Chinese nation.Here, I would like to speak to you about some basic values of the Chinese people.Without an understanding of these, it is difficult to make sense of present and future events in China.The Chinese people have always respected the dignity and worth of human beings.The Communist Party of China led the people in revolution, construction and reform for the very purpose of realizing freedom, democracy and human rights for all the people of China.The great vitality displayed nowadays in China vividly demonstrates the tremendous space that the Chinese people have to freely and democratically exercise their creativity.China has a population of over 1.2 billion, but its social production is still not well developed, and we must first and foremost safeguard the peoples rights to survival and development;otherwise we cannot even begin to talk about other rights.The fact that China has assured the rights to survival and development of over 1.2 billion people is a major contribution to the cause of the progress of human rights all over the world.The Chinese people advocate the close interlinking of collective human rights with individual human rights, of economic, social and cultural rights with citizens political rights.This is the road we must take for the cause of promoting human rights in light of Chinas national conditions.The Chinese people have always insisted on independence.They cherish the rights of independence that they have won over a long period of struggle, and they resolutely uphold the right of all people to enjoy

因?yàn)榧で榕炫龋衲晷＿\(yùn)會(huì)，我們囊括了所有總分項(xiàng)目第一名，這種輝煌只在15年前有過(guò)一次。

因?yàn)榧で榕炫龋衲耆?4位同學(xué)考上研究生，我們學(xué)院有32位同學(xué)，占全校的50%。

因?yàn)榧で榕炫龋衲晔±锏腵化工設(shè)計(jì)競(jìng)賽、化學(xué)基礎(chǔ)實(shí)驗(yàn)競(jìng)賽和學(xué)校里的師范生技能大賽，我院的同學(xué)捧回了許多大獎(jiǎng)。

因?yàn)榧で榕炫龋衲晖瑢W(xué)們申報(bào)各類課題達(dá)40多項(xiàng)。

這里，我要說(shuō)的是：激情有兩種，一種像太陽(yáng)一樣噴涌而出，另一種像小河一樣娟娟流動(dòng)。比如寒風(fēng)中站在看臺(tái)上為運(yùn)動(dòng)員吶喊加油的拉拉隊(duì)員們，運(yùn)動(dòng)員身旁拿衣送水的志愿者們，辦公室里默默編輯會(huì)刊的新聞?dòng)浾邆儯麄冸m然沒(méi)有站上獎(jiǎng)臺(tái)，獎(jiǎng)杯同樣屬于他們。前不久，有一位同學(xué)突發(fā)重病，大家紛紛伸出援助之手，用我們的愛心，呼喚昏迷中的同學(xué)早日醒來(lái)。
