their army is completely made up of volunteers.4th Their policy for other foreign countries.5th The right of the parliament of a nation.Ten great wars and conflicts of the United States in brief.Revolutionary War ,the first war of the U.S.was the war that gained them independence.The war of 1812 is known as

“the Forgotten War”.U.S.was fighting Great Britain ,just because one of their ships was attacked.A peace treaty was actually signed in late 1814 ,the news didn't reach the U.S.until 1815.The civil war is the bloodiest battle the US has ever been involed in.The Spanish-American War was fought for a pretty stupid season.They were fighting over the Philippians and US gave them independence.The second Great War cost nearly 100 million lives because one man was very sick ,AdolfHitler.The Korean War ,North Korea invaded South Korea but U.S.intervened ,eventually Chinese kicked out the U.S..The Vietnam War is known because U.S.were beated by the North Vietnam.The first Persian Gulf War was the efforts by 13 different countries to get Sadam Hussein out of Kuwait.The second Persian Gulf War,U.S.was occupying Iraq to eliminate terrists groups.That's all ,thank you!

第三篇：美國對外政策

“門戶開放”政策（20世紀初），是美國海外擴張的產物。

目的：在激烈競爭的條件下，為遲到的美國向中國擴展其政治、經濟勢力打開方便之門，根本不是為了保持中國領土和行政的完整。

大棒政策和金元外交（20世紀初—一戰前）

背景：美國壟斷資本勢力迅速膨脹。進一步向海外擴張、尤其是經濟擴張，便成為美國外交政策的基調。

金元外交（一戰后）

背景：一戰中美國本土損失輕微，并利用戰爭機會使自己一躍而成為世界第一經濟強國。歐洲傳統強國由于一戰的破壞，經濟實力一落千丈。美國企圖借此機會攫取戰后世界領導權。孤立主義政策（20世紀20—30年代）

背景：一戰后，巴黎和會上美國攫取世界霸權的失敗。

表現：1935年8月31日，在孤立主義的強大壓力之下，美國國會通過了《中立法》。綏靖政策（20世紀30年代后期，中國抗戰初期）

背景：美國坐觀成敗，鶴蚌相爭，可坐收漁翁之利；認為自己在華利益雖在一定程度上受到損害，但日本在經濟上終歸要依賴它，暫時不利的局面不難挽回，不應刺激日本，以免它進行報復；美國對日貿易有相當的利益可圖。

開始擺脫孤立主義（20世紀30年代末期—40年代初）

背景：法西斯勢力的日益擴張，為遏止和反對法西斯，有利于自己的安全及其在世界的地位。表現：1939年底，修改中立法（現款自運）；1941年3月國會通過《租借法案》。全球霸權戰略（二戰結束后）

背景：二戰結束時，美國雄厚的經濟和軍事實力為擴張創造了條件，美國的政治野心也同時膨脹起來；龐大的戰時經濟向和平經濟轉向可能出現經濟危機，所以經濟上也有向外擴張的需要。
