華中師范大學研究生（非英語專業(yè)）公共英語教學改革實施方案

為適應研究生教育改革的新形勢，順應國際化、信息化潮流，提高研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量，更加有效地實施研究生公共英語教學，特制訂此方案。

一、公共英語教學改革的目標任務(wù)

（一）按照國際化的教育理念，強化對研究生聽說能力的培養(yǎng)，進一步提高研究生的讀、寫、譯的水平，使研究生生能夠借助英語開展有效的學術(shù)研究與國際交流，從而促進本專業(yè)的學習和學術(shù)交流。

（二）建立“研究生公共英語網(wǎng)絡(luò)自主學習的平臺”。利用現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)手段使研究生英語的學與教逐步朝著個性化、自主性學習的方向發(fā)展。

（三）建立“課堂教學、自主學習、教學互動”三位一體的教學體系。

二、公共英語教學改革的主要內(nèi)容

調(diào)整學分結(jié)構(gòu)，更新教學內(nèi)容，優(yōu)化教學方法，提升教學手段。

三、公共英語教學改革的具體方案

免修免試的研究生原則上不參加分班教學及選修課學習。其他研究生分基礎(chǔ)班、平行班等參加分班教學和選修課的學習，但學時不等。

（一）免修免試的條件

符合下列條件之一的研究生（含學術(shù)學位碩士生、專業(yè)學位碩士生及博士生），可以免修公共英語：

1.在研究生入學前兩年內(nèi)參加TOEFL考試成績不低于580分（新題型不低于85分）；

2.在研究生入學前兩年內(nèi)參加IELTS考試，成績不低于6.5分；

3.在研究生入學前五年內(nèi)參加GRE考試，成績不低于1800分（新題型總分不低于1300分，其中作文不低于4.5分）；

4.入學統(tǒng)一考試和入學摸底考試成績均不低于75分。（推免生的入學考試成績計75分）

（二）學術(shù)學位碩士生公共英語的教學

根據(jù)改革需要及研究生的實際英語水平和入學成績實行“分級、分層次、分班”教學，按不同層級確定不同的教學內(nèi)容，滿足不同層次的研究生對英語學習的具體需求。

1.學分設(shè)置

學術(shù)學位碩士生公共英語開設(shè)4個必修學分和1個選修學分（上36學時）。

2.分級教學

（1）分級教學的類型

根據(jù)研究生的英語實際水平及能力，將他們編入不同層次、不同要求的 “平行班”、“基礎(chǔ)班”進行學習。其中，平行班針對英語基礎(chǔ)較好的研究生開設(shè)，進 1

一步提高其英語水平；基礎(chǔ)班針對英語基礎(chǔ)較差的研究生開設(shè)，進一步夯實其英語基礎(chǔ)。

（2）分級學習的確定方法

基礎(chǔ)班和平行班學員，根據(jù)入學統(tǒng)一考試英語成績和入學英語摸底考試成績綜合確定。基礎(chǔ)班開設(shè)6個班，每班35人，以入學統(tǒng)一考試英語成績?yōu)橹鳎瑓⒖既雽W英語摸底考試成績，選擇排名后210位進行分班教學。剩余的直接編入平行班學習。

3.分級教學的組織

（1）平行班

周2學時，開設(shè)一學年。

（2）基礎(chǔ)班

周4學時，開設(shè)一學年。

（3）平行班與基礎(chǔ)班的動態(tài)管理

基礎(chǔ)班學員第一學期期末考試成績達到85分及以上的，可以編入平行班學習；平行班學員第一學期期末考試成績不及格的，編入基礎(chǔ)班學習。

4.指定選修課的開設(shè)

（1）選修課的種類

文化交流英語；英美文學選讀；實用英語寫作；影視欣賞；翻譯技巧與實踐；實用英語語法；英語口語

（2）選修課的組織

周二學時，開設(shè)一學期。

（三）專業(yè)學位碩士生公共英語的教學

專業(yè)學位碩士生的公共英語教學組織主要依據(jù)相應領(lǐng)域國家教學指導委員會的指導意見組織實施。

1.學分設(shè)置

專業(yè)學位碩士生公共英語開設(shè)2學分。

2.教學組織

周2學時，開設(shè)一學期。

（四）博士生公共英語的教學

博士生公共英語的教學應進一步突出英語綜合能力的培養(yǎng)，切實提高英語在博士生進行學術(shù)研究與交流中的貢獻力。

1.學分設(shè)置

博士生公共英語開設(shè)4學分。

2.教學組織

周4學時，開設(shè)一學期。

（五）教學內(nèi)容的組織

研究生公共英語的教學內(nèi)容要體現(xiàn)與時俱進的原則，要根據(jù)不同類型、不同層次、不同基礎(chǔ)的研究生組織適宜的內(nèi)容，選取合適的教學參考書。

（六）考核辦法

1.免修者，成績計為85分，自動獲得相應學分。若申請免修但不免考，成績以考試實際得分計。

2.博士研究生、專業(yè)學位碩士生的總評成績按平時成績*40%+期末成績*60%計算。

3.學術(shù)學位碩士生的總評成績按上下學期成績的平均值（上下學期均須及格）計算，每學期的成績按平時成績*40%+期末成績*60%計算。

4.緩考者或不及格者第二學年的第一學期開學后補考，補考不及格者隨下一年級研究生重修。

（七）個別輔導與答疑

多媒體網(wǎng)絡(luò)已成為英語教學的必要手段，并且在教學領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。“研究生公共英語網(wǎng)絡(luò)自主學習的平臺”是一個集自主學習、教學、測試、作業(yè)、輔導和管理于一體的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺。

任課教師借助網(wǎng)絡(luò)自主學習的平臺在線進行課余個別輔導和答疑，學校按照一定的標準計算工作量。

四、公共英語教學改革的條件保障

學校安排單獨的業(yè)務(wù)費，保證研究生公共英語教學改革的順利實施。

五、其他

1.新生開學報到時組織新生入學英語摸底考試，所有新生均必須參加摸底考試。

2.未參加入學英語摸底考試的研究生一律編入平行班學習，不得調(diào)入基礎(chǔ)班，不及格者不得補考，一律重修。

本方案2012 年 9 月開始執(zhí)行，解釋權(quán)歸研究生院所有。原有規(guī)定與此不符者，以此為準。
