At the start of term，more and more students have adaptation problems.For example, many students could not bury themselves in the book, can not reset their body clock and make them function quickly, some of the students dozed off during the lecture and so on.There is no doubt that the students need to take it easy on holiday, however it is a fine balance.Enjoy and reward yourself whenever you need to relax yourself, but not always relax yourself on all holiday.If they do this, internal body clock will be disrupted.Leading an unhealthy lifestyle all holiday can make them fell inadequate at the beginning of term.As far as I am concerned, if such a bad state is to be avoided, we have to set ourselves the task of learning on holiday that can keep us in a state of learning.It resets our body clock and helps us function quickly at the start of term.
