二、關(guān)注學(xué)生情感，營造民主、和諧的教學(xué)氣氛。

學(xué)生只有對自己、對英語及其文化有積極的情態(tài)，才能保持英語學(xué)習(xí)的動(dòng)力并取得成績，刻板的情態(tài)，不僅會影響到英語學(xué)習(xí)的效果，還會影響其它方面的發(fā)展，情態(tài)是學(xué)好英語的重要因素，因此我努力營造寬松、民主、和諧的教學(xué)空間，做到：

1、尊重每個(gè)學(xué)生，積極鼓勵(lì)他們在學(xué)習(xí)中的嘗試，保護(hù)他們的自尊心和積極性。

2、把英語教學(xué)與情態(tài)有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來，創(chuàng)造各種合作學(xué)習(xí)的活動(dòng)，促進(jìn)學(xué)生互相學(xué)習(xí)，互相幫助，體驗(yàn)成就感，發(fā)展合作精神。

3、關(guān)注學(xué)習(xí)有困難的或性格內(nèi)向的學(xué)習(xí)，盡可能地為他們創(chuàng)造語言的機(jī)會。

4、建立融洽、民主的師生交流渠道，經(jīng)常和學(xué)生一起反思學(xué)習(xí)過程和學(xué)習(xí)效果，互相鼓勵(lì)和幫助，做到教學(xué)相輔。

三、加強(qiáng)對學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)策略的指導(dǎo)，讓他們在學(xué)習(xí)和使用的過程中，逐步學(xué)會如何學(xué)習(xí)，做到：

1、積極創(chuàng)造條件，讓學(xué)生參與到階段性學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)，以及給他們介紹實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)的方法。

2、引導(dǎo)學(xué)生結(jié)合語境，采用推測、查閱和協(xié)調(diào)的方法進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)。

3、引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過程中，進(jìn)行自我評價(jià)，并根據(jù)需要調(diào)整自己的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)和學(xué)習(xí)策略。

新課程改革不是紙上談兵，它必須要與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合，所以，我將繼續(xù)努力學(xué)習(xí)，積極進(jìn)取，積極參與課程改革，在課改中不斷學(xué)習(xí)，不斷實(shí)踐，不斷反思，愿與新課程共同成長。

我永遠(yuǎn)都不會忘記，高一上學(xué)期的時(shí)候，我曾和一些同學(xué)幫著另一個(gè)同學(xué)向老師撒謊，在那時(shí)我們覺得那就是什么哥們義氣，結(jié)果給老師在工作上帶來了很多不便，后來我又主動(dòng)去承認(rèn)錯(cuò)誤，她很嚴(yán)厲的批評了我還給我講了很多道理，當(dāng)我知道我們都被那個(gè)同學(xué)騙了的時(shí)候我突然胃疼，這時(shí)老師又囑咐同學(xué)趕快帶我去休息，或許在她看來，她這樣做不算什么，但是在我的心里，就在那一刻，她的位置好高好高，前一刻還在辦公室里被她批評，這一刻卻躺在了衛(wèi)生室的床上。我躺在那兒，眼淚順著眼角流了出來，在一旁的同學(xué)忙問我：“很疼么？”，我沒有做聲，她又說：“又不是你慫恿大家去撒謊的，為什么你要去承認(rèn)錯(cuò)誤？”我只是搖了搖頭，笑了笑，她又怎么會知道我當(dāng)時(shí)心里的想法呢？現(xiàn)在，我才知道當(dāng)時(shí)老師對我的批評是多么的重要，如果不是她我可能以后還會說謊，可能會說更大的謊。同樣，也是她讓我知道了看一個(gè)人不能只憑表面現(xiàn)象，要用心去看。

我記得聽同學(xué)說過，咱們的老師不用發(fā)火，對你笑一笑你心里就會發(fā)毛。她說的雖然有些夸張，但我們的老師確實(shí)有相當(dāng)于這樣的威力。

有一次，我看到老師站在大廳里看同學(xué)們在外面圍圈踢毽子，她笑了，我想她是在懷念她少年時(shí)的情景，我看到她笑了我也笑了，這個(gè)笑我老了以后也不會后悔。我不知道從什么時(shí)候起，心里開始尊敬這位老師，不僅僅是尊敬，更多的是佩服，佩服他為人處世的方法與原則。那次，我們幾個(gè)同學(xué)在辦公室里幫老師整理成績單，其他很多老師都在談?wù)搫e人的事情，6 都是那些東家長西家短的事兒，我注意到我的老師沒有參與其中，她只是在默默的批改她的卷子。當(dāng)時(shí)我在想，如果高中這三年她都是我的班主任，那該有多好呀！

很快，高一結(jié)束了，我聽說她很有可能教下一屆高一，我真的好遺憾，打心眼里的遺憾，我多么的希望她能叫我三年，這可是我唯一尊敬、佩服、感激的老師呀！我聽人說過百年修的同船度，我想，她能當(dāng)我的老師豈止百年的緣分？這一年來，我從她的身上學(xué)到了許多書本上沒有的東西，如果能夠再教我兩年，那該有多好呀！教師節(jié)就快到了，我不知道還能不能從我的課堂上看到她那消瘦的身影，但是我想對她說一句最普通的話：

老師，祝您教師節(jié)快樂！
