奮斗精神的可貴之處在于，越是面對困難和矛盾，越能激發出意想不到的力量

一個13人的團隊開始創業，資本金接近于零，能干成什么？不久前，一部回顧中國共產黨“創業史”的動畫短片，在網絡熱傳。不懼艱險，想盡一切辦法克服困難；不怕失敗，96年來一直奮斗不止??有網友在看過動畫后留言：這么“拼”的團隊、這么“燃”的奮斗，沒理由不成功！

創業者無不渴望成功，但歷史只青睞奮進者。回溯既往，正是堅定理想、百折不撓的奮斗精神，讓南湖紅船變為巍巍巨輪，不斷駛向新的廣闊水域。槍林彈雨的革命年代，平均年齡不到25歲、每百人不到80桿槍的紅軍隊伍，最終贏得長征的勝利；一窮二白的建設時期，張愛萍將軍在“人無一個、船無一艘”的情況下，不到兩年便籌建起新中國海軍；只爭朝夕的改革歲月，廖俊波、黃大年等一大批優秀黨員干部，撲下身子埋頭奮斗，書寫了不凡的業績。創業維艱，奮斗以成。正如一位外國記者在參觀上海中共一大會址后的感慨，一種“能夠戰勝一切”的意志力，“引領中國走到了今天的地位”。

“紅船精神”蘊含堅定理想、百折不撓的奮斗精神，中國共產黨從一誕生起就具備的這一精神基因，形塑了這個政黨的風貌，引領中國不斷成就新氣象。一位外國政要去年特意到近30年前訪華時去過的四川、浙江故地重游，由衷贊嘆“所到之處，滿目清新，不能不讓人對中國的巨大成就肅然起敬”。十八大以來極不平凡的5年，中國以奮斗跟時間賽跑：貧困發生率由10.2%下降到4%以下，平均每3秒就有1人跨過貧困線；科技創新成果“井噴”，全球創新指數排名躋身前25位。各行各業所展現的強大奮斗精神，生動詮釋著什么是中國速度、中國力量。當年，夏衍在《野草》發刊詞中寫道：“有韌性，不達目的不止”，正可為這個世界最大政黨的寫照。

“偉大的事業之所以偉大，不僅因為這種事業是正義的、宏大的，而且因為這種事業不是一帆風順的。”奮斗精神的可貴之處還在于，越是面對困難和矛盾，越能激發出意想不到的力量。這也是為什么總書記一再強調“努力奮斗才能夢想成真”，必須“不忘初心、牢記使命、永遠奮斗”。在民族復興的詞典里，從來沒有“容易”一詞。肩負新使命、踏上新征程，面對發展質量和效益不夠高、創新能力不夠強、民生領域存在短板等薄弱環節，也需賡續奮斗精神，如十九大報告所強調的那樣，“保持艱苦奮斗、戒驕戒躁的作風”，“以時不我待、只爭朝夕的精神”更好擔負起時代賦予我們的使命。

2關于華西村，關于吳仁寶，隨著時代的變遷，外界的評論也在變化。譬如華西村的發展模式，是不是中國農村發展的必由之路；華西村的若干“統一”，統一住房，統一福利，統一行動，符不符合現代社會以人為本的理念；華西村搞“第一樓”，搞“金牛”是不是一種意識上的腐敗；吳仁寶是不是搞家族統治，是不是把華西人的富裕建筑在剝削外來務工者所創造的剩余價值上？如此等等。

這些議論反映了對幾十年來曾紅極一時的華西村、吳仁寶，人們已從光是敬仰羨慕走向了嫉妒恨，走向了對社會變革的深層次思考，這是政治開放、思想解放、社會進步的一種表現。然而，和我們在物質生活得到極大改善之后檢討今天的社會價值觀一樣，我們總不能滿足于“端起碗盞吃肉，丟下筷子罵娘”。古人尙云“茍富貴毋相忘”，今天衣食無憂，且不說“毋相忘”，對我們自己在社會變革過程中付出的，爭取的，自己首先不能忘。好日子是千千萬萬個你和我艱苦奮斗出來的，是若干個富有人格魅力的吳仁寶們帶領你和我干出來的。

所以，檢討不代表否定，在檢討的過程中可以揀出金子，電影“吳仁寶”就提供了金子。

改革開放前的中國式貧困，現在的年輕人是無法想象的，正如電影中表現的那樣，新中國的江南水鄉，在無休止的政治運動中也成了窮山惡水，連一塊大磨盤都成了寶貝，農民幾乎都是衣不蔽體食不果腹。而今天的華西村，家家住別墅開汽車，擁有上千萬的股資，反差之大令人乍舌。巨大反差的背后是華西人近四十年的拼搏奮斗，從平

山開田、背石塊建磨坊到突擊辦廠，哪一步腳印里不浸滿了汗水和眼淚？

中國的政策是多變的，領導的意志是不容抗拒的。當大家都順著領導的意思做事，政策向東我向東，政策向西我向西的時候，吳仁寶別開蹊徑，獨樹一幟，認準一個“讓大家過上好日子”的大方向，以他清醒的頭腦和智慧把舵，讓華西這條船在礁石林立的環境中駛向富裕的彼岸。對吳仁寶個人而言，這何尙不是一種奮斗？與人奮斗，其樂無窮，在吳仁寶的身上體現了真諦。

傳統文化決定了在中國要集體辦成一件事，沒有一個好的領頭人是不行的，過去如此，現在如此，將來還是如此。華西人是幸運的，他們擁有一個吳仁寶。吳仁寶懂得，身先士卒，才能擁有跟著自己沖鋒陷陣的一支隊伍，吳仁寶懂得，將心比心，才能贏得信任和尊重。當吳仁寶把這兩個“懂得”融入血液，化為行動，自己沒日沒夜地苦干；不惜一切代價搶救鄉親的小孩；把自己的小兒子阿四送給別人，為別人養老送終的時候，華西村改天換地才可能成為歷史的必然。

看電影“吳仁寶”，好像回到了好多年前。電影“吳仁寶”給我們樹立了一個革命電影年代中常見的“高大全”的人物形象，似乎與現在的時代潮流不相吻合，現代的年輕人可能感到這部電影不合口味，不好玩。這種情況一點不奇怪。問題在于，美國大片突出個人英雄主義，宣揚他們的價值觀，好看又好玩。我們的國產影片為什么不下點功夫，讓主旋律的影片拍得更符合時代要求，讓吳仁寶和華西人當年為改變自己命運的那種奮斗精神深入人心，讓更多的年輕觀眾為之掬一把反思的眼淚。
