記暨南大學華文學院國際美食節

2012年12月10日星期一下午3:30由暨南大學華文學院團委學生會主辦的“國際美食節”在萬眾期待中盛大開幕。冬日里少見的溫暖的陽光更是為此次活動帶來了最美好的祝愿，暖暖的陽光更是渲染出同學們的火熱的參與熱情。本次國際美食節活動得到了學校的大力支持，學校為此次活動提供了充足的物資，為此次活動的順利進行提供了良好的物質保障。華文學院黨委書記兼副院長李世云書記，華文學院院長邵宜教授，應用語言系主任李軍教授等領導以及學院老師們參與了此次活動，在華文學院學習生活的各國學生們積極參與了此次美食節活動，不僅為我們帶來了色味俱佳的美食，而且他們熱情而又有特色的表演成為了此次活動最靚麗的風景。

下午3；30國際美食節開幕式在學生工作辦公室主任劉瀟瀟老師的支持主持下正式開始，首先，劉瀟瀟老師向大家介紹了國際美食節的由來和重大寓意，接下來，華文學院黨委書記兼副院長李世云書記發表了開場致辭，李書記言簡意賅的表達了學校對國際美食節的祝愿，也宣布了美食節的開始。

美食的香味縈繞在活動場地上空，纏繞在每一個參與者的鼻尖，國際美食節正式開始了，在這里，美食成為了唯一的主角，這也是國際美食節的重要特色之

一。在國際美食節這個活動中，你可以品嘗到世界各地的格局特色的民族美食，從誘人的韓國辣炒五花肉到噴香的印尼烤肉；從港澳臺美味的珍珠奶茶到俄羅斯產的伏特加；從緬甸的蔬菜沙拉到塔吉克斯坦的葡萄干；從清爽的水果拼盤到辣味十足的重慶棒棒雞，這里囊括了世界各地的美食，讓你大開眼界，大飽口福。這美味的食物使得現場每一個人都帶著微笑，一種快樂的氣氛洋溢在活動現場。除了讓人流連忘返的美食外，各國學生還為我們帶來了頗具地方特色的表演，讓我們在享受美味的同時，感受到了那各國獨具一格的文化。首先，來自日本的同學帶來了tomy Japan的精彩表演，接著，在欣賞異域文化的同時，應用語言系的同學帶來的舞蹈表演《詠春》也讓留學生了解中國傳統的武術文化，接下來，來自老撾的同學在舞臺上帶來了優美的老撾民族舞蹈，在攤位上，來自緬甸的同學帶來了好看的緬甸民族舞蹈，讓我們更加了解了這兩個鄰國的特色文化，最后，由俄羅斯，哈薩克斯坦，白俄羅斯 塔吉克斯坦等國家的留學生帶來了精彩的舞蹈歌唱表演Back To USSR（再回蘇聯）他們豪放的表演帶我們領略了俄羅斯狂野的一面，同時，也帶動了全場的氣氛，每一個人沉浸在這樣一種歡樂而又活力四射的氛圍中，將整個活動帶到了高潮。隨后，在大家的評選下，選出了最有人氣攤位和美食節十佳美食等獎項，國際美食節也由此落幕。

國際美食節作為一個大量留學生參與的活動，十分有效的調動了留學生的參與力和合作能力，有些國家的留學生，從1；30就開始了準備活動，這也有效的鍛煉學生的動手能力。而參與的同學乘興而來，盡興而歸，領略不同的國家文化。這也加強了中國學生和各國留學生的深厚友誼。
