第四篇：視聽說 培訓心得

“視、聽 說”培訓心得體會

很榮幸參加了這次“視、聽、說”培訓學習，在這10天的學習中，學院為我們做了精心的安排。挑選了經驗豐富的專家與老師為我們授課。我們聆聽了李妮老師發音純正語音課，張瑩老師系統而實用的聽力技巧訓練的聽力課。還有宋瑜為我們送上的全新視覺聽覺的視聽課，尤其是張廣友老師的《新課標下的有效英語教學》，使我們領略了幽默風趣的教育風格和先進的教育理論，使我受益匪淺；既有觀念上的洗禮，也有理論上的提高；既有知識上的積淀，也有教學技藝的增長

首先，在這次培訓中，我認真聆聽了每位專家、老師的講座。感受頗深，收獲較大。專家們的講座和視頻使我從理論上的高度了解了本次培訓的重要性，同時也得以從感性上了解新課標理念下的課堂教學，從而反省自己的教育教學觀和教學方法，特別是我們培養出的學生應試成績不錯，卻無法張嘴與別人交流。尤其是聽力方面存在較大的問題。聽是輸入語言信息和感受的最基本途徑。我們聽不懂別人說什么，又如何能溝通。交流？所以在今后的教學中必須加強學生的聽力技巧訓練，搞學生的聽力理解水平。（張瑩老師的訓練方法值得借鑒）。

其次，在短短的10天時間里，我們從培訓中得到了理論、知識、技能、理念、情意諸多方面的收獲。我要把學到的這些新知識和新理念帶回到自己的實際工作中去，切實轉變角色，提高自身的專業發展素養，在今后的教學實踐中改進以往的不足，朝著課改的大方向勇于創新，大膽實踐，樹立終身學習的觀念，在教學和教研等多個領域提高自身的能力。而且我還要把這些新理念在我們學校以及我縣更大的范圍內進行宣傳，發揮“視聽說”培訓的示范引領作用和促進英語有效課堂教學的推廣作用。

最后我由衷的感謝學校的領導給了我一個難得的學習機會，讓我充分的享受了這次培訓的時間、空間，和結識很多新同仁。使我有機會獲得新知、反思過去、規劃未來。我一定不辱使命將把所學的到新知識，新理念，帶回學校，進行推廣。同時也感謝西安外國語大學的領導和老師精心組織認真部署，為我們培訓的學員安排了很好的學習環境和生活條件，這些天我們和老師們、學友們建立了深厚的友情。感謝那些辛苦為我們教課的專家、教師。他們的無私奉獻、辛勤勞動提高了我們的學習的效果，開拓了我們的視野，豐富了我們的專業知識水平。此次培訓給我補了元氣、添了靈氣、去了嬌氣，煥發出無限生機。10天的培訓學習，我感到更多的是責任，是壓力，真正感到教育是充滿智慧的事業，深刻意識到自己所肩負的責任。今后我將學以致用，結合我們學校的實際情況，及時為學校的英語教學出謀劃策，讓這次視聽說培訓的碩果在我校的英語教學中發揮應有的作用！
