外企其實并非都是那么重視口頭的英文表達能力，如果非要準備，也很簡單，就是準備一個自己的小故事，比如在過去的公司里面如何通過teamwork完成某個項目的過程介紹，諸如此類。。
還有就是準備一些和自己愛好相關的內容，以備考官臨時提問。
總之，一定要體現自己適應外企的process，能夠teamwork，而且對書面的商務用詞比較熟練，也就可以了。不用過于嚴謹，因為太拘束了可能反而讓考官覺得你在背書。

一、第一句話（first word）
見到考官的第一句話，很關鍵，不用說的很復雜。可以是一個簡單句，但一定要鏗鏘有力。

三、面試的基本知識
“如何作自我介招？”這個問題看上去似乎很簡單，人人都會。其實并不然，也有說的不是很理想的。主要的現象有幾下幾點：
1、不知從何說起。有很多同學當聽到老師問：“Can you make a self-introduction?”時，首先遲疑幾秒，然后怔怔的看著：“老師說什么呀？”這一類算是“無準備型”。自我介紹是你與人打交道，參加各類口語考試，職場面試不可或缺的一部分，同時也是非常重要的一部分。作為口語測試，測試的老師其實重點考查的是你運用語言的能力，而不是對你的背景的了解。所以想把口語學好的同學不妨大膽的秀一下。
2、缺乏邏輯性。還有一些同學在作自我介紹時，要么只說兩句話名字，年齡；要么夸夸其談但缺乏邏輯性。別看簡簡單單的一個自我介紹有時也能反映出一個人的邏輯思維和做事態度。
3、缺乏幽默感。幽默的開場除了可以營造出活潑和睦的氣氛外，還能給對方留下深刻的第一印象，即使對象是以建立了朋友關系或同事關系的外國人，在酒會或聚餐等各式場合，同樣可以用詼諧的方式來表現自我，使你和他們之間的關系達到更圓滿的程度。

外企英語面試啥樣子？
各外企的英語面試形式各異，但基本流程是差不多的。
第一輪面試一般由公司人力資源部的人員擔任考官，他們會從你的個人簡歷出發，詢問一些有關個人的問題，比如請你用英語做一個自我介紹。有些公司，也會有一部分英語筆試，如雅芳公司，其筆試中包含一個中英互譯的項目，主要考查應聘者基本的語言運用能力。
第二輪面試則由部門主管經理出面，這時候，有關業務方面的問題成了面試的重點，所以英語面試也從個人情況轉向了專業領域。比如應聘市場部，則應聘者通常會被要求談一談以往最成功的一個案例，或者自身的業務強項等。
如果前面一路綠燈大亮，那么，最后一輪面試就要和bigboss———公司的總裁面對面了。外企的總裁一般是老外，當然面試就變成全英語的了。總裁詢問的問題一般會和公司的精神、企業文化有關。一位曾任職默沙東制藥的小姐說，她在參加的默沙東最后一輪面試時，默沙東老總看到她是學新聞出身的，便 要求她談談對中國新聞媒體的看法，因為默沙東制藥一直對新聞媒體有其比較獨特的態度。通過這樣比較宏觀的問題，招聘方想要發現的是，應聘者的理念是否與公 司的文化精神相契合。
如何應對英語面試
英語從小開始學，可學了10來年，有的人還是“啞巴英語”。到了要找飯碗的緊要關頭，則對一些“成功英語面試培訓”饑不擇食。其實，冰凍三尺，非一日之寒，速成是不可能的，只能在平時積累的基礎上，注意一些細節，運用一些技巧，給自己加上幾個成功的籌碼。
首先，平時要注意訓練聽力，至少要聽得懂考官的問題，如果考官一個問題出來，你卻聽得云里霧里，然后來兩三個“Pardon”，那現場氣氛定會 急轉直下。說話要流利，思維要連貫，層次要清晰，不要夾雜中文，可以用“well”、“however”這樣的過渡詞來給自己停頓和思考，同時，也使得自 己的表述顯得口語化一些。
其次，發音要標準。在與外國boss面談的過程中，發音的正確清晰與否是最為重要的。不要因為害怕犯語法錯誤而不敢說，大多數時候一些細小的語 法錯誤并不影響交際的進行，老外們也不會特別在意。如果要說某個詞卻一時想不起來，那就換種說法，盡量避免卡殼，卡殼會導致冷場。總之不管怎么樣，都要自 信滿滿地，把英文說得讓人聽上去像那么回事。
■先期準備
主要是個人情況和業務方面。專業英語的準備要充足，有時會被要求用英語解釋一個專業術語或解答一個技術問題。還可去公司的英文網站了解一下企業文化，這在與bigboss面談的中會有幫助的。
